Abstract

Adeeva Hotel Bengkulu City is one of the hotels in Bengkulu City that provides room rental services, such as rooms for meetings, seminars and parties. Currently, Adeeva Hotel has 4 meeting rooms, two of which are smoking rooms. Currently, there is no system in the room that can detect smoke conditions in the room.In this study using library methods, observation, interviews and laboratories, designing a system that can detect smoke levels in a room, where the sensor will read or detect smoke levels in the room, the sensor used in detecting smoke is the MQ2 sensor. While for data processing using ESP8266 with a program on the tool made using Arduino ide and for the Internet of Things (IoT) using Blynk.The system can detect smoke levels in the room, which is carried out by the MQ2 sensor, the detection results will be processed by ESP8266 where if the smoke levels in the room are large (>) from 10 PPM, ESP8266 will send a command to the relay to turn on the exhaust, so that the smoke in the room will be released out. Besides being based on exhaust sensor detection, it can be turned on and off manually via the application by entering manual mode.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the naïve bayes algorithm for the classification of periodontal disease at the Dental Polyclinic of the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD. Periodontal diagnosis is one of the diagnoses with severe conditions that are often complained about at the Dental Polyclinic of the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD. However, the problem at the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD is that the dental polyclinic patient data is still mixed in one book without any data grouping. So that it is difficult to determine the type or classification of periodontal disease according to its severity. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to classify the risk level of various periodontal diagnoses that occur at the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD so that they can be handled immediately with appropriate actions using the Naïve Bayes method. From the results of the tests carried out, the Naïve Bayes method can be used as a solution in using this system. In its application, this Naïve Bayes method can classify the type of periodontal disease at the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto, one of the schools in Lubuklinggau, currently has a computer laboratory to support teaching and learning activities. The computer network is equipped with internet access, and the laboratory facilities are used to support teaching and learning activities. With Network Management within Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto, it is expected that the computer network at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto will improve and be more useful for teaching and learning activities. Network management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto has resulted in a more structured network, allowing for more beneficial internet access, such as restricting access to websites unrelated to teaching and learning activities. The network management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto utilizes a MikroTik router. MikroTik routers are excellent for network management, with resource usage being as low as 25%.

Abstract

The computer network at SMAN 10 Kota Bengkulu is currently connected to the internet network, the utilization of the LAN network, especially the internet at SMAN 10 Kota Bengkulu has not been maximized, because there are still frequent network disruptions such as slow networks that cause many sites that cannot be opened when many users. This study aims to conduct web-based bandwidth management using Mikrotik at SMAN 10 Kota Bengkulu. The study used an experimental method. With the existence of Mikrotik-based network management, it is expected to smooth the network. So that the benefits of the network can be felt by users of SMAN 10 Kota Bengkulu. Bandwidth management at SMA N 04 Kota Bengkulu can be done via the web, with one user name only being able to access the network on one device, bandwidth management with this web will produce an account according to the account profile, bandwidth management is done using the web. After managing bandwidth using a Mikrotik-based web at SMAN 10 Bengkulu City, the network can run stably and well, namely with throughput results = 4.06, Average delay = 0.648, jitter = 0.018 and Packet Lost = 0%.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has had a significant impact in various fields, including the fisheries sector. In fish farming, water quality and feeding efficiency are important factors that affect fish health and growth. This study aims to design and implement IoT-based automatic fish feed and water turbidity monitoring system. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a turbidity sensor to monitor water turbidity levels, an ultrasonic sensor to detect feed levels, and actuator devices in the form of servos and water pumps. Turbidity data and device status are transmitted in real-time via MQTT protocol to web-based monitoring application and an Android app. Test results indicate that the system can accurately monitor water turbidity levels and activate feeding according to a schedule or manually via the user interface. The testing was conducted in a 40x12x15 cm aquarium containing five guppy ornamental fish, and on the seventh day, an increase of 1 NTU was recorded. The implementation of this technology is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce feed waste, and maintain aquarium environmental quality sustainably..

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a vital need in the world of education. SMAN 1 Ulu Musi faces the problem of suboptimal network infrastructure, particularly related to internet access and bandwidth management. The existing network is only a limited LAN without an internet connection. This study aims to design and implement a MikroTik-based computer network at SMAN 1 Ulu Musi to improve the quality of network services, perform fair bandwidth management, and support learning activities that utilize information technology. The method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) which includes the stages of analysis, design, prototype simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management. The system implementation uses a MikroTik RB941 router connected to a 4G modem as the internet source. The implementation of the Mikrotik-based network succeeded in improving the stability and efficiency of internet access at SMAN 1 Ulu Musi. Before the implementation of the simple queue bandwidth, each client obtained 60 MBPS; after the simple queue was implemented to distribute bandwidth evenly, each client received a maximum allocation of 4 MBPS. QoS testing results showed good network performance: throughput of 0.6 KBPS, average delay of 0.866 seconds, jitter of 0.25 seconds, and packet loss of 0%. All client devices could connect and access the internet stably without significant disruptions. The implementation of a MikroTik-based computer network proved effective in improving the quality of network services at SMAN 1 Ulu Musi. This system succeeded in creating a network that is stable, manageable, and supports equitable internet access for learning activities.

Abstract

The implementation of examinations is one of the important activities in the learning evaluation process to measure the level of understanding and the achievement of students' competencies. In practice, problems are often encountered in the form of possible cheating due to similarities in the sequence of questions received by exam participants. Therefore, a method is needed that can effectively produce question randomization to improve the fairness and objectivity of the examination process. This study aims to implement the Multiplicative Congruential Random Number Generator (MCRNG) method in the examination system at SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu as a mechanism for automatically randomizing the sequence of questions. The MCRNG method is used to generate pseudo-random numbers, which are then utilized in the process of randomizing exam questions. The study was conducted through the stages of system requirements analysis, randomization algorithm design, implementation of the MCRNG method in the examination system, and testing the results of the randomization that produced. Testing was conducted to determine the method's ability to generate variations in the sequence of questions that are different for each exam participant. The research results show that the MCRNG method is able to produce question randomization quickly and effectively with a good level of question sequence variation. The implementation of this method can reduce the likelihood of participants receiving the same arrangement of questions, thereby helping to minimize the potential for cheating during the exam. In addition, the system that was built is able to support a more structured, efficient, and transparent exam process. Thus, the application of the Congruential Random Number Generator (CRNG) method in the implementation of exams at SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu can be an effective solution in improving the security, fairness, and quality of computer-based learning evaluation processes.

Abstract

Technological developments and the intensity of community activities have driven an increase in demand for electrical energy, thereby necessitating the exploration of sustainable alternative energy sources. One relevant solution is the utilization of Solar Power Plants (SPPs). This research focuses on the design and development of an energy consumption monitoring system for PLTS by adopting the Internet of Things (IoT) concept. The system development integrates PZEM-004T sensors to measure AC voltage, current, power, and energy parameters, ACS712 sensors for accurate current measurement, and special voltage sensors to monitor DC battery conditions. The entire control and data acquisition process is managed by the NodeMCU ESP32 module as the main processing unit. The data obtained is then displayed in real-time through the Blynk application interface. The research method applied is experimental, covering the stages of hardware design, software development, and overall IoT system integration. The evaluation results show that the system operates well, is capable of providing accurate electrical parameter readings, displays data with very low latency (around 0.1 seconds), and effectively supports remote ON/OFF control of electrical loads. Abstract

This study applies Data Mining using the Clustering method to determine the amount of production based on the level of product sales at PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia Bengkulu branch. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where data grouped based on the same characteristics will be included in the same group and the data sets entered into the groups do not overlap. The information displayed is in the form of product data groups based on the level of sales, so that it is known the amount of production at PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia which is adjusted to product clusters with high, medium and low sales levels, resulting in product clusters that could be utilized by PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia in determining the number of production of the next product
