Abstract

The socialization of granting inheritance rights to non-heirs from a moderate perspective is to take place in religion because there are two important factors, namely social environmental factors and family factors. This socialization is greatly influenced by education and the ability of the community to accept opinions. Thus, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Community Service team's socialization activities were carried out. If young people are active and invite people to participate in religious activities, one of the activities is understanding Islamic law. Then behavior in activities based on sharia, especially Islamic inheritance can be reduced

Abstract

Banyaknya persoalan karakter dewasa ini, khususnya pada peremehan peneladanan terhadap karakter Rasulullah saw. yang merupakan suri tauladan yang baik. Pada zaman yang semakin modern seperti sekarang ini, kebanyakan manusia tidak menyadari apa yang diperbuat. Hasilnya akan merugikan diri sendiri. Seharusnya dalam menempuh kehidupan yang hanya sementara ini, manusia senantiasa mengacu pada keteladanan yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah saw sebagai tauladan karakter moderat. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembentukan karakter Moderat pada santri melalui kegiatan pembacaan shalawat di TPQ An-Nahdliyah Nurul Iman Kelurahan Margorejo. Dimana karakter Moderat merupakan suatu karakter seseorang yang meneladani karakternya Rasulullah saw.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the qardhul hasan contract on al-qardh ceria product according to religion moderation. Al-qardh ceria is a benefit financing to finance the productive and consumptive sectors for the poor. This researh uses the type of field research and is descriptive. Data collection uses interviews with information sources from branch leaders, marketing, and members of qardhul hasan financing. The results showed that that the product of al-qardh ceria was not in accordance with Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001. Because in the fatwa, the recipien of al-qardh ceria is only charged an administrative fee. However, in its implementation, members of the qardhul hasan , apart from being charged an administrative fee, memebres are charged a takaful fee.

Abstract

Digital fintech service is a financial service innovation that uses or utilizes digital technology. Bank Muamalat KCP Metro as one of the banks that already provides digital fintech-based services, namely virtual account services, cash management system, internet banking, m-banking (M-DIN), and ATMs. The need for implementing a marketing strategy that builds customer satisfaction and trust in the service. This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Bank Muamalat KCP Metro Based on Digital Fintech for Customer Service. This type of research is field research at Bank Muamalat KCP Metro. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using interviews and documentation. The data sources used were primary sources through interviews with sub-branch managers, customer service, and customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Metro, while secondary sources were obtained from documentation or literature study to complement the primary data. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that Bank Muamalat KCP Metro has used several shari'ah marketing indicators, where the bank implements several components and the 7P marketing mix. The most dominant marketing strategy as a bank's existence is Promotion. Value marketing is created because of the brand, service, and process. Bank Muamalat KCP Metro is also inseparable from the three main principles of syari'ah marketing, namely devotion, simplicity and virtue. This principle is most dominantly applied by the marketing of Bank Muamalat KCP Metro, namely the Principle of Ketaqwaan. Bank Muamalat KCP Metro also needs to evaluate or improve marketing strategies related to digital fintech services, it needs continuous introduction efforts to use the system effectively and efficiently because there are still customers who do not recognize Muamalat's digital fintech services, especially virtual accounts, cash management systems, internet banking.

Abstract

This study is aimed at discussing the system and procession of indigenous Mohammed Moponika marriage in creating the value of family harmony in Gorontalo City based on Al-Thufi’s perspective on maslahah. This study used in this research is the type of field research with descriptive method of phenomenological approach. The results of this study conclude that in the traditional procession of the Pohutu Moponika Marriage accommodates many aspects of benefit in an effort to give birth to a harmonious family. The value of benefit intended for the Pohutu Moponika tradition is to gain or gain benefits and reject harm in order to maintain goals syara‘. Although it is not regulated in the texts and does not seem to be in accordance with the provisions of the texts, the customary process of the Pohutu Moponika Marriage in Gorontalo does not aim to destroy religion. On the contrary, it is actually intended for the benefit of the bride and groom so that they can navigate a harmonious domestic life. Therefore, it is included in the maslahah category in accordance with the concept of al-Thufi. Basically, Allah Swt establishes the rules of command and prohibition that are essentially only intended for the good and benefit of humans.

Abstract

The writing of this research aims to explain the management and impact of waqf for education in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City. As for the background in this writing is the demands and expectations of the community for the greater quality of education but the capacity of the government is not yet worth the demand of the community. So the waqf movement became one of the alternatives offered to answer the challenge. Waqf movement, especially in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan aims to improve the quality of education in accordance with Muhammadiyah jargon namely "advanced education". This research is a qualitative study with this type of case study research. The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are conducted in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The methods of data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study show that the waqf movement in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City is supported not only by Muhammadiyah cadres but from sympathizers and the general public. The waqf development strategy carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro consists of (1) the conversion (substitution) of waqf assets, (2) promotion and socialization, (3) the management of waqf assets by prioritizing the allocation of waqf with regard to the 2015-2027 plan, (4) establishing partnerships and (5) strengthening the teachings of Al-Ma'un Muhammadiyah. The impact of waqf has a profound effect on the quality of education such as the improvement of school facilities and the education system in the school. Keywords: Waqf Muhammadiyah, Advanced Education Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pengelolaan dan dampak wakaf bagi pendidikan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dalam penulisan ini adalah tuntutan dan harapan masyarakat akan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih besar namun kapasitas yag dimiliki pemerintah belum sepadan dengan permintaan masyarakat. Sehingga gerakan wakaf menjadi salah satu alternative yang ditawarkan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Gerakan wakaf khususnya di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sesuai dengan jargon Muhammadiyah yakni “pendidikan berkemajuan”.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer dansumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gerakan wakaf di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro tidak hanya didukung oleh kader Muhammadiyah saja melainkan dari simpatisan dan masyarakat umum. Adapun strategi pengembangan wakaf yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro terdiri dari (1) penukaran (substitusi) harta wakaf, (2) promosi dan sosialisasi, (3) pengelolaan harta wakaf dengan memprioritaskan alokasi wakaf dengan memperhatikan renstra tahun 2015-2027, (4) menjalin kemitraan dan (5) Memperkuat ajaran Al-Ma’un Muhammadiyah. Dampak wakaf sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan seperti peningkatan fasilitas sekolah dan sistem pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.
