Abstract

In accordance with human nature has an instinct and desire to maintain or off spring generation. In this case, something makes it happen is do weddings or marriage. Marriage is the only way to form a family, because marriage is absolutely necessary as a requirement of establishment a family also according to any religion. Therefore, the authors formulate the issues in the following questions: (1) what forms of marriage Agreement in the Book of the Law and the Civil Law No.1 of 1974AboutMarriage? (2). How legal consequences arising from the implementation of the Agreement in the Book of Marriage of Law and the Civil Law Act No.1 of 1974?             The research method used in this paper is the normative law research methods that the research done by examining library material so secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, law materials and secondary law materials tertiary.             The problems marital agreement forms and legal consequences in the Civil Code and Marriage Act No. 1 of 1974: (a) In the Article 29 of the Marriage Law No.1 of 1974 is simpler and stronger because it must be made in writing not to say like what is prescribed in Islamic law. Where the marriage agreement made by both sides in writing can also be made in the form of certificates and approved by the Registrar of Marriage Employees are held. In Article 29 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law No.1 of 1974 has been determined that the agreement must be in writing form. (b) The legal consequences arising under Law no.1In 1974, the sides must also be prepared with the legal consequences that would arise if the violation of the marriage agreement. Morally and psychologically marriage agreement would lead to a feeling of distrust towards his life partner. He will be shadowed by the fear if their partner violated the agreement. Abstract

This studywas conducted to determine the prediction confidenceas well as computer science students to analyze the utilization of facilities krs line with the model approach techonology acceptance model (TAM), where the variables analyzed were Perceived ease of use(PEU), Perceived us efulness(PU), Behavioral intention of use(bitu) Where the respondent is a computer science student of Bina Darma University Palembang. In the sampling is done with a simple random sampling technique. Testing phase is done with test validity, Reliability of test and correlation tes tto variable PEU and PU. In the discriminant analysis was conducted to determine the level of student confidence predictions. Processing data Use SPSS software as tools. The expected resultis of significan tindependent variable test samples to determine the level of student confidence predictions.

Abstract – Many of the motorcycle owner had less knowledge in handling trouble; especially for Suzuki Lets UF 110 automatic type, so it can have more expenses on the budget for repairing it. The expert system based on Java Mobile that implements Best First Search method expected to overcome this problems directly from the owners hand phone.Intisari – Banyak pengguna motor yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan dalam menangani kerusakan motor; khususnya pada motor matic Suzuki Lets tipe UF 110, sehingga mengakibatkan pengeluaran biaya yang tidak sedikit. Aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis Java Mobile dengan menerapkan metode Best First Searh, diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut langsung dari handphone pemilik kendaraan. Kata Kunci – Sistem Pakar, Kerusakan Motor, Java Mobile

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of yellow sweet potato flour and carrot flour substitution on the organoleptic characteristics and nutritional value of biscuits. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments K0 (0% yellow sweet potato flour: 0% carrot flour: 100% wheat flour), K1 (75% yellow sweet potato flour: 5% carrot flour: 20% wheat flour ), K2 (70% yellow sweet potato flour: 10% carrot flour: 20% wheat flour), K3 (65% yellow sweet potato flour: 15% carrot flour: 20% wheat flour), and K4 (60% yellow sweet potato flour: 20% carrot flour: 20% wheat flour). Data were analyzed using analysis of variances (ANOVA). The results show that the substitution treatment of yellow sweet potato flour and carrot flour had a very significant effect on the organoleptic improvement of color, aroma, and taste. The most preferred treatment was the K1 treatment with preference values of color, aroma, texture, and taste reached 4.12 (very like), 4.40 (very like), 3.95 (like), and 4.07 (very like), respectively. The selected treatment had 4.66% water, 2.16% ash, 15.91% fat, 5.44% protein, 71.83% carbohydrate, and 2.15 mg/g β- carotene. Based on the SNI 01-2973-1992 standard, the yellow sweet potato flour and carrot flour biscuit products met the quality standards on water, fat, and carbohydrate contents.Keywords: yellow sweet potato flour, carrot flour, wheat flour, biscuits.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh substitusi tepung ubi jalar kuning dan tepung wortel terhadap karakteristik organoleptik dan nilai gizi biskuit. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan K0 (Tepung ubi jalar kuning 0% : tepung wortel 0% : Tepung terigu 100%), K1 (Tepung ubi jalar kuning 75% : tepung wortel 5% : tepung terigu 20%), K2 (Tepung ubi jalar kuning 70% : tepung wortel 10% : tepung terigu 20%), K3 (Tepung ubi jalar kuning 65% : tepung wortel 15% : tepung terigu 20%), K4 (Tepung ubi jalar kuning 60% : tepung wortel 20% : tepung terigu 20%).. Data dianalisis menggunakan analysis of variances (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan substitusi tepung ubi jalar kuning dan tepung wortel berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap peningkatan organoleptik warna, aroma dan rasa. Perlakuan terpilih diperoleh dari perlakuan K1 dengan nilai kesukaan terhadap warna sebesar 4,12 (sangat suka), aroma sebesar 4,40 (sangat suka), tekstur sebesar 3,95 (suka) dan rasa sebesar 4,07 (sangat suka). Perlakuan terpilih memiliki nilai kimia biskuit yaitu kadar air sebesar 4,66%, kadar abu sebesar 2,16%, kadar lemak sebesar 15,91%, kadar protein sebesar 5,44%, kadar karbohidrat sebesar 71,83% dan kadar β-karoten sebesar 2,15 mg/g. Berdasarkan standar mutu SNI 01-2973-1992 bahwa produk biskuit tepung ubi jalar kuning dan tepung wortel telah memenuhi standar mutu SNI pada kadar air, kadar lemak dan kadar karbohidrat.Kata kunci: tepung ubi jalar kuning, tepung wortel, tepung terigu, biskuit.

Abstract

Abstract : As communication and information technology develops rapidly, the Regional Secretary of the Ogan Ilir government has a website for informing the public about news or announcements of activities they are carrying out. However, another problem that is often encountered nowadays is that the information obtained is still not updated enough and many people still don't know about the Ogan Ilir government regional secretary's website. Therefore, there is a need for research to measure satisfaction with the Ogan Ilir government's Regional Secretary website which aims to determine the status of user satisfaction and the factors that influence satisfaction so whether this website is suitable to be used as a reference in obtaining information. The model used in this research is the WebQual 4.0 model which consists of 3 variables, namely Usability, Information Quality, Service Interction Quality, and the End User Computing Satisfaction model consisting of 1 variable, namely Timeliness. This research uses a quantitative approach, sampling is carried out using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques, data processing and analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk pola mendidik anak. Meskipun berpotensi mendukung pengasuhan, penggunaan teknologi seperti internet, smartphone, dan media sosial juga bisa merugikan. Tantangan bagi orang tua meliputi pengawasan anak di dunia digital dan menjaga keseimbangan. Penelitian menunjukkan kurangnya pemahaman orang tua dalam menggunakan teknologi secara efektif berdampak pada kualitas pengasuhan dan anak. Psikoedukasi parenting, pendekatan gabungan pendidikan dan dukungan psikologis, dapat membantu orang tua mengatasi tantangan ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memperkenalkan program psikoedukasi parenting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan di era digital. Kegiatan meliputi koordinasi dengan sekolah, observasi, pembuatan booklet, pelaksanaan penyuluhan, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Program ini dilaksanakan di TK IT Rabbani dan melibatkan orang tua siswa sebagai peserta. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang Positive Parenting setelah mengikuti kegiatan terlihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai Positive Parenting setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian, dengan rata-rata pretest 34% dan posttest 85,5%. Program ini membantu orang tua menghadapi tantangan teknologi dalam pengasuhan anak, menciptakan keluarga harmonis dan mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan mengembangkan keterampilan usaha olahan jagung berupa pembuatan popcorn caramel sampai dengan pembaharuan kemasannya. Metode dalam kegiatan ini yaitu melibatkan peserta secara aktif dan langsung (pendekatan praktis) dengan memberikan keterampilan berupa proses pembuatan popcorn caramel, formula popcorn, teknik pembuatan karamel, pengolahan popcorn dengan baik termasuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang pengemasan yang trend saat ini. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat Kelurahan Togo-Togo, kabupaten jeneponto dengan keterampilan usaha produk popcorn caramel dan pengemasannya sehingga produk yang dibuat memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi apabila diikuti dengan pengemasan yang menarik dan trend saat ini serta mampu memberikan opsi pilihan usaha bagi masyarakat dengan menjual popcorn caramel guna membangun perekonomian lokal di Kelurahan Togo-Togo, Kecamatan Batang, Kabupaten Jeneponto.

Abstract

This study explores the effects of food quality, service quality, pricing strategy, and ambiance on customer retention in Indonesian restaurants in Taiwan, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study also investigates the moderating role of cultural similarity in this relationship. A structured survey was conducted in a quantitative study design, collecting data from 400 international customers of Indonesian restaurants in Taiwan. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that food quality and pricing strategy significantly increased customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality and ambiance had no significant contribution to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, cultural similarity strengthened the relationship between food quality and customer satisfaction. Finally, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer retention. This study provides important insights for Indonesian restaurant owners in Taiwan, emphasizing the important role of service quality and restaurant ambiance in addition to food quality and price to support customer satisfaction and thus increase customer retention.
