Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of product quality, selling price, sales promotion, and sales location on interest in buying Sunpride fruit at CV. Madhyra Eternal Success. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased Sunpride Fruit at CV. Madhyra's Eternal Success in Pekanbaru City. Calculating the sample size using Roscoe, a research sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and with the help of SPSS software. The research results prove that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. Selling price has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Sales location has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, harga jual, promosi penjualan, dan lokasi penjualan terhadap minat beli buah Sunpride di CV. Madhyra Sukses Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah membeli Buah Sunpride di CV. Madhyra Sukses Abadi di Kota Pekanbaru. Perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan Roscoe, maka diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Harga jual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Lokasi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

The existence of an empirical phenomenon of an inconsistent relationship between stock returns and profitability, the inconsistency of macroeconomic influences with stock returns, and the inconsistency of previous research results on factors that affect stock returns are the main reasons behind this research, which questions whether DER, SG (MVA), inflation, and ROA affect stock returns and whether ROA is able to mediate the influence of DER, SG, MVA, and inflation on stock returns. The purpose of the study is to test and analyze whether DER, SG, MVA, inflation, and ROA affect stock returns and whether ROA is able to mediate the effect of DER, SG, MVA, and inflation on stock returns in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the IDX in 2018–2023. The sampling technique is a saturated sample; all populations are sampled. There are 8 companies that meet the qualifications in accordance with the specified population criteria. There are 79 samples from the 8 companies studied with the analysis method used, namely path analysis. At a significance level of 0.05 (5%), the results obtained show that DER, SG, inflation, and ROA have a direct effect on stock returns; MVA has no direct effect on stock returns. Profitability is able to mediate sales growth and MVA on stock returns, but it does not successfully mediate the influence between DER and inflation on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, asset management and capital structure on financial performance with company size as a moderating variable among palm oil companies listed on IDX the period 2019-2023. Financial performance as the dependent variable is proxied by ROA. The independent variables include liquidity, asset management and capital structure. The population of this study is 24 palm oil companies listed on the IDX the period 2019-2023. This study employs a purposive sampling method and selects a sample of 20 palm oil companies listed on the IDX. The analysis technique utilized is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 23 application. The result of this study is that liquidity has no effect on financial performance, asset management has an effect on financial performance, capital structure has no effect on financial performance, company size moderates the effect of liquidity on financial performance, company size does not moderate the effect of asset management on financial performance and company size moderate the effect of capital structure on financial performance.

Abstract

Kota Bukittinggi, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan di Indonesia, memiliki potensi ekonomi besar melalui keberadaan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor bordir, sulaman, dan kuliner. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode partisipatif yang bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM, yaitu Lalinda Boutique, Muda Mandiri, Ros Bordir ,Tri Arga Kopi, dan Eva Kopi, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan di bidang pemasaran berbasis digital serta pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola bisnis secara profesional, sehingga memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal Bukittinggi sekaligus memperkuat peran UMKM dalam pasar yang lebih luas. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of financial performance, investment decisions, financing decisions, and firm size on company value. The study focused on companies in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2018 and 2022. Secondary data were obtained from the companies' annual reports and analyzed using a quantitative approach. The research employed purposive sampling, resulting in a final sample of forty-five companies. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicated that firm value was not influenced by environmental performance, was positively and significantly affected by financial performance, was not affected by investment decisions, was positively and significantly impacted by funding decisions, and was not influenced by firm size

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and competence on organizational commitment. To know and analyze the influence of leadership and competence on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance and to know and analyze the influence of leadership and competence on performance through organizational commitment. In this study, the population was 105 non-educational employees. The sample used was 105 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is sem. Leadership influences commitment. Competence affects commitment. Leadership affects employee performance. Competency affects the performance of employees. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. And competence has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental performance, environmental costs and business risk on firm value. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study included all food and beverage subsector companies. The sample in this study amounted to 24 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that environmental performance and business risk had no effect on firm value. Environmental costs have a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

Hasil studi empirik tentang pengaruh tiga keputusan keuangan utama yaitu keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan belum konsisten. Ketidak konsisten hasil ditengarai ada kaitannya dengan variabel resiko sebagai mediator antara ketiga keputusan dengan nilai perusahaan; Namun penelitian secara terpadu belum ditemukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: mengidentifikasi dan mengukur kontribusi pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan deviden yang dimediasi oleh resiko pada sektor properti dan real estat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan analisis jalur diperoleh beberapa temuan yang penting yaitu keputusan investasi berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap resiko perusahaan, Keputusan pendanaan hanya berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan bila keputusan pendanaan mampu menurunkan resiko perusahaan (resiko bisnis, resiko keuangan dan resiko pasar). Kebijakkan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan,baik secara langsung maupun melalui resiko perusahaan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel resiko hanya memediasi keputusan pendanaan. Dari ketiga macam keputusan tersebut ternyata keputusan investasi memberikan kontribusi paling utama pada nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The development of the creative economy in Indonesia is increasing in line with the use of various information technologies that are increasingly supportive and widely implemented by MSMEs, the majority of which are run by housewives. Housewives have the potential to produce valuable products that can be sold to supplement family income. Valuable products can be created from unused materials, and it is essential for housewives to have the knowledge and skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the creative industry. Therefore, training/counseling sessions are necessary. The training activities were conducted for housewives in Labuhbaru Timur Village, Payung Sekaki Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The results of the activity showed an increase in housewives' understanding that valuable products can be produced from materials considered worthless and the opportunities that can be achieved through the creative economy. Abstract

Manufacturing industry is the industry that the largest contribution to GDP growth until 2017. Although still the largest source of the increase in GDP, the contribution of manufacturing to GDP continued to decline since 2015. However, this does not cause the stock price decline of manufacturing. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to examine the internal factors are thought to be able to increase the value of the company. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 as many as 144 companies with a total sample of 76 companies that obtained by purposive sampling. Then, samples were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling results show that IC and capital structure does not directly affect the value of the company. But IC and capital structure directly affects financial performance. Thus, the financial performance is able to mediate the effects of IC and capital structure to the company's value. The better the financial performance of a company, the better is also the company's value in the eyes of investors.
