Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of two independent variables, customer evaluation and perceived risk, on Shopee users' purchasing decisions. These are factors that deserve attention in the digital age because they have great potential to influence consumer behavior when shopping on the Shopee platform. Research subjects include classmates from the Faculty of Economics of Bandar Lampung University, Class of 2019. The research sample used is 107 respondents and the sampling is done according to Slovin's formula to ensure the level of study. representation of the data. Collected data were analyzed by the method of coefficient of determination analysis and tested by t-test and F-test to test the research hypothesis. Research results show that customer reviews and perceived risk have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of Shopee users. These results provide valuable information for sellers on the Shopee platform so that they can better understand the importance of product quality assessments from customers and the perceived risk. influence consumers' purchasing decisions. While the results of this study provide relevant insights, the study also recognizes that there are other factors that can influence shopping behavior at Shopee. Therefore, other variables should be included in further research for a more comprehensive understanding of consumer buying behavior in the e-commerce environment.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan didirikan sebagai organisasi yang berorientasi pada keuntungan, dengan tujuan memaksimalkan keuntungan untuk mendanai operasi, memastikan kelangsungan hidup, dan memungkinkan pertumbuhan perusahaan dalam lingkungan yang serba cepat. Oleh karena itu nilai penjualan perusahaan harus setinggi-tingginya jika ingin menghasilkan profit atau laba yang optimal. Namun pada CV. Anugerah Sejahtera Abadi ini terjadi ketidak stabilan dan penurunan omset apabila dirata-rata dari tahun 2017-2021, maka dari itu peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, distribusi dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli pada CV. Anugerah Sejahtera Abadi. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Pendekatan dengan cara studi pustaka dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Dalam temuan ditemukan bahwa variabel harga, distribusi dan kualitas produk siginifikan dan positif secara bersamaan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

PT. Lambang Jaya South Lampung has quite a lot of competitors in the field of agricultural equipment engineering, factory construction, and providing factory equipment maintenance services. Of course it has many competitors in its field, especially PT Lambang Jaya which is located in the South Lampung area which is an industrial area in Lampung. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, Data Analysis Techniques. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out during data collection as stated by Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, withdrawal. Conclusions (concluding drawing), in this research results were obtained. In a proactive approach, the company carries out continuous research and development to anticipate future consumer needs and improve product quality. They also adapted marketing strategies that focused on understanding consumer needs and adjusting prices accordingly. Meanwhile, in a reactive approach, companies respond to market conditions or competitors with defensive, imitative and second but better strategies. They protect themselves from threats from competing products by maintaining the security of research and development results, as well as conducting research on competitor products to improve the quality of their own products

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of price and product reviews on purchasing decisions in the Shopee e-commerce case study in the Bandar Lampung community. This research uses quantitative methods using a sample of 100 respondents calculated using the Cochran formula. The analysis techniques used in this research are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple liner regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests, data were processed using the IBM SPSS 25 (2023) application. Based on the results obtained in this research, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then, together, price and product reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Prices and product reviews can be an effective approach for sellers to influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of servant leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance. Questionnaires were given to 44 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, ordination, F test and t test. Based on the calculation results of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26, it was obtained that servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. This means that the better the servant leadership applied, the better the work of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. This means that the higher the commitment of employees to the organization, the better the work of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. Servant leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim This means that the better the servant leadership applied and the greater the commitment of the employee organization, the better the work of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out which marketing strategies are more important for increasing sales at PD stores. Maju Jaya Wheels to face the many competitors that are coming. The informants in this research were 2 employees and 8 consumers, consumers were users of HSR rims and GT tires (single elephant), consumers were at least 20 years old and over. The analysis method uses IFAS analysis, EFAS analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on the description and discussion that has been presented, several points can be drawn from the SWOT analysis as well as strategies that can be implemented by PD. Maju Jaya Wheels Bandar Lampung in an effort to increase sales, based on the SWOT Matrix diagram above, it is known that PD. Maju Jaya Wheels Bandar Lampung is in quadrant I, where the situation is very favorable. In this quadrant, PD. Maju Jaya Wheels Bandar Lampung has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (growth oriented strategy).

Abstract

This study aims to test employee performance at CV. Pelangi Mitra Bandar Lampung which is influenced by TQM and work motivation both individually and simultaneously. This research has a quantitative approach. The employee population owned by CV. Pelangi Mitra Bandar Lampung is 30 people which is called a saturated sample. Furthermore, questionnaires were distributed and the results were tested using SPSS 27 software with multiple linear tests. The results of this study, employee performance at CV. Pelangi Mitra Bandar Lampung is positively and significantly influenced by work motivation and overall quality management. Based on the results of the study, increasing employee work motivation and overall quality management implementation standards will directly increase productivity. This means that optimal employee performance will help achieve overall organizational goals if TQM and work motivation are implemented properly.

Abstract

Riset ini dilakukan untuk memahami hubungan pada struktur modal, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas dalam Usaha Mikro Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Kemiling. Riset yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 98 pelaku UMKM dengan menggunakan rumus purposive sampling. Riset dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. mengevaluasi akibat variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Instrumen penelitian memakai skala Likert untuk mengukur persepsi keuangan dan kinerja responden. Struktur Modal dan Likuiditas menjadi variabel bebas, sementara Profitabilitas berperan sebagai variabel terikat. Peneliti menggunakan analisis statistik untuk menguji signifikansi hubungan antar variabel serta mengukur tingkat pengaruhnya. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Likuiditas memberikan dampak positif pada Profitabilitas, sementara, Struktur Modal tidak menunjukkan dampak positif pada Profitabilitas. Temuan ini mempunyai implikasi penting bagi pengembangan strategi keuangan UMKM, menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan likuiditas dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Penelitian merekomendasikan untuk mengoptimalisasi pengelolaan modal usaha, peningkatan akses pembiayaan dan pengembangan kapasitas keuangan UMKM melalui intervensi strategis pemerintah dan lembaga terkait.

Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset paling strategis yang memainkan peran krusial dalam menentukan efektivitas operasional serta daya saing jangka panjang perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi semakin penting khususnya di sektor jasa, di mana Perusahaan tidak dapat lepas dari pentingnya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan. Untuk itu, performa karyawan menjadi faktor sentral dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Galih Langgeng Jaya. Dalam dinamika industri jasa yang kompetitif, kinerja karyawan menjadi kunci keberhasilan perusahaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden, yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 100 karyawan. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Temuan ini menjelaskan jika baik motivasi maupun gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu meningkatkan strategi motivasi dan mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan yang partisipatif serta transformasional guna mendukung pencapaian kinerja optimal.

Abstract

Pada riset ini ditujukan guna menganalisa dampak Mutu Produk dan Mutu Layanan atas Kenyamanan konsumen di Bengkel Vespa Matic Darinol Garage Bandar Lampung. Dalam dunia bisnis yang makin kompetitif, kenyamanan konsumen menjadi faktor krusial yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai elemen, termasuk kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan. Metode kajian yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden dengan memakai teknik purposive sampling. Tinjauan ini memanfaatkan alat statistik berupa SPSS versi 25. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan mutu layanan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat drastis atas kenyamanan pelanggan. Kesimpulan pada kajian ini jika mutu produk dan kualitas layanan di Bengkel Vespa Matic Darinol Garage Bandar Lampung berpengaruh secara bersamaan pada Kepuasaan Pelanggan.
