Abstract

This stady aims to determine the effect or service quality on customer satisfactionat the promise soul cafe sorong.the problem in this study is wheter service quality has a satisfaction at the promise soul café in sorong. The type of research used is descriptive whit the surfei method. The research sample is 40 customers and the data collected are primary and secondary data. The analytical model used is simple linear regression ,correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect or service quality on customer satisfaction at the promise soul cafe in sorong.

Abstract

The problems faced by the community or consumers in the mega district are: the reach faced by the community in the mega district, the obstacle is that it is far from the mega district to Sorong district to shop in Sorong district so that the community or consumers can make decisions to be able to choose Andika shop is an alternative to be able to shop for Bimoli cooking oil at Andika shop, because Andika shop is very close in the Mega District and the reach of the public or consumers to be able to shop at Andika shop is very close so that it can ease the economy of the people or consumers in the Mega District, Sorong Regency. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the tests conducted in this study stated that there was a positive influence between the selling price of bimoli oil and the purchase decision of 0.744 with a significance level of 0.000, less than 0.005. The relationship between the selling price of bimoli oil and the purchase decision at the Andika Store, Mega District, Sorong Regency is based on a correlation coefficient analysis (R) of 0.785 and based on testing the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.616 or 61.6% and 28.5% is influenced by other factors such as promotion.

Abstract

Investor menginginkan agar perusahaan bisa menyampaikan informasi secara terbuka sehingga informasi ini bisa digunakan oleh investor untuk membuat keputusan investasi yang tepat. Untuk memberikan rasa aman terhadap investor, perusahaan diwajibkan untuk menyampaikan informasi mengenai posisi keuangan dan kinerja operasional melalui laporan keuangan. MVA (Market Value Added), ER (Exces Return), MBR (Market of Book Ratio) merupakan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan mengacu pada peningkatan nilai perusahaan serta memperhatikan harga pasar saham, ekuitas. hasil MBR terlihat bahwa nilai MBR tahun 2017 sebesar 535%; tahun 2018 sebesar 486%; tahun 2019 sebesar 446%; tahun 2020 sebesar 427% dan tahun 2021 sebesar 352%. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa perusahaan PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk untuk periode 2017 sampai dengan 2021 masih mendapatkan kepercayaan investor untuk menginvestasikan dananya, dengan harapan akan menerima deviden

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 yang melanda dunia, turut serta mengganggu semua sektor baik pendidikan, swasta maupun pemerintahan. Terlebih khusus pada sektor swasta, mengakibatkan beberapa perusahaan mengalami situasi sulit dalam hal keuangan (financial distrees), namun adapula perusahaan yang mampu bertahan pada masa pandemic covid-19. Dampaknya perusahaan semakin meningkatkan inovasi-inovasi produk maupun pemasaran. . Produk-produk herbal Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul hasil racikan resep leluhur telah menjadi pilihan masyarakat agar tetap dapat beraktivitas di era normal baru. Perkembangan perusahaan Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul mengalami penjualan bersih Rp 3,34 Triliun, kemudian pertumbuhan penjualan sebesar 8,7% sedangkan laba bersih 15,6%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan Metode Altman Z-Score, Sprigate, Zmijewski (X-Score), Foster dan Groven pada PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul. PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul adalah perusahaan yang tidak mengalami financial distress selama tahun 2017- 2020. Dengan metode grover PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul juga mampu bertahan sehingga pada periode 2017 – 2020 perusahaan tidak berada pada posisi financial distrees. dengan menggunakan metode Springate PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul periode 2017 – 2020 pada tahun 2019 dan 2018 perusahaan berada pada posisi rawan terhadap kebangkrutan, dan pada tahun 2020 perusahaan berada pada posisi financial distrees. dengan model Zmijewski maka perusahaan PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul periode 2017 – 2020 diprediksi akan mengalami kebangkrutan.
