Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Creativity and Product Innovation on Business Success in Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency". This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 coconut shell craftsmen using the saturation point formula technique, because the population was less than 100 people, the number of samples in this study was taken absolutely from a population of 30 respondents. Based on the T test and F test, it can be concluded that the creativity and product innovation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, indicating Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Coefficient of Determination (R2) = 0.343 or 34.3%. 65.7% was influenced by other factors not described in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of price and digital marketing in the D'Scarpa Shop Medan boutique. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research on descriptive research and tends to use analysis. The results of this study, it can be concluded that the price and digital marketing used by D'Scarpa Shop Medan boutique is very important and successful in increasing sales. Prices are set according to the quality of goods, capital goods and the intended market so that they can be affordable by the buyer. Digital marketing used is Instagram social media where sales of the D'Scarpa Shop Medan boutique are 70% via Instagram and sales have increased from 2013 to 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of ease and trust in using e-commerce onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. The type of research used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of a list of questions (questionnaires), interviews (interviews), and direct observation. Sampling was done by totalmethod sampling, where the entire population was used as a sample of 45 people. Datacarried out using the SPSS (processing wasstatistical program for social scienceapplication) version 21.0. The hypothesis testing technique in this study uses multiple linear regression. Previously, the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test were conducted first. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially, the variable ease of using e-commerce has an effect onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. (2) Partially, the trust variable using e-commerce has an effect onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of convenience and trust in using e-commerce onpurchasing decisions for online Binjai State Attorney's employees.

Abstract

The research aims to find out "the influence of shop atmosphere and quality of service toward customer satisfaction Resto Chicken Penyet Chili Green Medan". This type of research is associative which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. The population in this study is Resto chicken Penyet chili Green Medan.. A total of 3000 customers and using the Slovin formula with significance level 0.1, the number of samples in this study as many as 96 respondents were taken from some customers. Based on the results of T test and F test, the atmosphere of the shop and the quality of service both partially and simultaneously influence positively and significantly to customer satisfaction variables. It obtained the R Square value of 0.485 so that the figure indicates that a 48.5% customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the shop's mood factor (X1) and the quality of Service (X2). The remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.

Abstract

A healthy environment is an important concern every year to show our quality of life. The accumulation of waste that becomes public concern really needs to be resolved with various parties, not only from the government, but also the involvement of the community as consumers of the plastic waste producer. This plastic waste damages ecosystems and habitats such as land, sea and air. So that this community service aims to educate the understanding of the dangers of plastic waste and increase the skills of the community regarding how to process plastic waste that has no value but can be processed into handicrafts that provide creative economic value. The results of beautiful handicrafts, of course, in the future can provide prospects for the community to help the economy so as to increase family income and can minimize damage to the environment, both land and air.

Abstract

Growth and developing of world fashion style makes public also get involved on purchasing of the products in marketplace. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying distro urban traffic customers in medan city. The type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is the consumers of distro urban traffic in medan city, totaling 3584 visitors. The number of samples was 97 customers with the sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews, secondary data is obtained from literature, previous research and so on. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have a positive and significant effect on impluse buyinhg. The result of partial test shows that the variable shopping lifestyle have a positive significant effect on impulse buying and the variable fashion involvement have a positive significant effect on impulse buying. The result of koefisien determination shows the variable of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement gained 68,9% on impulse buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of job performance appraisal and career development on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business. The type of research used is associative research, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, questionnaires, and direct documentation surveys. The population in this study was 44 people, then the sample was taken using the saturated sampling method, which took the entire population as a sample. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS application, the data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, there is a significant effect of job performance assessment and career development on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business. Then, partially assessing work performance and career development each has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers of the Tri Collection Clothing Store in 2021 as many as 1244. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement and 1 dependent variable, namely Impulse buying. The tool used to test this research is SPSS 22. The results show that the shopping lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as the result of the t test is 2.120 which means t_count t_(table) is 1.661 and the significant value is 1.661. the resulting 0.037 is smaller than 0.05. The fashion involvement variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as the results of the t-test are 3.211, which means t_count t_(table) is 1.661 and the resulting significance value is 0.002 less than 0.05. Together, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have an effect on impulse buying, as the result of f_count f_(table ) which is 7.313 3.10 with a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than the level of significance of 0.05.

Abstract

This purpose of study was to determine and analyze the effect of customer bonding and customer experience on customer loyalty of Shampoo NR at districts of medan sunggal (student case study of PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan)’’. The research method used was exploratory research, where the variables were measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionair). population in this study were all NR Shampoo customers. totaling 57 people. Sampling with the saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study, the population was relatively small, as many as 57 people. Data processing using SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially customer bonding variables affect customer loyalty NR Shampoo at PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan sunggal ; (2) partially customer experience variables affect customer loyalty NR Shampoo at PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan sunggal; (3) At the same time, there is a significant positive impact between customer retention and customer experience.
