Abstract

AbstractIn the Tower Olive Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon project, the beams and floor plates are structural elements that have a large area and volume compared to other structural elements. The volume of concrete, formwork and rebar beams and floor plates is much larger than the column structure elements and shear walls. This, which causes the cost of concrete work and beam formwork and higher floor plates. So that the beam and plate elements are the right element for Value Engineering. Value Engineering is doing with making 2 alternative designs for comparison to existing design about time and cost. Alternative 1 uses the U-Shell beam method and Half Slab Plate while alternative 2 uses the U-Shell beam and Steel Deck method. The methodology used identify problems, collect data, analyze data, discuss Value Engineering analysis, and conclusions and suggestions. The results of the cost comparison obtained from the value engineering analysis are the initial / existing design Rp. 892.600.395, -, alternative 1 Rp. 699.753.933, -, alternative 2 Rp. 771.498.593, -. Comparison of construction time per floor (Floor to Floor) obtained from the value engineering results, namely the initial / existing design 8 days, alternative 1 8 alternative days 2 9 days. So that it can be concluded from the two alternatives, alternative method 1 is better than alternative 2 in terms of cost and time. Keywords: U-Shell, Half Slab, dan Steel Deck  AbstrakPada proyek Tower Olive Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon, balok dan plat lantai merupakan elemen struktur yang memiliki luasan dan volume yang cukup besar dibandingkan dengan elemen struktur lainnya. Volume beton, bekisting, dan besi, balok dan plat lantai jauh lebih besar daripada elemen struktur kolom serta Shear Wall. Hal ini, yang menyebabkan biaya pekerjaan beton dan bekisting balok serta plat lantai lebih tinggi. Sehingga elemen balok dan plat merupakan elemen yang tepat untuk dilakukan Value Engineering. Value Engineering yang dilakukan dengan membuat 2 alternatif desain untuk dibandingkan dengan  desain eksisting  dari segi biaya dan waktu. Alternatif 1 menggunakan metode balok U-Shell dan plat Half Slab sedangkan alternatif 2 menggunakan metode balok U-Shell dan Steel Deck. Metodologi yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, menganalisa data, pembahasan analisa Value Engineering, serta kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil perbandingan biaya yang didapatkan dari analisis Value Engineering  yaitu desain awal/eksisting diperoleh Rp. 892.600.395,-, alternatif 1 diperoleh Rp. 699.753.933,- alternatif  2 diperoleh Rp. 771.498.593,-. Perbandingan waktu pelaksanaan per lantai (Floor to Floor) yang didapatkan dari hasil value engineering yaitu desain awal/eksisting diperoleh 8 hari, alternatif 1 diperoleh 8 hari, alternatif 2 diperoleh 9 hari. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari kedua  alternatif tersebut, metode alternatif 1 lebih baik daripada alternatif 2 dari segi biaya dan waktu. Kata Kunci: U-Shell, Half Slab, dan Steel Deck

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to calculate and compare the bearing capacity of bored foundation Ø0.6m by using Sondir (CPT) research results and the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) which used laboratory data results. This study will take a case study on the 88 Avenue Apartment Construction Project in Surabaya. In analyzing the carrying capacity of bored foundations can be done in the wrong way by borrowing from field test data and laboratory data. Bored pile size specifications developed Ø0.6m with a length of 15m. The results of the analysis show the ultimate carrying capacity () of bored pile based on Sondir data (Meyerhof Method, 1956) at a depth of 15m. The following: Bored pile Ø0.6m = 238 tons and based on Laboratory data (US Army Corps Method) the following results were obtained: Bored pile Ø0.6m = 215.7 tons. Analysis of the results of the calculation of the ultimate carrying capacity () obtained from the third data, on bored pile Ø0.6m, the ultimate () biggest carrying capacity is generated by SPT data of = 238 tons.Keywords: Carrying capacity, Bored Pile, CPT, SPT and Laboratory DataAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perhitungan dan membandingkan daya dukung pondasi bored pile Ø0.6m dengan menggunakan hasil data penyelidikan Sondir (CPT) dan Standart Penetration Test ( SPT) berserta menggunakan data hasil laboratorium. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung ultimate () bored pile berdasarkan data Sondir (Metode Meyerhof, 1956) pada kedalaman 15m memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Bored pile Ø0.6m=235 ton, sedangkan dari perhitungan berdasarkan data SPT (Metode Meyerhof 1976) memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Bored pile Ø0.6m=238 ton dan berdasarkan data Laboratorium (Metode U.S Army Corps) memperoleh hasil berikut : Bored pile Ø0.6m=215.7 ton. Analisis dari hasil perhitungan daya dukung ultimate () yang didapat berdasarkan dari ketiga data tersebut, pada bored pile Ø0.6m daya dukung ultimate () terbesar dihasilkan oleh data SPT sebesar = 238 ton.Kata kunci : Daya Dukung, Bored Pile, CPT, SPT dan Data Laboratorium

Abstract

Abstract Today is the science and technology, developing rapidly, especially in the field of building materials technology. By the new building material technology, it is expected to make the process construction faster and at lower cost. The one of the new technologies is the M-System, so that M- System comparisons with materials already exist and commonly used by people, namely lightweight brick materials and lightweight concrete slab. The results of the comparison of the time obtained from this research is the material M-System has a faster implementation time of 267% than conventional material, but the M-System material has a higher cost of 12% than conventional materials.Keywords: M-System, Lightweight Brick, Lightweight Concrete Slab, Cost, Time Abstrak Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi masa kini berkembang semakin pesat, khususnya dibidang teknologi bahan bangunan. Dengan adanya teknologi bahan bangunan terbaru diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembangunan lebih cepat dan dengan biaya yang semakin murah. Abstract

AbstractRevision of Indonesia seismic hazard maps is the improvement of the 2010 hazard maps. In this revision, it was found that the design seismic load has been changed for several regions, one of them was Bojonegoro regency. So it is necessary to evaluate the value of the safety factor (FS) of the slope. The aim of this study was to compare FS of slopes reinforced with soil nailing due to the 2010 and 2017 seismic loads on internal and external stability by using two calculation methods, namely manual calculation and Rocsience Slide 6.0 program. The variation used in this study was vertical spacing of reinforcement (Sv = 1), the ratio of the length of the reinforcement and the height of the slope (L/H), the reinforcement angle(θ). The results of the analysis show the decreasing of safety factor(FS)for unreinforced slope due to changes in the 2010 to 2017 seismicload of 4,0% calculated using Slide 6.0. Internal stability of pullout decreased about 13,04% - 17,08%.Internal stability of rupturedecreased about 0,77% - 34,3%. External stability against sliding shows the decreasing of FS about9,1% - 12,9%.External stability against bearing capacity failure shows the decreasing of SF about10,8% - 11,0%. Global stability shows the decreasing of SF about 4,6% - 8,9%.Keywords:Indonesia Seismic Hazard Maps,Slope, Soil Nailing, Slide 6.0AbstrakRevisi peta gempa hazard Indonesia 2017 merupakan penyempurnan dari peta gempa hazard 2010. Pada revisi tersebut ditemukan perubahan beban gempa pada beberapa daerah dimana salah satunya adalah kabupaten Bojonegoro, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap nilai faktor keamanan (FS) pada lereng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan FS lereng dengan perkuatan soil nailing akibat beban gempa 2010 dan 2017 pada stabilitas internal dan stabilitas eksternal dengan mengnggunakan dua metode perhitungan yaitu perhitungan manual dan program Rocsience Slide 6.0. Variasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jarak antar perkuatan (Sv = 1), rasio panjang perkuatan dan tinggi lereng (L/H), sudut perkuatan(Ɵ). Hasil penelitian perhitungan Slide 6.0 lereng tanpa perkuatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya SF dari perubahan beban gempa 2010 ke 2017 sebesar 4,0%. Besarnya penurunan FS putus tulangan berkisar 13,04% - 17,08%. Besarnya penurunan FS cabut tulanga berkisar 0,77% - 34,3%. Besarnya penurunan FS terhadap geser berkisar 9,1% - 12,9%. Besarnya penurunan FS kegagalan daya dukung berkisar 10,8% - 11,0%. Besarnya penurunan FS keruntuhan global berkisar 4,6% - 8,9%.Kata Kunci : Peta Hazard Gempa, Lereng, Soil Nailing, slide 6.0

Abstract

AbstractThe condition of the land near the shore caused the land on this project site to be a soil of silt sand. With these conditions it is necessary to evaluate the bearing capacity because the bearing capacity is an absolute requirement that must be considered in the planning of a secure foundation. By knowing the bearing capacity we can plan the load that is given so that the ultimate bearing capacity is not exceeded because if the load that works beyond the ultimate supporting capacity will result in structural failure. The number of power support theorists forced planners to be able to compare the theory where the optimal bearing capacity is used for foundation planning.Calculation of bearing capacity of pile  is done by using two theories of Mayerhoof and L 'Decourt theory. Two data points of drill NSPT were used on the land of At-tauhid UM-Surabaya building located in East Surabaya. By providing variations the pole depth (20, 22 and 24 m) and selected square sectional shape (s = 0.5m) with safety factor 3 it can be calculated the bearing capacity of the end (Qp), the bearing capacity of the blanket (Qs), the bearing capacity utimate (Qult) as well as the bearing capacity of the permit (Qall) in order to compare the bearing capacity of the most effective of both theories. From the research results obtained the value of the average bearing capacity based on the value of comparison between L'Decourt to Mayerhof in DB-1 is Qp = 0.96, Qs = 2, Qult = 1.28, Qall = 1.28 and at DB-2 is Qp = 0.96, Qs = 1.99, Qult = 1.21, Qall = 1.21.                                                                                                                                              Keywords: Bearing capacity, N-SPT, Mayerhoof, L 'Decourt.  AbstrakKondisi tanah  dekat pantai menyebabkan tanah dilokasi proyek ini merupakan  tanah lanau kepasiran. Dengan kondisi tersebut  perlu dilakukan  evaluasi terhadap daya dukungnya karena  daya dukung merupakan syarat mutlak yang harus diperhatikan dalam perencanaan pondasi  yang aman. Dengan mengetahui daya dukung kita dapat merencanakan beban yang di berikan agar daya dukung ultimate  yang ada tidak dilampaui karena apabila beban yang bekerja melampaui daya dukung ultimatenya akan berakibat kegagalan struktur. Banyaknya teori daya dukung memaksa perencana untuk bisa membandingkan teori daya dukung mana yang optimal digunakan utuk perencanaan pondasi. Perhitungan daya dukung tiang dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua teori yaitu  teori Mayerhoof dan L’ Decourt . Digunakan 2 data titik bor  NSPT pada  tanah gedung At-tauhid UM-Surabaya yang berlokasi di Surabaya Timur . Dengan memberikan variasi kedalaman tiang (20, 22 dan 24 m) dan dipilih  bentuk penampang tiang persegi (s = 0.5m) dengan faktor keamanan 3 maka dapat  dihitung besarnya daya dukung ujung (Qp) , daya dukung selimut (Qs), daya dukung utimate  (Qult) maupun daya dukung ijin (Qall) agar dapat dibandingkan daya dukung mana yang paling efektif dari kedua teori tersebut.   Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai daya dukung rata-rata berdasarkan nilai perbandingan antara L’Decourt terhadap Mayerhof pada DB-1 adalah Qp=  0.96 , Qs= 2, Qult= 1.28 , Qall= 1.28 dan pada DB-2 adalah Qp=  0.96 ,Qs= 1.99 , Qult= 1.21, Qall= 1.21. Kata kunci : Daya dukung, N-SPT, Mayerhoof,  L’ Decourt.

Abstract

AbstractLiquefaction is the process of changing the nature of the soil from a solid state to a liquid state caused by cyclic loads during an earthquake. Liquidation occurs in non-cohesive soils (silt to sand) that contain many macro pores, so the ability to hold or bind the water is small. In general, liquefaction occurs in earthquakes above 5 Mw and has shallow groundwater conditions. The city of Surabaya has an earthquake potential of 6.5 Mw and has shallow ground water level. This is what underlies the authors to analyze the potential liquefaction in Surabaya. The liquefaction potential is analyzed by utilizing the Youd-Idriss method (1996) and the Cetin method (2004). A case study selected for this study is located at Porject X, Central of Surabaya. The liquefaction analysis was performed by considering four CPT data which have depth of 9m - 14.2 m. The liquefaction potential is expressed by the CRR (cyclic resistance ratio) and CSR (cyclic shear ratio), whick will be influenced the factor of safety (FS). If the FS is more than or equal to 1 than the no soil liquefaction is predicted to occur. Differently, soil liquefaction is concluded to occur if FS is less than 1. The Results of Youd-Idriss method (1996) show that the CRR and CSR are about 0.09 to 2.88 and 0.33 to 0.43, respectively. The FS value is about 0.21 to 7.60. Furthermore, CRR and CSR values obtained by using Cetin method (2004) are about 0.04 to 0.06 and 0.22 to 0.36, respectively. The FS value is about 0.15 to 0.23. From the results of the analysis can be concluded that the FS values produced by Cetin (2004) is smaller as compared to Youd-Idriss method (1996) Keywords: Liquefaction, Liquefaction Analysis, CPT, FS. AbstrakLikuifaksi adalah proses berubahnya sifat tanah dari keadaan padat menjadi keadaan cair yang disebabkan oleh beban siklik pada waktu terjadi gempa. Likuifaksi terjadi pada tanah non kohesif (lanau sampai pasir) yang mengandung banyak  pori makro, sehingga kemampuan menahan atau mengikat airnya kecil. Pada umumnya likuifaksi terjadi pada gempa di atas 5 Mw dan memiliki kondisi muka air tanah yang dangkal. Kota Surabaya memiliki potensi gempa sebesar 6,5 Mw dan memiliki muka air tanah yang dangkal. Hal inilah yang mendasari penulis melakukan analisis potensi likuifaksi di Surabaya. Metode evaluasi potensi likuifaksi yang digunakan  adalah metode Youd-Idriss (1996) dan metode Cetin (2004). Studi kasus yang di analisa berlokasi di Proyek-X, Surabaya Pusat. Analisis tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat titik sondir dari data CPT yang memiliki kedalaman 9 m – 14,2 m. Hasil analisis potensi likuifaksi yang diperoleh dari ke dua metode berupa nilai CRR (Cyclic Resistance Ratio) dan CSR (Cyclic Stress Ratio), yang akan mempengaruhi besar kecilnya nilai faktor keamanan (FS). Jika nilai nilai FS ≥1 maka tidak ada potensi likuifaksi. Sebaliknya jika nilai FS<1 maka ada potensi likuifaksi. Hasil analisis dengan metode Youd-Idriss (1996) menunjukkan bahwa Nilai CRR dan CSR yang diperoleh adalah antara 0,09-2,88 dan 0,33 – 0,43, secara berurutan. Nilai FS yang dihasilkan antara 0,21 – 7,60. Sedangkan hasil analisis dengan metode Cetin (2004) menunjukkan bahwa nilai CRR dan CSR yang lebih kecil, yaitu antara 0,04-0,06 dan 0,22 - 0,36, secara berurutan. Nilai FS yang dihasilkan antara 0,15-0,23. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai FS yang dihasilkan metode Cetin (2004) lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode Youd-Idriss (1996). Kata kunci: Likuifaksi, Analisis likuifaksi, CPT, FS.

Abstract

AbstractRevision of Indonesia seismic hazard maps would cause several changes in construction planning. In Pamekasan regency, there was an increasing in seismic load from maps of 2010 (kh=0,18) to 2017 (kh=0,22). So, it was necessary  to be evaluated. Slope conditions with large loads and steep slopes can cause landslides so that slope reinforcement is needed. One of them is by using geotextile. This study aims to calculate the safety factor of slope (internal and external) with the influence of ratio between geotextile length and slope height (L/H) and vertical spasing of geotextile (Sv) which was done by using two calculations, namely manual calculation and Rocscience Slide 6.0 program. The results of the analysis show the decreasing of safety factor (SF) for unreinforced slope due to changes in the 2010 to 2017 seismic load of 5.263% calculated using Slide 6.0. Internal stability of pullout and rupture shows the decreasing of SF about 15,789%. External stability against sliding shows the decreasing of SF about 17,4% to 20,5%. External stability against overturning shows the decreasing of SF about 12,3% to 14,00%. External stability against bearing capacity failure shows the decreasing of SF about 35,2% to 36,6%. Di daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan terjadi kenaikan beban gempa pada peta hazard gempa indonesia tahun 2010 dan 2017 sehingga perlu dievaluasi. Kondisi lereng dengan beban yang besar dan kemiringan yang curam dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kelongsoran sehingga diperlukan sebuah perkuatan lereng. Salah satunya dengan geotekstil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya angka keamanan (internal dan eksternal) lereng dengan pengaruh rasio panjang geotekstil dan tinggi lereng (L/H) dan jarak vertikal geotekstil (Sv) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua perhitungan yaitu perhitungan manual dan program Rocscience Slide 6.0. Hasil penelitian perhitungan Slide 6.0 lereng tanpa perkuatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya SF dari perubahan beban gempa 2010 ke 2017 sebesar 5,263%.  Stabilitas internal cabut tulangan dan putus tulangan menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya faktor keamanan (SF) sebesar 15,789%. Stabilitas eksternal terhadap geser menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya SF berkisar antara 17,4% sampai dengan 20,5%. Stabilitas eksternal terhadap guling menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya SF berkisar antara 12,3% sampai dengan 14,00%. Stabilitas eksternal terhadap kegagalan daya dukung menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya SF berkisar antara 35,2% sampai dengan 36,6%. Stabilitas eksternal terhadap keruntuhan global menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya SF berkisar antara 5,6% sampai dengan 6,4%. Kata kunci: Geotekstil, Rocsience Slide 6.0, Lereng, Koefisien Gempa Horizontal, Faktor Keamanan

Abstract

AbstractThis paper discusses the comparison of changes in Indonesia's earthquake hazard map in 2010 and 2017, planning slope reinforcement using ground anchor with variations in reinforcement angle variations (θ), ratio of anchor length (L / H) and vertical distance (Sv) at anchor installation. Moreover, the Indonesian region is located in a very active tectonic zone so it is very vulnerable to earthquakes. In 2017 a revision was made of the Indonesian earthquake map where in the latest map there was a change in earthquake load plans for several regions, one of which was the Banyuwangi area. This research was conducted using a computer program that is Rocsience Slide 6.0 and manual calculation. The Rocsience Slide 6.0 program is used to calculate external stability (overell) while manual calculation is used to calculate internal stability and stability against failure of soil carrying capacity. The results of the analysis show the decreasing of safety factor (FS) for unreinforced slope due to changes in the 2010 to 2017 seismic load of 3,9% calculated using Slide 6.0. Internal stability of pullout the decreasing of FS by 8,8% - 10,2%. Internal stability of rupture show the decreasing of FS by 8,5% - 10,4 %. External stability against bearing capacity failure shows the decreasing of FS by 13,1% - 13,8% . Global stability show decreasing of FS by 4,2% - 5,6%.Keywords : Ground Anchor, Slide 6.0, Seismic Hazard Maps, SlopeAbstrakPenelitian ini membahas mengenai perbandingan perubahan peta hazard gempa Indonesia tahun 2010 dan tahun 2017, merencanakan perkuatan lereng menggunakan angkur (ground anchor) dengan variasi variasi sudut perkuatan (θ), rasio panjang angkur (L/H) dan jarak vertikal (Sv) pada pemasangan angkur. Terlebih wilayah Indonesia terletak pada zona tektonik yang sangat aktif sehingga sangat rawan terhadap gempa bumi. Pada tahun 2017 dilakukan revisi terhadap peta gempa Indonesia dimana dalam peta terbaru tersebut terjadi perubahan beban gempa rencana untuk beberapa daerah salah satunya daerah Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program komputer yaitu Rocsience Slide 6.0 dan perhitungan manual. Program Rocsience Slide 6.0 digunakan untuk menghitung stabilitas eksternal (overell) sedangkan perhitungan manual digunakan untuk menghitung stabilitas internal dan stabilitas terhadap kegagalan daya dukung tanah. Dari hasil penelitian perhitungan Slide 6.0 lereng tanpa perkuatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan besarnya FS dari perubahan beban gempa tahun 2010 ke 2017 sebesar 3,9%. Stabilitas internal terhadap cabut tulangan menunjukkan adanya penurunan FS sebesar 8,8% - 10,2% dari beban gempa tahun 2010 ke 2017. stabilitas internal putus tulangan menunjukkan adanya perubahan FS sebesar 8,5% - 10,4% dari beban gempa tahun 2010 ke 2017. Stabilitas eksternal terhadap kegagalan daya dukung menunjukkan adanya perubahan FS sebesar 13,1% – 13,8% dari beban gempa tahun 2010 ke 2017.
