Abstract

This study aims to develop tajweed card media based on crossword puzzles (TTS), through the use of this tajweed card media to provide understanding to students related to tajweed learning. The methods used in this study include the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE model. In product development, we chose the test research subjects to be media experts and material experts as well as 10 students as a test of the effectiveness of tajweed TTS card media. The collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. As this instrument is used to find the validity of the media and material on media products, namely by using the instrument of media experts and material experts. The results showed that this TTS-based tajweed card media product received a material validity percentage value of 82%, and received a media percentage value of 86%, then the trial on students received an average score of 70. With this, it can be concluded that this TTS-based tajweed card media is declared effective.Keyword : Card Media; TTS Based Card; Students' Tajweed Understanding

Abstract

While learning Al-Quran Hadith, some students often encounter several obstacles,one of which is the aspect of reading the Al-Quran. Not a few of them are still notfluent when reading the Al-Quran and have not applied it fashohah appropriate,as well as the application of makharijul letters and tajwid. The purpose of writingthis research is to see the level of success of the tahsin method in improving andimproving students' reading of the Al-Quran so that students can read the Al-Qurancorrectly according to the pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters and the correctrules for reciting tajwid. This research uses the method of Systematic LiteratureReview (SLR) which means reviewing the results of previous research regardingthe application of the tahsin method to improve quality fashohah. The results ofthis research show that the tahsin method can improve the quality of fashohahstudents, one of which is in the application of Al-Quran Hadith learning. This isbecause the tahsin method is suitable for various groups, especially children, forwhom at the elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah level it is the foundationfor further learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab kurangnya keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Salah satunya adalah kurangnya pemahaman kosakata bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, faktor lain yang turut berperan penting adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran yang terlalu monoton yang diterapkan oleh guru pada pelajaran bahasa Inggris. Khususnya dalam memahami kosakata bahasa Inggris. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami kosakata, sehingga menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran crossword puzzle terhadap pemahaman vocabulary bahasa Inggris di kelas IV MINU Tropodo Waru Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen quasi yang berjenis Nonequivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media crossword puzzle sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah pemahaman vocabulary bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas IV MINU Tropodo Waru Sidoarjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 84 peserta didik sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 peserta didik yang dibagi menjadi kelas kontrol berjumlah 27 dan kelas eksperimen juga berjumlah 27. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes (pretest-posttest) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest kelas kontrol sebesar 56,00 sementara pretest kelas eksperimen sebesar 64,87. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelas kontrol sebesar 69,45, sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 92,87. Perbedaan nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai setelah diberi perlakuan. Hasil uji-t menyimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada skor nilai antara kelas kontrol (tanpa media crossword puzzle) dan kelas eksperimen (dengen media crossword puzzle) dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas IV A dan IV C MINU Tropodo Waru Sidoarjo. Maka penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan media crossword puzzle terhadap pemahaman vocabulary bahasa Inggris di kelas IV MINU Tropodo Waru Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar Al-Qur'an Hadits siswa kelas IV MINU Waru I Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Learning Together terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur'an Hadits siswa kelas IV MINU Waru I Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental, melibatkan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji T-Test.Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest kelas eksperimen 66,23 dan kelas kontrol 68,71. Rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen mencapai 87,56, sementara kelas kontrol 81,43. Uji T-Test menunjukkan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe learning together terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur'an Hadits.

Abstract

Issues of social cohesion and interfaith tolerance are crucial in the context of diverse societies, including Bali, Indonesia, and Southern Thailand, which have experienced conflicts related to religious and cultural differences. This study aims to explore the role of multicultural Islamic education in strengthening social cohesion at Bali Bina Insani Islamic School (SI-BBI) and Phatnawitya School (PS). Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, this research employs in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation with school principals and teachers at both schools as primary data sources, which are then analyzed using descriptive-qualitative methods. The findings reveal that multicultural Islamic education at SI-BBI is implemented through the integration of local cultural values into the curriculum, such as the use of the Balinese language and the recruitment of Hindu teachers, as a form of acculturation that fosters social cohesion among the Muslim minority and Hindu majority in Bali. Meanwhile, at PS, multicultural Islamic education is applied with the inclusive principle of rahmatan lil alamin, incorporating cross-cultural learning and reinforcing tolerance values for students in the Muslim-majority but locally cultural region of Southern Thailand. These findings expand the understanding of Social Identity Theory from Henri Tajfel and John Turner, by demonstrating that multicultural education can reduce identity conflicts and strengthen social integration through learning that respects diversity. The implications of this research emphasize the need for educational policies that are friendly to religious and cultural diversity, which support the integration of multicultural values ​​in the education system in areas with potential for conflict. The multicultural Islamic education models in these two schools offer strategic frameworks for application in contexts of cultural and religious diversity, aiming to create sustainable social cohesion.

Abstract

Interfaith harmony is an important foundation for social cohesion in a pluralistic society, but it does not always occur naturally and requires a planned educational strategy. This study aims to analyze the construction of harmony through a local wisdom-based curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Bali Bina Insani (MA BBI), a madrasah located in a Muslim minority context in Tabanan Regency, Bali. The research focuses on how local wisdom values ​​are systematically integrated into the curriculum and educational practices to build interfaith harmony. This study used a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight key informants, including madrasah principals, Muslim and non-Muslim teachers, and community leaders; participant observation of the learning process and socio-religious activities; and documentation of curriculum documents and institutional policies. Data were analyzed using an inductive-interactive analysis model. The results show that MA BBI actively integrates Balinese local wisdom into its learning materials, inclusive pedagogical approaches, and institutional policies, thus creating an educational climate that supports tolerance, mutual respect, and social harmony. The curriculum serves not only as an academic tool but also as a social instrument in building harmony amidst religious diversity. The novelty of this research lies in its emphasis on the madrasah curriculum as a medium for fostering harmony among minority communities. This study confirms that developing a curriculum grounded in local wisdom is a powerful educational strategy for building social harmony in pluralistic societies and recommends further research across diverse socio-cultural contexts.
