Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the relationship between human resource competence and workload has on employee performance through organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Parepare City Population Control and Family Planning Service, totaling 94 people consisting of various positions and jobs within the agency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data is processed using SmartPLS 3. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that HR competence and workload had a positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. The organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance and HR competence and workload has no effect on employee performance through an organizational commitment within the employee scope of the Parepare City Population and Family Planning Agency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar. The number of samples in this study was 43 people, the type of research used was quantitative research with survey research. The results of this study show that organizational culture and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, then employee motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, organizational culture variables do not have a positive effect on employee performance at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, the compensation variable has no positive effect on employee performance at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with overall motivation. as the intervening variable at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, and the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City

Abstract

Usaha catering menjadi tren bisnis dan jumlah pengusaha catering terus meningkat sehingga persaingan di dalam bisnis catering ini cukup ketat. Makassar sebagai kota besar yang terus berkembang, laju pertumbuhan perekonomian serta perubahan teknologi dan informasinya pun semakin cepat sehingga banyak lapangan usaha yang bermuculan, hal ini juga terjadi pada usaha bisnis catering di kota makassar yang mengakibatkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Dalam kompetisi semakin ketat, bisnis catering harus memiliki daya saing yang cukup kuat untuk dapat terus bersaing dengan pesaingnya. Oleh karena itu bisnis catering harus memiliki banyak cara dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi bisnis terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada usaha catering di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada usaha catering di Kota Makassar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi inovasi produk, maka keunggulan kompetitif yang diukur dengan harga, kualitas, dan Time to Market semakin menurun.

Abstract

The purposes of this banking industry study are 1) to analyze the effect of macroeconomic conditions that represented by gross domestic product and inflation, and the effect of loan to deposit ratio on earning assets commercial bank; 2) to analyze the effect earning assets, non performing loans, interest rate of working capital loan and operational cost on profitability of commercial bank in Indonesia; 3) to explain about the growth of banking industry and their role as financial intermediary institution after monetary and economic crisis. This study use the quantitative method by multiple regression model to analyze time series data of commercial bank in Indonesia. The results of that multiple regression model indicated gross domestic product, previously earning assets and loan to deposit ratio have positive and significant effect to commercial bank earning assets. Meanwhile, inflation has not significant effect to commercial bank earning assets. Then, earning assets, previously profit and interest rate of working capital loan have positive and significant effect to commercial bank profit, but both of non performing loans and operational cost have significant inverse relationship to commercial bank profit. This results show that banking industry more concern to retain the profitability by expand their businnes than to provide cost efficiency. According to this study, in order to retain banking industry performance are developing economic growth that condusive to increase financial intermediary of banking industry, improving cost efficiency to provide competition which lower lending interest rate, and extending financial service area to reach micro and small enterprises as a part of financial inclusion strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to find a description about factors related to the professional commitment of pharmacists and it's attendance on pharmacy services for communities. This research was carried out in pharmacy services at Makassar city according to the types of pharmacy with a survey method using a questionnaire. The population were pharmacists and pharmacists assistance from three types of pharmacy services such as public service pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, and franchise or “BUMN” pharmacy. The sample was taken by proportionate stratified random sampling method from 279 pharmacists which was then found 72 samples proportionally. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to find out the correlations between variables and then proceed to a t-test analysis to determine which variable is dominantly correlated to professional commitment of pharmacist in pharmacy services. The results show that motivation, competence, leadership, and attitude do simultaneously and significantly correlate to the professional commitment of pharmacists in pharmacy services. But in part, only motivation and competence were significantly correlated to the professional commitment of the pharmacist which was more dominant in motivation.

Abstract

Garuda Indonesia is currently included in the 24 airlines in the world for the category four stars (four stars airlines). For the initial steps of priority Garuda Indonesia is reorganized operations and management of Garuda flights to be on time with excellent service quality. As part of the service improvement program, Garuda charted 28 service touch points, ranging from pre to post-journey journeys for passenger comfort. The 28 touch points will be analyzed in this study. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the dimensions of quality services to the satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia airline passenger route Makassar - Jakarta, as well as analyze the quality dimension of the Garuda service to give satisfaction to passengers Garuda route Makassar - Jakarta. Analytical methods used are Level Conformity and Cartesian Diagrams. The results showed that: 1) Garuda service quality dimensions have not been able to give satisfaction to the passenger routes Garuda Indonesia Makassar - Jakarta, 2) Among the five Garuda service quality dimensions, the tangible dimension that has the greatest fitness levels of passenger satisfaction levels Garuda route Makassar - Jakarta.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of marketing blends consisting of product, price, promotion, location, employee, physical evidence and process on the bank director's decision to determine Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency, and to investigate the most dominant process blend variable in the decision of the bank director to select Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency. The method used in the study in quantitative – descriptive. The population consists of 35 bank directors that constitute a full sample. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions supported by the SPSS 16.00. The study indicates that marketing blends consisting of product, price, promotion, location, employee, physical evidence and process variables simultaneously have a positive influence on the director's decision to select Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency. It is reflected in the statistical F Test or simultaneous significance test (SPSS 16.00). The free variables have a significant influence under unhealthy possibility of less than 5% (P, 0.05). Partially, the T – Test indicates the location variable is the most dominant free variable that affects the bank director's decision to select Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness terhadap intention to use e-wallet (fintech) dengan attitude toward using sebagai variabel intervening Studi pada UMKM di Kecamatan Panakukkang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan sebanyak 100 sampel responden yang memenuhi kriteria bersedia merespon penelitian ini melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu data primer atau data yang diambil langsung dari responden melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan partial least square. Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh non performing loan dan suku bunga kredit terhadap profitabilitas, pengaruh  non performing loan, suku bunga dan profitabilitas terhadap capital adequacy ratio, serta menganalisis pengaruh non performing loan dan suku bunga kredit terhadap capital adequacy ratio dengan dimediasi profitabilitas pada BPR di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan time series, dengan mengambil populasi yakni BPR di Sulawesi Selatan dengan sampel sebanyak 80 periode pengamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi Pustaka dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa non performing loan memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, suku bunga kredit memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Non performing loan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap CAR, suku bunga kredit memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CAR, ROA memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CAR. Hasil uji sobel test diperoleh temuan bahwa ROA dapat memediasi pengaruh suku bunga kredit terhadap CAR. Kemudian hasil uji mediasi mengenai pengaruh suku bunga kredit terhadap CAR dimediasi oleh ROA, diperoleh temuan bahwa ROA tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh suku bunga kredit terhadap CAR pada BPR di Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

The banking sector has been impacted by digital strategies aimed at increasing access to financial services in an era of rapid growth in information technology and internet penetration. Digital strategies require promotions to influence customer perception and interest. This article looks at how Bank Sulselbar uses digital promotional strategies to increase customers' perceived ease and interest in obtaining credit. The use of social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, chatbots, webinars, and collaboration with influencers are important steps taken by Bank Sulselbar in an effort to create a good image, increase awareness, and encourage credit taking. This case study collects quantitative data from one hundred respondents. The impact of promotional strategies on customer perceptions of convenience and interest is studied through descriptive and correlation analysis. The research results show that digital promotion strategies are profitable. All things considered, Bank Sulselbar's digital marketing approach was successful in changing people's perceptions of how easy and interesting it is to get credit. Combining these components enables banks to draw in and keep consumers more successfully, enhancing their standing in the competitive banking sector.
