Abstract

Cyberbullying is closely related to technology and social media. Dissemination of information via the Internet and social media is much faster than the oral way. Cyberbullying is often done through social media and headlines news portals, which make the reader interested in reading, usually used excessive sentences that can make someone cornered. This research study is entitled «Discourse Cyberbullying of Florence Sihombing (Critical Discourse Analysis Teun A. van Dijk about Florence Sihombing in Cyberspace)». The purpose of this study was to determine the discourse on cyberbullying in the case of Florence Sihombing based on critical discourse analysis Teun A. Van Dijk. The methodology used in this research is the analysis of discourse, in which the author collects screenshots of cyberbullyer tweets on Twitter and headlines on online news portals that are associated with the case of Florence Sihombing, then associated with critical discourse analysis van Dijk. The results of this study showed the cyberbullying that happened to Florence Sihombing through the online news headlines and cyberbullyer’s tweets on Twitter can be explained through nine elements contained in the critical discourse analysis of van Dijk.Keywords : cyberbullying, social media, news headline, Twitter’s tweets, critical discourse Teun A. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas ruang publik di Bandung dan pengembangan keberadaan intelektual organik menurut Antonio Gramsci. Berdasarkan penelitian terhadap Garasi10 dan ECF Unpar, diketahui bahwa tempat-tempat tersebut merupakan bentuk ruang publik dalam defi nisinya yang baru, yaitu ruang tempat terjadinya kegiatan non-formal, ruang berbayar demi kepentingan pelaksanaan kegiatan itu sendiri, ruang ideologis yang berisi sikap kritis terhadap kegiatan institusi yang lebih besar, ruang yang kedatangan publiknya ditentukan oleh minat dan kebutuhan, dan ruang yang keterbukaan aksesnya ditentukan oleh konteksnya. Ruang publik dapat memfasilitasi intelektual organik dengan membatasi konteks dalam ruang publik itu sendiri dari segi tema, suasana, dan bahasa.

Abstract

Organisasi pembelajaran memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan membantu dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan survei penelitian pendahuluan, organisasi pembelajaran guru masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana organisasi pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan, seperti bagaimana dengan meneliti dan mencari hubungan tentang: 1) komitmen organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajaran; 2) pemberdayaan dengan organisasi pembelajaran; 3) komitmen dan pemberdayaan organisasi bersama dengan organisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sampel 110 guru GTT SMK Swasta Caringin yang dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling yang tersebar di 10 SMK Swasta Caringin Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sequential explanatory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan komitmen guru terhadap organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,478, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan pemberdayaan dengan organisasi pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,531, dan terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan komitmen guru terhadap organisasi dan pemberdayaan dengan organisasi pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,579. Hasil analisis SITOREM menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 komponen komitmen terhadap organisasi, pemberdayaan dan organisasi pembelajaran dalam kondisi baik sehingga dapat dipertahankan, yaitu: (1) Akuntabilitas (2) Keterlibatan dalam organisasi (3) Keterikatan pada organisasi (4) Tanggung jawab (5) Kepuasan kerja (6) Refleksi (7) Komitmen pribadi dalam mengembangkan diri. Sedangkan indikator yang masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagai berikut: Keterbukaan dalam komunikasi (2) Membangun visi bersama (3) Penguatan kompetensi (4) Pembelajaran Tim (5) Pemberian Penghargaan (6) Kebutuhan Material (7) System Thinking (8) Penyediaan fasilitas (9) Kewajiban untuk menjaga hubungan (10) Penambahan otoritas.

Abstract

Our Community Service Program is about "Creating a Literacy Corner for Developing Potential Early Childhood (PAUD) and Education on Environmental Hygiene and How to Wash Hands Correctly." they do not constantly look at gadgets or cellphones and it is hoped that reading interest in Indonesia can increase again because our reading interest is in the 60th place out of 61 countries about reading interest, which means only 0.0001% or only 1 person who is interested to read therefore the literacy corner program itself can be a breakthrough for young people so that interest in reading does not disappear but instead develops in the future, Then as for our second program where we focus on the cleanliness of the surrounding environment through; Not littering, Cleanliness in terms of dressing, And how to wash hands properly and correctly. Because there are still many people who are not aware or still take it lightly about cleanliness in the surrounding environment, therefore we care about it as well as a form of prevention from disease outbreaks that continue to haunt us all this time.

Abstract

Google Classroom is one of the educational features provided by Google Apps For Education (GAFE) which was released to the public on August 12, 2014. On the Google Classroom website it is also written that Google Classroom is connected to all other Google for Education services, so that educators can utilize Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Sites in their learning process. Knowing the Effectiveness of Google Classroom as an Alternative Online Learning Media. This study uses data collection with a qualitative-descriptive library research method, namely research that focuses on the literature that is the object of study. This study aims to provide information about the effectiveness of Google Classroom as an alternative learning media. In the current 4.0 era that utilizes communication technology as a means of life, including in the world of education that utilizes communication technology as a learning medium. The results of the discussion say that Google Classroom is very effective for learning and can be used as an alternative online learning media when face-to-face/offline learning cannot be carried out. This is because Google Classroom is internet-based and easily accessible, making it easy for anyone to use. This makes it much easier for teachers and students to continue learning when face-to-face meetings are not available and offers greater flexibility.
