Joyful Learning Approach in Muamalah Course Against Student Learning Outcomes of Faculty of Law UMSU that learning is no longer understood merely as a process of transfer of knowledge but must be practiced by students. As a form of implementation of the activities carried out by each student. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the problems faced in class is often not in line with expectations. In learning material muamalah students often encounter boredom and difficulty accepting the material. So students feel uncomfortable with learning so that they will do things that can disrupt the learning process.This study aims to find out how much the influence of the Joyful Learning approach so that class learning in the implementation of learning should be held interactively, inspiratively, fun, challenging and motivating students to participate actively. Learning is organized in a fun and can have a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The activity carried out by students is conducting classroom practice using a Joyful Learning approach. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through buying interest. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical model used in this study is path analysis using SPSS 16. The data used are primary data through questionnaires. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Product Quality had an effect on Purchase Decisions with a significance of 0.016 0.05. Price has an effect on Purchase Decision with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Buying Interest has an effect on Purchase Decision with a significance value of 0.002 0.05. This study also shows that Purchase Interest is able to be a mediating variable between Product Quality on Purchase Decisions and Price on Purchase Intention.

ABSTRACTDevelopment refers to change or growth that occurs in a child during the life span from birth to adolescence. Thischange occurs in an orderly sequence, involving, physical, cognitive, and emotional development. The research wasaimed to determine the effect of breastfeeding differences on the grade of infant development. The research wasalso aimed to prove the different grade of development of infants given exclusive breastfeeding and non exclusive.This research is analytics observational with cross sectional approach and total sampling as sampling technique.Development were seen using a pre-screening developmental questionnaire (KPSP) with charging directly by respondentsaccompanied by researchers. The results of a questionnaire be consider to be normal, suspect and delayinterpretation. The result of research among 30 people (19 people each of exclusive breastfeeding and 21 people fornon exclusive breastfeeding) showed that there is no difference in the development of breastfed infants exclusive andnon exclusive using chi-square test with the result p=1 or p > 0,05.Keywords: Development, Breast Feeding

Abstract: This study is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to determine the use of independent learning strategies by class of 2022 students when learning hiragana letters. The population and sample in this study are all students from the class of 2022, totaling 38 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of 26 statements. Based on the result of the questionnaire analysis, it is known that Barbara Bourke’s use of learning strategies includes 14 strategies, namely association strategies, story strategies, frequency strategies, experience strategies, visual strategies, self-monitoring strategies, compensation strategies, sequence strategies, physical/emotional response strategies, sound strategies, writing sequence strategies, learning planning strategies, learning evaluation strategies, and collaborating strategies with other people.Key Words: Learning Strategies, Hiragana, Japanese

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar penerima beasiswa KIP-K fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah menggunakan angket yang disebarkan dalam bentuk Google form yang memungkinkan responden untuk berbagi pendapat mereka tentang berbagai pernyataan atau pertanyaan yang terdapat didalamnya. Setelah memperoleh data, peneliti melakukan beberapa tahap dalam pengolahan data yakni, tabulasi data, deskripsi data, dan analisis data, juga pembahasan yang akhirnya menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Subjek penelitan terdiri atas 11 mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K yang berasal dari berbagai jurusan di Fakultas Ekonomi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa beasiswa KIP-K memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap motivasi siswa dalam belajar, baik dari segi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Beasiswa KIP-K juga membantu mahasiswa mengatasi kendala finansial, akademik, dan sosial yang mereka hadapi selama kuliah.

Feminism studies are studies that focus on the movement of women to gain freedom and determine themselves. In this beautiful novel Luka depicts the oppression of women during the Japanese colonial period. The beautiful novel Luka shows the resilience of a mixed Dutch and native woman who was detained by the Japanese army and had to be forced to work as a prostitute. The problem of this research is what is the psychological aspect of feminism analysis contained in the beautiful novel Luka by Eka Kurniawan? What is the social aspect of feminism analysis? contained in the novel "beautiful wound" by Eka Kurniawan. This research aims to find out: analysis of feminism, social aspects contained in the novel "beautiful wound" by Eka Kurniawan. The theory used by the author is mana sikana theory (2005), Ghajali, et al (1980), Ahmad Fauzi (1999). The authors used descriptive methods to conduct this research. The technique used was hermaneutic techniques. The type of research was library research. Research results (1) psychological aspects divided into character (character) thinking, taste, and emotional pressure (2) social aspects are divided into socialization process, social tasks, character (character) thinking, emotion, action, and reactions, flavors were found to be environmental factors and were influenced by age. Feelings of pressure were found to be frustration involving feelings of disappointment, sadness, sadness and suffering in each female character. Social aspects, especially the socialization process based on formal and informal education. Social tasks based on the role of wives and society. Social classes are based on lower, middle and upper class categories.

This research aims to analyze and determine the causes of teenagers dropping out of school at the age of 15 years and over in Waioti Village. This research is descriptive in nature. Based on the implementation method, this research is classified as survey research. In survey research, samples are taken from one population and a list of questions is used as a data collection tool. The survey research method was used because not all members of the population were used as examples or samples, so only some members of the population were used as samples. The sampling technique in this research used purposive random sampling. The population in this study were families whose teenagers had dropped out of school in Waioti sub-district. Based on the results of the interviews and discussion above, it can be concluded that teenagers drop out of school in Waioti sub-district due to several factors. Among the factors that cause teenagers to drop out of school are 1) economic and family factors, these two factors greatly influence teenagers' problems in finding work because financial limitations in the family and instability in the family environment will cause teenagers to drop out of school. 2) educational distance greatly influences the causal factors. teenagers dropping out of school, 3) inadequate educational facilities which prevent teenagers from continuing to a higher level.

Batak Pakpak regional culture is an integral part of the richness of Indonesian culture spread across the Sumatra region. Geographically, the Pakpak Batak tribe inhabits the high hilly areas around the North Tapanuli area. Their culture encompasses various aspects, including language, customs, traditional arts, music, dance, and unique beliefs and value systems. The customs of the Pakpak Batak tribe are very strong in everyday life, with norms that regulate various aspects of social, economic and religious life. Traditional arts such as carving, weaving and stone carving are deep cultural expressions and have high value for the Pakpak people. Apart from that, traditional Batak Pakpak music and dances, such as gondang sabangunan and tortor, are important media in traditional ceremonies and cultural festivals. They are also known for their beliefs and value systems that value living in harmony with nature and the continuity of generations. This research aims to dig deeper into the cultural diversity of the Batak Pakpak in Sumatra and understand the role and cultural values in strengthening their identity. Through this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide a more comprehensive picture of this cultural richness and its implications in the context of Indonesia's cultural diversity.

This study looks at how the natural tourism industry in North Sumatra has influenced the region's economic growth between 2012 and 2022. Based on secondary data assessed using a simple linear regression approach, this research concludes that the natural tourism industry has had a significant and beneficial impact on local economic growth. Research findings show that any growth in the natural tourism industry will significantly increase North Sumatra's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). In addition, this research found that one of the main drivers of job creation and income growth for local communities is the nature tourism industry.
