Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi merupakan suatu usaha untuk membantu menyiapkan atau mengurus apa yang diperlukan orang lain. Pelayanan administrasi mengalami perubahan yang terkadang banyak kurang diketahui oleh masyarakat terutama terkait prosedur yang diberlakukan. Pada pelayanan administrasi banyak dokumen-dokumen diarsipkan dengan cara konvensional. Arsip merupakan naskah yang dibuat dan diterima oleh lembaga-lembaga negara dan badan-badan pemerintahan baik dalam keadaan tunggal maupun berkelompok, dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan pemerintahan. Pengelolaan arsip merupakan proses pengendalian arsip secara efisien, efektif, dan sistematis meliputi kegiatan penciptaan, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan, serta penyusutan arsip. Mengingat jumlah arsip yang semakin banyak menumpuk pada ruang penyimpanan dan membutuhkan waktu dalam proses pencarian arsip yang dibutuhkan sehingga proses pengelolaan dan penyimpanan arsip, sering menghambat khususnya di Kecamatan Sembawa. Kecamatan Sembawa dalam kegiatan pelayanan administrasi masih secara konvensional sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mampu mengelola dokumen secara lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dibangun dalam rangka memproses, pengajuan, upload berkas hingga menjadi informasi dan untuk penerbitan dokumen yang diajukan masyarakat. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan adanya sistem digital ini dapat membantu pelayanan Kecamatan Sembawa menjadi lebih baik dalam pelayanan administrasi yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan secara langsung disimpulkan bahwasanya sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik dan semua tombol aktivitas berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar dari tri dharma perguruan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat dengan menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimilki atau hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada perangkat Desa Indrapura dalam memanfaatkan sebuah website desa. Dengan pelatihan ini maka akan membantu kepala desa untuk mempromosikan potensi desa, berita dan pengumuman khususnya kepada warga desa tersebut. Dalam pengembangan dan perancangan website desa, penulis menggunakan metode waterfall. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik kualitatif, untuk pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung kepada salah satu pengurus di desa Indrapura dan telah melakukan observasi ketempat objek tersebut untuk mendapatkan data yang valid. Website desa yang dihasilkan akan diserahkan kepada Desa Indrapura sebagai bentuk pengabdian peneliti untuk memenuhi satu tri dharma perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Cultivating freshwater fish is a promising business in the long term. One type of freshwater fish that is widely cultivated by people is catfish. Catfish is a type of freshwater fish that does not require a lot of care, so it is very profitable and has high economic value. The problem that often occurs in catfish farming is that when feeding fish, farmers are often late in providing fish food, which causes catfish to die and experience cannibalism or eat other species. Based on the problems that occurred, research was carried out at Agrowisata Tekno 44 which aimed to implement an automatic catfish feeding device through the Internet of Things (IoT) based Blynk system which can be controlled using an LCD Keypad Shield which can provide a warning if the feed approaches a predetermined minimum limit. Addition of Mega+Wifi R3 Atmega 2560+ESP 8266 which functions as a link between the automatic fish feed and the Blynk application. The research method used in writing this article is a literature study by comparing the results of ultrasonic sensor measurements with a measuring tool in the form of a vernier caliper, and an interview method with cultivators to obtain information about feeding. Scheduled measurements at a specified time to obtain maximum results, an ultrasonic sensor was added to the fish feed container which functions to determine the contents of the volume of the RTC fish feed container which is used to store time information from the automatic fish feed tool, Push Button to measure the amount feed, the servo motor is used to open and close the fish food container that will exit into the fish pond. Testing the ultrasonic sensor with a vernier caliper to measure the distance that detects fish food in the fish food container produces a measurement ratio with a difference of 0.1 from the comparison between the measurements of the ultrasonic sensor and the vernier caliper. The results of testing carried out for 7 days with automatic fish feeding running according to a predetermined schedule, namely 06.00 and 18.00 with a success rate of 100% accuracy. And the success of the feed weight was 95.6% with an average accuracy of 96%, meaning that the fish did not lack food due to the lack of feed received.

Abstract

Electricity distribution often faces problems, one of which is interference with the 20 kV cubicle box caused by corona due to changes in temperature and condensation. This disturbance can cause arcing between the insulator and live parts. One solution is to use a heater and exhaust fan to maintain temperature and humidity. This study proposes a prototype to combine temperature and control heaters and exhaust fans automatically. Integrated sensors help monitor the temperature in the cubicle. Using a temperature sensor (DHT 22) shows high accuracy, and a current sensor (SCT 013) is suitable for exhaust fans and heaters. When the sensor is ready, the DHT 22 sensor will read the temperature in the room. If the reading temperature exceeds 40°C, then the exhaust fan will turn on to remove hot air in the cubicle box, whereas if the temperature is below 40°C the heater will turn on. If the detected temperature exceeds 43°C, and the exhaust fan does not turn on, a notification will appear on Blynk to immediately check the exhaust fan for errors. Meanwhile, if the temperature detects the cubicle box below the temperature of 37°C, a heater error notification will appear. The SCT 013 current sensor will detect the amount of current flowing in the exhaust fan and heater with the help of Esp32 as a microcontroller. This prototype utilizes LoRa technology for remote communication and sends notifications via the Blynk application. Tests show that this tool can help operators effectively monitor and control cubicle box temperature.

Abstract

The first parking system implemented in Indonesia was a manual or traditional parking system. Just like the parking system in Air Kumbang District which still uses a manual parking system. This causes crimes such as motorbike theft and the absence of complete, informative and interactive parking information which is one of the problems with manual parking. Designing a more modern parking system using the Design Thinking method can be used to overcome this problem. Design Thinking is a human-centered approach method. Implementing this design thinking method involves 5 process stages consisting of data collection (emphatize), definition and analysis of the problem (define), solution stage (ideate), creating an interface design (prototype) and testing (testing). This method can be applied to various types of organizations to improve the process of creativity, problem solving, leadership and innovation. Based on research data, it shows that the level of user satisfaction for designing vehicle parking system software with an overall Single Ease Question score from the first user is 6.5 , the second user is 6.6 and the third user is 6.5, with the average of the three Single Ease Question scores being 6.5 on a scale of 1-7. This states that it is accepted by users and easy to understand. By implementing a parking system using the Design Thinking method, it is hoped that it can create a sense of comfort and ensure optimal user safety, so that users can carry out activities efficiently.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) is an important concept in managing information technology infrastructure in organizations, including the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL). This research aims to measure the maturity level of information technology governance at DUKCAPIL using the COBIT 2019 framework with a focus on the APO12 (Risk Management), APO13 (Security Management), and BAI10 (Configuration Management) domains at the capability level. This research method involves a case study at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL), where data is collected through interviews with information technology staff, analysis of policy and procedure documents, as well as direct observation of the existing information technology environment. The data is then analyzed by referring to the COBIT 2019 framework, especially the APO12, APO13 and BAI10 domains by considering the level of capability measured using the COBIT scale, the objects to be evaluated are APO12 – Managed Risk, APO13 – Managed Security and BAI1 0– managed Configuration evaluates with capability level. Capability level objectives can be increased by carrying out activities that have not been carried out by DISDUKCAPIL until they reach the full value for each level.

Abstract

Air Coolers are the right choice as an air conditioning tool compared to AC because they are much more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. In this system, the Air Cooler on/off function will be controlled automatically based on the room temperature detected by the DHT22 sensor. If the room temperature reaches 24o Celsius, the Air Cooler will be off. Then this automatic system is also able to control the on/off of the Air Cooler based on the number of people entering and leaving the room using the IR Proximity sensor. The Blynk application connected to a smartphone allows for regular monitoring of the voltage and current used by the Air Cooler. Then a comparison of the electrical energy used by the Air Cooler is carried out before and after using the system that has been designed. The conclusion obtained is that the system designed is able to control automatically and save electrical energy from using the Air Cooler.

Abstract

Rapor merupakan buku nilai kecerdasan dan prestasi akademik yang berfungsi sebagai laporan guru kepada orang tua atau wali siswa selama proses pembelajaran serta sebagai standar acuan penerapan kurikulum. Rapor telah diterapkan di sekolah sebagai sarana perkembangan siswa, salah satunya yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 15 Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Ogan Ilir yang mana pengolahan rapor masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga belum efektif dan efisien. Dalam pelaksanaannya setiap guru mata pelajaran mengelola laporan secara terpisah dengan Excel kemudian memberikannya kepada wali kelas untuk disusun menjadi rapor, dengan menentukan deskripsi nilai berdasarkan nilai pelajaran masing-masing siswa. Hal ini menghambat wali kelas dalam mengelola nilai rapor, sehingga proses pendataan rapor menjadi lebih lama. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadikan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem pendataan nilai rapor dengan merancang interface aplikasi e-rapor agar dapat memudahkan guru dalam memasukkan nilai rapor, sehingga pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu serta tidak terlalu menguras tenaga. Pada penelitian ini, metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode UCD (User Centered Design) agar interface yang dirancang dapat memberikan kenyamanan, kemudahan dan efisiensi penggunaan sistem.

Abstract

The use of information technology at this time has developed very quickly, becoming more widespread along with the increasing need for information, but currently the Simpang Tungkal Village Office has not yet fully used information technology, at a time when the dissemination of information relating to the village is still very limited and still less effective. resulting in the accuracy of the information received by the public being invalid. To overcome this, a village information website system is needed which will provide solutions to these problems. So a village information website was designed which was built using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which in implementing the design was more effective and efficient, by utilizing system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and testing the system using Black Box Testing to find out whether the user interface was correct. works fine. So this research produces a village information website which contains information related to Simpang Tungkal village, which is a medium for publishing village information and also a media for promoting village products.

Abstract

E-Learning merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang bisa diberikan oleh Universitas. E-learning diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan Pendidikan terbaik bagi mahasiswanya. Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang merupakan salah satu Universitas yang memanfaatkan teknologi e-learning sejak tahun 2016 sebagai layanan akademik yang biasanya digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan juga dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Tujuan dibentuknya e-learning ini untuk memudahkan mahasiswa maupun dosen dalam membagikan materi pembelajaran buat mahasiswa dan bisa mengakses e-learning dari jarak jauh. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode usability testing untuk mengukur tingkat kebergunaan e-learning dalam lima variabel. Penelitian ini juga di bantu dengan beberapa teknik yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner yang dilakukan kepada pengguna e-learning UMP. Sebagai sasaran responden yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis sebanyak 95 responden, maka dapatlah hasil pengukuran akhir dari usability testing pada semua komponen hasil yang didapat yaitu 69%. Berdasarkan skala 61-80 berarti e-learning pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang Puas digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan mahasiswi UMP.
