Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Berbagai kekurangan dan motivasi yang terdapat pada mahasiswa cara-cara menulis skripsi dan Kurangnya motivasi untuk menulis dan minimnya pengetahuan aspek-aspek teknik menulis karya ilmiah secara benar menyebabkan para mahasiswa menyelesaikan studi pendidikan tidak tepat waktu. Permasalahan yang di dapat yaitu; mahasiswa belum mengetahui Teknik dan Penyusunan Proposal skripsi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai pedoman penysunan skripsi khuusnya pedoman yang digunakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton, serta dilengkapi dengan pengetahuan aturan tata tulis penulisan karya ilmiah yang akan dijadikan artikel serta di publikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah baik di Lingkup Internal Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton ataupun diluar Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. Metode Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktek penyusunan proposal skripsi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini,  yaitu Mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan Sosialisasi Pedoman Penulisan Skripsi sangat bermanfaat untuk penyusunan Skripsi, mahasiswa mengetahui perbedaan antara Skripsi dan artikel ilmiah, mahasiswa mengetahui dan memahami bentuk pelanggaran dalam penyusunan Skripsi atau Artikel Ilmiah yakni plagiarism, dan mahasiswa mengetahui bagaimana cara menghindari plagiarisme. Kata kunci: Sosialisasi; Pedoman Penulisan;  Proposal Skripsi ABSTRACTVarious shortcomings and motivations found in students how to write thesis and lack of motivation to write and lack of knowledge of technical aspects of writing scientific papers correctly cause students to finish their educational studies not on time. The problems that can be obtained are; students do not know the Engineering and Preparation of thesis Proposal. The purpose of this service activity is to increase students' knowledge about the guidelines for writing thesis, especially the guidelines used by the Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Buton, and equipped with knowledge of the rules of writing scientific papers that will be used as articles and published in scientific journals both at the Internal Scope of the Muhammadiyah University Buton or outside the Muhammadiyah University of Buton. Methods Service activities are carried out using lecture and question and answer methods, discussions and the practice of preparing thesis proposals. The results of this service activity, namely Students who take part in the Socialization of Thesis Writing Guidelines are very useful for the preparation of Thesis, students know the difference between Thesis and scientific articles, Students know and understand the form of violations in the preparation of Scientific Thesis or Articles, namely plagiarism, and students know how to avoid plagiarism. Keywords: Socialization; Writing Guidelines; Thesis proposal

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Strategi penguatan ekonomi desa dapat diwujudkan melalui Bumdes.  Menurut Syariat Islam Pengelolaan keuangan suatu usaha harus menghindari unsur maysir, gharar dan riba. Tujuan Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan adalah  untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi para Pengurus BUMDES  tentang prinsip pengelolaan BUMDES,  produk keuangan syariah. Permasalahan yang mereka hadapi adalah relatif kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka tentang Ekonomi syariah, lembaga keuangan syariah dan syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi, serta kewajiban-kewajiban lain yang terkait dengan kegiatan pembiayaan berbasis syariah. Metode Pelaksanaan,  tahap pertama adalah tahap persiapan. Saat itu, kelompok pengabdian Tahap Persiapan , survey lokasi dan tahap pelaksanaan kemudian evaluasi.  Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta dapat memahami tentang penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dan selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dalam penyelenggaraan BUMDes. Diharapkan dengan penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam pengelolaan BUMDes, pelayanan dan kinerja BUMDes menjadi lebih baik sehingga membawa kemaslahatan bagi masyarakat desa.  Kata kunci: Manajemen, BUMDES, Ekonomi Syariah  ABSTRACTThe strategy for strengthening the village economy can be realized through Bumdes. According to Islamic Shari'a, the financial management of a business must avoid elements of maysir, gharar and usury. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide knowledge and understanding for BUMDES Management about the principles of BUMDES management, Islamic financial products. The problem they face is their relative lack of knowledge and understanding of the Islamic economy, Islamic financial institutions and the requirements that must be met, as well as other obligations related to sharia-based financing activities. Implementation Method, the first stage is the preparation stage. At that time, the service group was in the Preparation Stage, surveyed the location and the implementation stage was then evaluated. In this service activity it can be concluded that participants can understand the application of Islamic economic principles and can then be carried out in the implementation of BUMDes. It is hoped that with the application of sharia economic principles in the management of BUMDes, the service and performance of BUMDes will be better so as to bring benefit to the village community. Keywords: Management, BUMDES, Sharia Economics

Abstract

Villages are the leading government agents for economic development. The village becomes a government representative who deals directly with the community. The central government mandates village governments to independently utilize the potential resources in their areas. One of them is through village-level economic institutions, namely Village-Owned Enterprises. BUMDES was born as a new approach to improve the village economy based on the needs and potential of the village. The birth of Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, has encouraged villages to develop Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in accordance with the needs and potentials of each village in order to increase community income and original village income. This Community Service activity was carried out in Lapodi Village, South Buton Regency Overall, this community service activity was carried out on December 20, 2022. The activity partner is BUMDes Desa Lapodi. This activity is carried out in two stages, namely preparation and socialization. The existence or position of BUMDes is considered very effective in exploring the local potential of the village. BUMDes offer great potential because of the existence of mutually sustainable village regulations. BUMDes are also a place to explore the potential of local villages. Therefore, the existence of BUMDes is very urgent to achieve the goal of a prosperous independent village. Therefore, the most appropriate preparations are focused on socialization, education and training of interested parties to improve the standard of living of rural communities. Thus, the existence of BUMDes aims to encourage the dynamics of economic life in rural areas. The role of the village government is to build relationships with the community to achieve the fulfillment of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) as part of efforts to build a stronger village community (development-based community). Based on the results of the study, it is known that BUMDes are an internal forum Exploring local potential is very important. In the realization stage, the establishment and development of BUMDes need further attention from the government. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize BUMDes to facilitate and protect the formation of business units in order to strengthen capacity.
