Abstract

Olah raga panahan merupakan salah satu olah raga yang memperhatikan kecepatan angin dalam permainnya terutama pada lapangan (outdoor). Pergerakan angin pada lapangan panahan idealnya adalah maksimal kurang dari 10 mph (<5 m/s). jika angin terlalu kencang dan arah angin tidak diketahui maka anak panah tidak akan tepat pada sasaran. untuk itu, perlu alat pengukur kecepatan angin dan”arah angin agar dapat membantu atlet panahan pemula mengetahui kecepatan.angin dan posisi arah angin sehingga, para atlet pemula dapat belajar membidik sasaran dengan tepat. Bukan hanya kecepatan dan arah angin saja, mengetahui suhu udara dapat membantu para atlet pemula untuk lebih mengenal lingkungan permainan panahan. Dari hasil pengukuran dapat dikirim melalui media IOT yakni aplikasi blynk pada hanphone android. Sehingga dapat mempermudah para atlet pemula dapat belajar membidik sasaran panahan dengan tepat dan agar kedepannya terbiasa dalam pertandingan. Keywords: media IOT, android, checking

Abstract

The aim of this article is to use exploratory factor analysis to create a consumer service quality instrument with the help of google form that meets the criteria of valid, reliable, and high fit model. This is a quantitative study that the survey method. A cross-sectional survey was used as the research design. The study's sample size was 200 people who were chosen at random using a simple random sampling technique. A consumer service quality questionnaire was used as the instrument. This instrument was analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis techniques. The results revealed that the customer service quality instrument model based on the EFA analysis was already in the fit criteria, that each item had a loading factor greater than 0.05 in addition to item A1, and that the instrument indicator items were declared valid in general. According to the results of the reliability test, the instrument is in the very reliable category.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise sector is one of the factors driving the trend of economic growth in indonesia. In order to support the government’s efforts in advancing SMEs, Jateng Bank as one of the institutions in collaboration with the German SBFIC (Saving Banks Foundation for International Cooperation) participated in thes efforts by holding MBG (micro business game training). This article aims to describe the urgency of MBG training for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise actors or prospective actors in improving business management knowledge and financial literacy. This study uses a qualitative method, namely by collecting primary data sources trough interviews with the trainer of MBG Jateng Bank and also collecting data sources from literature review trough previous research literatures. The result of this research is that MBG training has a very important role in improving business management and financial literacy, especially in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

This study examines how organizational culture functions as a mediator between internal marketing and organizational performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Palembang City. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional survey. Respondents in this study amounted to 42 respondents, with data analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The findings in this study that organizational culture functions as a mediator in the influence of internal marketing and organizational performance on small and medium-sized enterprises. So it is important Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises ses in the city of Palembang to create a conducive organizational culture.

Abstract

Professionalism is an employee's work attitude in which he conducts his job with skills, expertise, sincerity, correctness, and discipline in accordance with his field of competence by following the norms of the professional code of ethics that apply in his environment. This research focuses on understanding receptionist professionalism in order to assist the efficient running of The Zuri Hotel. A qualitative case study research approach was applied. Interviews and observations were employed as instruments. The study's findings indicate that the receptionist at The Zuri hotel plays a critical role since it is the hub of activity, taking care of accepting visitors who will stay, visitors who come from outside of the hotel, and all guests who seek information about the hotel. The author also discovered that, despite the receptionist's professionalism and adherence to standard operating procedures, there were nonetheless guest complaints concerning the check-in and check-out processes. Activities or actions that take care of the filming process of visitor IDs are also carried out at the reception, as is the completion of guest data while staying at the hotel, all of which are performed out professionally

Abstract

Hotel marketing is an activity that employs a strategy designed to tell a story about the services that a hotel may offer. The purpose of this study was to determine whether marketing practices had an impact on hotel operations. A qualitative case study research method was used. Instruments, interviews, and observations were used. The study's findings indicate that The Zuri Hotel follows the steps in the marketing strategy of paying attention to the current marketing mix, beginning with paying attention to each existing product and establishing pricing based on market scenarios and conditions. Employees and others involved in hotel operations are taught so that their work adheres to business operating requirements. Keep in mind that The Zuri also offers a variety of promos to entice tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of customer satisfaction and expectations of assistance services for the procurement of goods and services at the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. In this study, researchers used quantitative and qualitative research that focused on analyzing customer satisfaction through 5 (five) dimensions of service quality, namely; Direct Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The data has been collected by arithmetic mean and servqual gap analysis. Based on the results of the study, that overall customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with an average value of 4.640 is in very good criteria. And customer expectations for the quality of services provided with an average value of 4.651, which is in very good criteria. Thus the servqual gap results are obtained with an average value of -0.011 which is in the medium criteria. This means that the service staff for the procurement of goods and services at the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is considered to have met the expectations or expectations for the service desired by its customers (satisfactory).

Abstract

Geographic information systems have a great advantage in the process of data management, in particular spatial and attribute data in digital form. The data will be stored as an attribute of a location or object geographical location, so that it can be used optimally in the process of analysis of information, for example information system mapping livestock population in South Sumatra. The use of Web-based GIS is intended to facilitate the employers nor the Department of Animal Husbandry in accessing information and data processing to see the area that has the potential of livestock production in South Sumatra. The design of digital mapping on this system using ArcGIS 10.2. The results of the study are expected to society, especially the employers can get information and management of livestock population data, especially in the Department of South Sumatra farms become more efficient, effective and more accurate.

Abstract

Pemberian pakan ikan merupakan aktivitas paling penting dan harus dilakukan secara konsisten baik jumlah maupun waktu pemberian pakan. Jika tidak dilakukan secara konsisten maka akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ikan dan tentunya berdampak pada hasil panen. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis internet of things (IOT) dalam merancang alat pakan ikan secara otomatis (automatic fish feeder). Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Mitra adalah Desa Gelebek Dalam dan Korem 44/Gapo. Komponen dan alat yang disiapkan antara lain power supply, real time clock (RTC), sensor ultrasonik, arduino uno, mega+wifi r3 atmega 2560+esp 8266, lcd 20x4, buzzer, kipas, lcd keypad shield, switch/saklar, panel box, motor servo. Analisis hasil menggunakan metode performance dan kuesioner. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa alat automatic fish feeder memiliki kinerja atau performa yang baik. Terbukti dari semua sistem dan proses dapat dijalankan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsi maupun manfaat yang diharapkan. Selain itu, alat ini juga dapat membantu pembudidaya mengontrol pemberian pakan ikan secara jarak jauh. Sehingga, peternak ikan tidak mengalami keterlambatan dalam pemberian pakan dan juga early warning sebelum persediaan pakan habis. Selain kebergunaan, pelatihan ini juga memberikan pengetahuan tentang perawatan alat serta mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan tentang perlunya teknologi berbasis IOT.
