Abstract

Unit Donor Darah Palang merah Indonesia yang selanjutnya disingkat UDD PMI adalah badan yang dimiliki oleh PMI untuk menyelenggarakan pengerahan dan pelestarian pendonor darah, penyediaan darah dan pendistribusian darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pendonor untuk melakukan donor darah di UDD PMI Kota Tomohon dengan harapan UDD PMI dapat mengevaluasi hal tersebut sehingga masyarakat memiliki motivasi dan minat untuk mendonorkan darahnya. Data diperoleh dari data pengisian kuesioner oleh pendonor di UDD PMI Kota Tomohon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pendonor untuk melakukan donor darah adalah pengetahuan donor yang baik dengan persentase 71 (72,44%), dukungan sosial yang baik 72 (73,46%), kualitas pelayanan UDD yang baik 69 (70,40%) dan fasilitas donor yang baik dengan persentase 65 (66,32%) dari 98 responden. Diharapkan UDD PMI Kota Tomohon lebih rutin melakukan sosialisasi donor darah kepada masyarakat untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang donor darah dan UDD PMI dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan Fasilitas donor yang baik guna meningkatkan minat donor masyarakat Kata Kunci: Donor Darah, Minat Donor, PMI ABSTRACT The Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donation Unit, hereinafter abbreviated as UDD PMI, is an agency owned by PMI to organize the mobilization and conservation of blood donors, blood supply and blood distribution. This research aims to determine the factors that influence donor interest in donating blood at UDD PMI Tomohon City with the hope that UDD PMI can evaluate this so that people have the motivation and interest to donate blood. Data was obtained from data on filling out questionnaires by donors at UDD PMI Tomohon City. The results of the research show that the factors that influence donor interest in donating blood are good donor knowledge with a percentage of 71 (72.44%), good social support 72 (73.46%), good quality of UDD services 69 (70 .40%) and good donor facilities with a percentage of 65 (66.32%) of 98 respondents. Abstract

Background: By definition, stunting is a condition where toddlers have less length or height when compared to age. This condition is measured by length or height that is more than mines two standard deviations of the WHO median child growth standards. Malnutrition occurs since the baby is in the womb and in the early days of birth, but stunting only appears after the child is 2 years old. A preliminary survey conducted by researchers based on stunting data provided by nutrition officers at Puskesmas Tinombala found that the number of stunting cases in Pateten Satu Village, Bitung City, taken from January to October 2023 was 115 cases. The existence of stunting cases at the research site because there are several risk factors that are obtained at the research site, which include a lack of level of maternal knowledge about the incidence of stunting, inadequate parenting, family income, sanitation, lack of awareness of mothers to bring their toddlers to health services. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tinumbala Health Center Working Area, Pateten Satu Village, Bitung City. Methodology: This research is a quantitative approach that uses descriptive research methods and survey approaches. Researchers used the Cross Sectional method which was conducted in December 2023. Sampling using total sampling technique or as a whole from the total population. Data analysis was carried out univariate, bivariate (chi square test). Results: The results of the chi square test showed the level of education p = 0.001 (<0.005), family income per month p = 0.000 (<0.005), history of LBW p = 0.005 (<0.005), history of exclusive breastfeeding p = 0. 001 (<0.005), feeding pattern p = 0.000 (<0.005), sanitation p = 0.004 (<0.005), history of infectious disease p = 0.004 (<0.005), health services p = 0.087 (<0.005). Conclusion: Factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tinumbala Puskesmas Working Area, Pateten Satu Village, Bitung City are factors of education level, monthly family income, history of LBW, history of exclusive breastfeeding, feeding patterns, sanitation, history of infectious diseases, and there is no significant relationship between health services. Abstract

Background: Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems. If food intake exceeds nutritional needs and lack of physical activity results in the accumulation of body fat and will eventually become obese. Sleep quality also plays a role in determining nutritional status. Quality sleep can affect nutritional status especially against the incidence of obesity, and can refer to hormonal and metabolic changes that lead to weight gain and obesity. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality and Body Mass Index (BMI) in students at SMA Negeri 1 Guru Lombok Kalawat. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Guru Lombok Kalawat with a sample of 75 respondents. Sleep quality data was collected using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire while the body mass index was calculated using BMI and classified using the WHO Growth Standards. The results of the study used the analysis of chi-square test data that the relationship between sleep quality and body mass index with a correlation coefficient value of 0.564 > 0.05 which means that there is no relationship between sleep quality and body mass index in students of SMA Negeri 1 Guru Lombok Kalawat.
