Abstract

This study aims to describe the context, input, process, and product of the Inclusive Education program. This research is a program evaluation research using the CIPP model. The methodology used is a survey and descriptive method. The study was conducted at the State Elementary School 01 Sungai Bambu, North Jakarta. The research informants were the Principal, vice-principal of the curriculum and student affairs department, Mr and Mrs teachers, special assistant teachers. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on data analysis, the main obstacle to inclusive education programs experienced by schools was the presence of non-permanent accompanying teachers, who only received one per week, thus hampering the development of students with special needs. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process are incomplete. The unique curriculum for inclusive education at SD N 01 Rawa Bambu needs to be re-examined to improve learning abilities for children with special needs.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is continually strived for by every school through teacher performance. Improving teacher performance is influenced by many factors, including the development of the teaching profession and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to describe the positive influence of professional education and motivation on performance. This research was conducted on elementary school teachers with 210 Civil Servant teachers who have attended professional education and teach at public elementary schools in the area. The time used during research activities is four months. The data analysis used is the structural equation model (SEM). By using the AMOS software. The findings of the study that there is a direct positive effect of professional education on performance. Work motivation has a direct positive effect on teacher performance significantly. Professional education has a positive effect on motivation. For this reason, the success of the implementation of teacher professional education, which is the main factor in motivating teachers, needs to be maintained and controlled by conducting scheduled evaluations.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, education is one of the mainstays for preparing Indonesian human resources, especially in facing industry 4.0. One of the efforts to improve the quality of Indonesia's young generation is through the learning process in schools, and successful learning is supported by the effective and efficient utilization of all educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. This study aims to analyze the planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance, and removal of educational facilities and infrastructure at one of Islamic Junior High School. Qualitative research data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen: first, planning activities for facilities and infrastructure are always carried out starting from analysis, determining funds, and selecting needed goods, second procurement activities are carried out by buying and determining funds as needed, but there are still procurement activities that have not been running, the three inventories are always carried out as evidence of the procurement of goods, and coding is carried out when the goods come to school, the fourth maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out regularly by involving school residents and discussed through periodic meetings, fifth Deletion activities are carried out if there are inappropriate goods, damaged goods, and goods that are no longer used.

Abstract

Abstract Regular or public teacher requires a collaboration professionally to provide learning to the disabled children in the inclusive school. The research aims to explain the method to make assessment correctly and learning strategy for disabled students. The study is crucial to be conducted because it can increase regular teachers' professionalism in handling disabled children. Based on the Ministry of Education and Culture data in 2015/2016 in dapodik, the number of Junior High School (SMP) held inclusive education was 3,817 schools. According to Dunn, the method used in this research is the policy analysis method with normative and descriptive analysis. Guru pendidikan reguler atau umum memerlukan suatu kolaborasi dengan professional dalam memberikan pembelajaran pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusif. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan cara melakukan asesmen yang benar dan strategi pembelajaran untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena secara khusus dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru reguler dalam menghadapi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Berdasarkan data Kemendikbud yang berupa dapodik tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 menunjukkan bahwa jumlah sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusif di seluruh Indonesia berjumlah 3.817 sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kebijakan menurut Dunn, dengan analisis deskriptif dan normatif.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of School-Based Management (MBS) in the New Zealand School-Joint Cooperative School (SPK) Elementary School Jakarta. The data collection methods are through documentation method, interview and observation. Based on the descriptive analysis, overall, SPK New Zealand School Elementary School Jakarta has well implement MBS. The finding can be seen from the management of facilities and infrastructure; they follow the predefined procedure, in managing the students, teachers and staffs management were conducted accountably and transparent. The supporting factor in implementing MBS in SPK New Zealand School Elementary School Jakarta is the participation of the community, and almost every aspect meet the academic qualification. Meanwhile, the obstacle was the shortage of teachers.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan  menganalisa penerapan manajemen sekolah (MBS) di Sekolah Dasar (SD) New Zealand School of Education (SPK) New Zealand School Jakarta beserta hal-hal yang mendudukung dan menghambat dalam pelaksanaan MBS di SD SPK New Zealand School Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data: metode dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif,  SD SPK New Zealand secara keseluruhan Jakarta berprestasi baik dalam MBS. Hal ini terlihat dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan sesuai dengan proses yang telah ditetapkan, dalam pengelolaan siswa, guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang dilakukan secara transparan dan tanggung jawab. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan MBS di SD School SPK New Zealand Jakarta adalah keterlibatan masyarakat, dan hampir semuanya memiliki tingkat pendidikan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya jumlah guru di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the context, input, process, and product of industrial work practices program in Administrative Expertise Program of SMK BPS & K II Bekasi. This research is a program evaluation research using CIPP model. The methodology used is survey and descriptive method. The research was conducted at SMK BPS & K II Bekasi. The research informants were the head of prakerin, prakerin treasurer, supervising teacher, industry supervisor and students. Data were collected through observation, questionnaire, and interview. Based on data analysis found that the level of achievement of prakerin program on the context of program prakerin in Program Administration Expertise SMK BPS&K II Bekasi 85.16% with good category. The input variable of prakerin program in Administration Expertise Program of SMK BPS & K II Bekasi is 82,77% with good category. Variable process of prakerin program in Administration Expertise Program of SMK BPS & K II Bekasi is 85,03% with good category. Variable product of prakerin program in Administration Expertise Program of SMK BPS & K II Bekasi is indicated with excellent category with 96% passing rates of competency test.

Abstract

One of the things that lead to the success and effectiveness of school institutions is due to the quality of student achievement. Achievement of student learning outcomes depends on the success of teachers in helping students to achieve learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the learning program covering input component, process, and output of learning process in SMA 61 Jakarta. The method used is a qualitative method. The study was conducted during 2014. Data analysis techniques used using interactive models that include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the evaluation of the quality program conducted in SMA 61 Jakarta related to input, process and output components. The combination of the three elements, inputs, processes, and product quality is the determining factor to improve the quality of education. This study found the participation of school committees in the implementation of education at SMAN 61 Jakarta is not optimal. Therefore, it is expected that school committees can optimally not only mobilize education funding from the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan di SMA Ngeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam Kabupaten Oki. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan meneliti langsung ke lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara langsung dengan Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Serta Guru. Teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bawha Perencanaan program pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam sudah dilakukan dengan mengacu kepada stadnar pengelolaan pendidikan progam pembinaan lebih terarah kepada pembinaan terhadap aturan dan disiplin. Namun belum sesuai dengan standar pengelolaan pendidikan, karena masih belum melaksanakan kegiatan pengawasan secara terstruktur. Pelaksanaan program kerja ini mengacu pada RKS, bentuk rencana kerja yang sudah di realisasikan sudah ada di SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam di antara nya berkaitan dengan standar pengelolaan pendidikan

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the programs organised by a professional learning community in Indonesia, MGMP (Subject Teacher Conference), as a forum for teachers' professional development with two principles: communal deliberation and subject teachers. Forty teachers were randomly selected and surveyed (N = 40), and three school inspectors were interviewed (N = 3). This recent study employed a mixed-method design. Furthermore, a content analysis was carried out to study the standards of MGMP development. Findings revealed that the programs have been consistent with the underlying principles of MGMP and are effective for Social Science teachers' development. Although more attention should be given to teachers' real performance in classes, the researchers believe regular meetings have provided teachers with opportunities to exchange ideas, discover solutions, and create a pool of current information and valuable experiences. The communal deliberation is contextual to the practice of PLC in Indonesia. It never changes the goal objective to improve teachers' professional development to improve student's quality of learning. It strengthens the spirit of collegiality in teachers' cooperation and collaboration.

Abstract

AbstractTimes are constantly changing, and the world is entering the 21st century. The 21st century is marked by various rapid developments and changes that occur in human life and the universe. Changes and developments that really affect human life are technology and information. The influence of technology and information brings various positive impacts and on the other hand also brings negative impacts as well as various challenges that require humans to be ready to face them. The education sector also feels and experiences various challenges. To be able to deal with and overcome this, a leader who has adequate abilities and competencies is needed to be able to move members of educational institutions and make firm decisions in facing the challenges of the 21st century. The focus of this research is on transformational leadership styles in making decisions to face challenges in the 21st century. 21. Thus the research method used is a literature review study by analyzing several previous research articles and writings related to the research focus. The research objective is to analyze and understand the impact of transformational leadership on the role of decision-making in facing challenges in the 21st century.
