Abstract

Latar Belakang:. Badan Pelaporan dan Statistik (BPS) Propinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2016, jumlah anak sekolah di Kabupaten Jepara sebesar 137.775 jiwa dengan jenis kelamin pria 69.006 jiwa (50,08%) dan jumlah anak sekolah jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 68.769 jiwa (49,91%). Lebih dari 20 % anak usia sekolah mengalami ditemukan masalah kesulitan makan. Gangguan sulit makan, biasanya karena semakin bertambahnya aktivitas seperti bermain dan berlari sehingga terkadang mereka menjadi malas untuk makan Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara jenis makanan dan lingkungan dengan kesulitan makan pada siswa SDN 1 Panggang Jepara. Metode: Jenis penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Besar sampel 70 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan catatan biodata responden, kuesioner jenis makanan, kuesioner lingkungan dan kuesioner kesulitan makan. Analisis data uji statistik Spearman Rho. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas jenis makanan responden adalah kurang sehat sebanyak 38 orang (54,3%), lingkungan yang mendukung sebanyak 38 orang (54,3%) dan kesulitan makan tingkat sedang sebanyak 34 orang (48,6%). Simpulan : ada hubungan kesulitan makan pada siswa SDN 1 Panggang Jepara dengan jenis makanan (p=0,002 ; r = -0,698) dan lingkungan (p=0,001 ; r = -0, 687).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of effect service quality, promotion and satisfaction on consumer loyalty partially, to know the significance of effect of service quality and promotion on consumer loyalty which is moderated by customer satisfaction. This type of research is a survey of consumers of SFA Steak & Resto Karanganyar. A sample of 100 consumers with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results showed that service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar. Consumer satisfaction moderates the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar. Consumer satisfaction does not moderate the effect of promotion on consumer loyalty at SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Analyze the significance of the influence of cultural factors on purchasing decisions 2) Analyze the significance of the influence of social factors on purchasing decisions 3) Analyze the significance of the influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions 4) Analyze the significance of the influence of psychological factors on purchasing decisions 5) Analyze factors which has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. This research is a survey with the Timlo Sastro Solo consumer population in Surakarta. Research sample of 100 people with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors had a significant effect on the purchase decision of Timlo Sastro Solo. Cultural factors are variables that have a dominant effect on the purchasing decisions of Timlo Sastro Solo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the level of health of the Cooperative Loan Financing and Bina Insan Mandiri Syariah Gondangrejo years of 2016 - 2017 based on the regulations Deputy Ministry Control of cooperatives and SMEs number 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. This research is a case study on the Cooperative Loan Financing and Bina Insan Mandiri Syariah Gondangrejo years 2016 - 2017. The data type used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source in research using secondary data and primary data. Methods of data collection were used: documentation and keesioner. Data analysis techniques used to use deskripitif analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the health assessment and loan Cooperative Bina Insan Sharia Financing and Independent Gondangrejo year 2016 obtained a score of 61.65 are on the range of values between 51 - 66, meaning categories include surveillance, while at the the year 2017 obtained a score of 66.60 are on the range of values between 66 - 80 means includes categories well enough.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, analyze customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. This research is a survey. The population is Surakarta Playground Café customers. The research sample of 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value affects customer satisfaction. Service quality affects on customer loyalty. Perceived value affects on customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Service quality affects customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Perceived value affects customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh struktur kepemilikan saham dan total asset turn over terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan return on assets (ROA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2015. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 57 sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan saham manajerial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan t hitung sebesar 4,904 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000, kepemilikan saham institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan t hitung sebesar 1,822 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,074, kepemilikan saham publik memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan t hitung sebesar 2,297 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,26, dan total asset turn over tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan t hitung sebesar -0,300 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,765. Secara simultan, variabel struktur kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan publik, dan total asset turn over secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Culinary UMKM in Karanganyar Square. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation and information technology on the financial performance of Culinary UMKM in Karanganyar Square. The type of data used in this study is quantitative. The sample of this study was 62 Culinary UMKM actors in Karanganyar Square with the type of sampling, namely accidental sampling. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test (model accuracy test), and R2 Test (determination coefficient test). The results showed that the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation did not have a significant effect on the Financial Performance of Culinary UMKM in Karanganyar Square, thus the first hypothesis was not proven true. Product Innovation has a significant effect on the Financial Performance of Culinary UMKM in Karanganyar Square, thus the second hypothesis was proven true. Information Technology has a significant effect on the Financial Performance of Culinary MSMEs in Alun-Alun Karanganyar, thus the third hypothesis is proven true. The results of the F test obtained the results that there is an Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Product Innovation and Information Technology on Financial Performance. And the results of the calculation of the determination coefficient obtained a value of R2 = 0.368, meaning that 36.8% is influenced by entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation and information technology and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model such as financial literacy, financial inclusion, lack of capital etc.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of stock prices, stock returns, and capital market training on interest in investing in shares in the capital market among students at the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi Surakarta University. The population of this research were students from the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi Surakarta University, from whom a sample of 95 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling method with the criteria being that students had/are currently taking capital markets courses. The analytical methods for this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (model accuracy test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research prove that stock prices, stock returns and capital market training partially have a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in shares in the capital market among students at the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi Surakarta University.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of investment experience, risk tolerance, and social media influencers on investment decisions with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The population in this study were capital market investors in Surakarta City but the exact number of investors was unknown The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis state that investment experience has a positive and insignificant effect on generation Z investment decisions in Surakarta City because it has an original sample coefficient value of 0.094 (positive), t-statistic value 1.314 < 1.96 and P-value 0.189 ≥ 0.05, risk tolerance has a positive and insignificant effect on generation Z investment decisions in Surakarta City because it has an original sample coefficient value of 0.014 (positive), t-statistic 0.162 < 1.96 and P-value 0.871 ≥ 0.05, social media influencers have a positive and significant effect on generation Z investment decisions in Surakarta City because they have an original sample coefficient value of 0, 282 (positive), t-statistic 2.468 > 1.96 and P-value 0.014 < 0.05, financial literacy does not moderate the effect of investment experience on investment decisions because it has an original sample coefficient value of -0.071 (negative), t-statistic 1.320 < 1.96 and P-value 0.187 ≥ 0.05, financial literacy moderates the effect of risk tolerance on investment decisions because it has an original sample coefficient value of 0.247 (positive), t-statistic 3.130> 1.96 and P-value 0.002 < 0.05, financial literacy moderates the influence of social media influencers on investment decisions because it has a coefficient value of -0.173 (negative), t-statistic 2.237> 1.96 and P-value 0.026 < 0.05.

Abstract

Unilever Indonesia, Tbk is one of the largest companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The problem in this research is how the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2019-2023 based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance conditions of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2019-2023 based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. This research is a type of case study research at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data, in the form of PT's balance sheet and profit and loss report. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The results of the liquidity ratio, an average current ratio of 61.75%, indicate quite good conditions. The average quick ratio is 41.86%, indicating unfavorable conditions. The average cash ratio is 5.37%, indicating unfavorable conditions. The results of the solvency ratio, the average debt to asset ratio is 77.11%, indicating very good conditions. The average debt to capital ratio is 3.39%, indicating unfavorable conditions. The activity ratio results show that the average fixed asset turnover ratio is 4.06 times, indicating unfavorable conditions. The average total asset turnover ratio is 2.14 times, indicating unfavorable conditions. The results of the profitability ratio, an average return on assets of 31.80%, indicate very good conditions. The average return on equity was 138.96%, indicating very good conditions. The average gross profit margin was 49.83%, indicating very good conditions. The average net profit margin is 14.78%, indicating good conditions.
