Abstract

Teknologi informasi terus berkembang dengan cepat, kehadiran internet telah mendorong berbagai bidang kehidupan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi ini. Puskesmas Sukarami adalah sebuah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berdedikasi dalam menyediakan jasa pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia. Puskesmas Sukarami merupakan salah satu instansi pelayanan masyarakat bidang kesehatan yang memiliki total 82 orang pegawai dan 4 orang petugas pendaftaran dari 12 orang pegawai yang bisa mengakses Aplikasi Antrean Online BPJS yang terdiri dari 8 poli untuk pelayanannya. Jumlah total pasien Puskesmas Sukarami yang terdaftar terhitung kurang lebih sebanyak 29.000 orang dan memiliki 6 dokter. Jumlah pasien yang datang perharinya rata-rata sebanyak 100 hingga 160 orang. Evaluasi Usability merupakan cara untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengguna dapat menggunakan suatu sistem/aplikasi untuk mencapai tujuan pengguna yang ditentukan dengan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan dalam kondisi tertentu. Dalam upaya mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah Evaluasi Usability yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimana kekurangan Aplikasi Antrean Online BPJS dengan menggunakan metode TAM dan COBIT 5. Dari hasil analisis dan evaluasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi antrian online BPJS mendapatkan penilaian yang baik dari pengguna dalam hal Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease Of Use (PEU), serta usability secara umum. Dari data yang disajikan, rata-rata PU mencapai 94%, sementara rata-rata PEU mencapai 91%. Evaluasi usability proses dalam domain COBIT 5 juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan rata-rata nilai untuk setiap proses berada di atas. Hal ini menandakan bahwa aplikasi ini dianggap mudah digunakan oleh pengguna dan memenuhi harapan mereka terhadap usability.

Abstract

Abstract Today, the exchange of information can be made not only by text or by voice but also by video. This is a video conference. Polrestabes Palembang is an institution that is affected by the covid-19 and has not yet been computerized in video conferences and in managing video conference schedules. The purpose of the study is to build information management systems for video conference schedules using the framework codeigniter and the software development method of the waterfall method. The waterfall method has five procedures, such as requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, support and maintenance. The result of research is that the information system was successfully built using the framework codeigniter, which has three models: model, view, controller. The information system can manage the data for the video conference schedule that will be done and can do a video conference itinerary recaption as needed. Result of testing, all the menus on this information system can be used as desired.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of e-government services in Indonesia highlights the need to ensure not only system availability but also usability and user satisfaction. This study evaluates the AkuMandiri system, an innovation developed by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency to facilitate online management and self-printing of civil documents. The research employed the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess user experiences, supported by insights from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone & McLean’s IS Success Model to capture broader dimensions of satisfaction and trust. Data were collected from 97 respondents through questionnaires and observations.The analysis revealed an average SUS score of 76.22, which falls into the “acceptable” category, indicating that the system is generally usable. Findings further highlight that ease of use and trust serve as the main drivers of user satisfaction, while system reliability and interaction quality exert relatively weaker influence. These results suggest that although the AkuMandiri application has improved efficiency and accessibility in population administration, challenges remain regarding error handling mechanisms and interface complexity. This study contributes both theoretically and practically: it advances e-government usability research by integrating SUS with TAM and DeLone & McLean frameworks, and it provides actionable recommendations for local governments. Specifically, improvements in interface design, user education, and transparency are necessary to enhance public trust and ensure the long-term sustainability of digital public services.
