Abstract

Media sosial saat ini memberikan informasi yang mampu mempengaruhi masyarakat. Sehingga, kini media sosial memiliki peranan signifikan sebagai sumber rujukan yang baru oleh maysarakat. Informasi kesehatan merupakan informasi yang sering dicari oleh pengguna media sosial. Penderita penyakit mencari informasi melalui media sosial terlebih dahulu sebelum bertemu dengan tenaga kesehatan. Tetapi kebanyakan informasi tidak dapat dipastikan sebagai informasi yang sesuai. Kesalahan terkait informasi kesehatan bisa membahayakan penderita. Ini bermakna, informasi yang terdapat pada media sosial perlu mendapatkan pengesahan pakar atau tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media sosial oleh tenaga kesehatan sebagai media konsultasi dan memberikan informasi yang tidak bertentangan dengan etika profesionalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kalasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM). Validasi klasifikasi data yang diperoleh dilaksanakan menggunakan K-Fold Cross Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SVM dalam klasifikasi kesesuaian informasi kesehatan dengan akurasi 70% pada data yang digunakan..

Abstract

In preparing for the new normal for COVID-19, every government agency, school and university will be required to comply with new regulations by the government, in which the government will oblige everyone who does activities outside the home to wear masks and practice physical distancing. This is one of the new habits that the government will familiarize with starting in 2020. Due to the ease with which the Covid-19 virus spreads. So the selection of a good mask is recommended good mask, namely a mask that follows the recommendations of the WHO at least 3 layers. The purpose of this study was to classify the types of SNI and non-SNI masks so that the presence of this SNI mask cluster monitoring system could improve security at locations that apply the use of masks and the masks used can function effectively to prevent the spread and spread of Covid-19, classification of research models it uses the InceptionV3, Resnet50, InceptionV2, AlexNet and DenseNet architectures. The results of trials that have been carried out by the InceptionV3 architecture have the most optimal accuracy with loss values of 3.4889 and 0.9894 (98.94%).

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan suatu proses mengolah data dengan cara yang bervariasi atau memperoleh informasi dengan kualitas yang baik. Informasi yang memiliki relevansi dan bernilai strategis serta akurat dibutuhkan dan digunakan di berbagai jenis keperluan baik untuk kebutuhan pribadi dan keperluan usaha atau bisnis serta di pemerintahan. Salah satu produk dari teknologi informasi adalah sistem informasi berbasis website. Pemanfaatan website menjadi salah satu cara untuk mempromosikan produk dan potensi dari suatu daerah atau desa. Dengan website yang dapat diakses secara daring, informasi yang disebarkan dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat di berbagai belahan dunia terkait dengan produk dan potensi yang ada pada desa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, desa Liang Muda yang terletak di kecamatan STM Hulu kabupaten Deli Serdang provinsi Sumatera Utara, perlu memanfaatkan penggunaan website sebagai media informasi dan promosi untuk masyarakat di desa Liang Muda dan juga untuk masyarakat di luar dari desa Liang Muda baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di desa Liang Muda dalam pemanfaatan website dan juga memajukan dan meningkatkan perekonomian desa secara berkala.

Abstract

Background: National Social Security Agency for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) in North Sumatra has noted since January 2021 there were 1,272 work accident cases in North Sumatra. Work accident prevention data with a scientific approach already has adequate information, but the digitalization era 4.0 prioritizes fast availability of information, where all entities in the industrial environment are always connected and can share information with each other. By using fast information it will make it easier for decision maker to make faster decisions and control actions in work safety and health issues. Method: The type of research was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method in 9 afdelings with a total of 219 oil palm harvesters. Results: This application is the final process of the research, namely evaluating the results of the test and the feasibility of implementing the application for use by workers. Conclusion: This Android-based application can help map the risks of near misses and work accidents, making it easier for companies to record data on near misses and work accidents. In addition, the data input process by workers can be carried out quickly because the data input is done in real time

Abstract

Stunting in children must receive attention. This condition can indicate that the child's nutrition is not adequately met. If left untreated, stunting can have long-term impacts on children. The increasingly rapid development of technology affects human life, one of which is the health aspect. This makes it easier to access and disseminate information. The use of technology must be used effectively and efficiently to improve public health. The presence of E-stunting is an implementation of the digitization of child nutrition recording and reporting—an application designed with various features that provide information about stunting. One of the features found in E-stunting is Food Recall. This research aims to solve health problems in Bahliran Village by empowering the community through the stunting care application (Important) to increase community awareness of stunting and Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. This research took eight months, with a research approach method that took three research stages, namely: a) Stage 1. This stage is the initial stage carried out in community empowerment. b) Stage II. In this second stage, there is a transformation of knowledge and skills. In this case, there is a need to learn about various knowledge and skills to support the empowerment activities. c) Stage III. Increased intellectual abilities and skill proficiency. In this activity, the people of Bahliran Village can take advantage of the "IMPORTANT (Stunting Care)" application, which is expected to reduce stunting rates and create a healthy and empowered community.

Abstract

The community service program conducted in the fostered village of LPPM USU, namely Kuta Mbelin Village, STM Hulu District, Deliserdang Regency, which already has a village information system (https://s.id/kutambelin) as a manifestation of a digital village, should convert the population data processed conventionally into population data that can be integrated with the village's needs. This includes the ability to monitor population growth, facilitate correspondence and archiving, obtain village population statistics, and more. To improve this data, the fostered village team is implementing an open-source Village Information System, commonly known as Open SID. The data processed by the village using MS Excel covers two hamlets out of the three in Kuta Mbelin village. Hamlet I has 261 residents and Hamlet II has 532 residents, while Hamlet III is still being processed by the village operator. This existing population data needs to be refined and integrated into the Open SID-based population data platform by first performing data cleaning to ensure it can be incorporated into the village information system. The data entry process is continuously carried out by the LPPM USU community service team and village operators, involving USU MBKM KKN students in the village.
