<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the physical fitness in Volleyball Club at SMA N 4 of Central Bengkulu. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative research. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using TKJI test. The population of this study were students at SMA N 4 of Central Bengkulu with a total sample of 30 people consisting of 20 male students and 10 female students using total sampling technique. The variables in this study were students at SMA N 4 of Central Bengkulu. The data were collected using the physical fitness test for the 16-19 year category (Depdiknas, 2010: 3), and the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical techniques with frequency and percentage through categorization. Based on the results of research and data analysis obtained from the physical fitness test in Volleyball Club at SMA N 4 of Central Bengkulu, there were 3 people or 10% were categorized as good, 21 people or 70% were categorized as moderate and 6 people or 20% were categorized as lacking. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the physical fitness of volleyball club at SMA N 4 of Central Bengkulu is in the moderate category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the skills of students in doing Passing Under Volleyball in Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative which is carried out to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The population in this study were students who were in class VI SD Negeri 112 Seluma. Sampling in this study using total sampling, because the entire population was used as a sample of 32 students. The data analysis technique used is percentage. From the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the passing ability of Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma is at the level of qualification in the "good" category of 56.25 % (18 students), the "medium" category was 34.37% (11 students), and the "poor" category was 9.38% (3 students). So that it can be concluded that most of the Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma have been able to do underhand passes well.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is the method of analysis. The subjects of this study were 24 SSB Abhiseva U-16 players in Bengkulu City. The instrument used was the Bleep Test. The analysis technique used is to pour the frequency into the form of a bar chart. The results of this study indicate that the level of endurance of SSB Abhiseva Kandang Limun players in Bengkulu City is very low considering the highest frequency with very low category with 18 people or 75%. Analysis of the Physical Endurance of football players at SSB Abhiseva Kandang Limun in Bengkulu City which is categorized as very good 0 people or 0%, either 0 people or 0%, moderate 0 people or 0%, less 6 people or 25%, less 18 people or 75 %.]]>

<![CDATA[Generally someone who is said to master English or at least who can communicate is the one who masters in 4 basic skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing. While the problems that researchers often encounter in the field are still far beyond the basic things, namely the lack of vocabulary mastery by sports students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. Therefore, through this study, the researchers intended to motivate sports students to learn English by developing instructional models that suitable to their characteristics. Researchers believe that utilizing this student’s love for sports can arouse their enthusiasm in learning so that researchers utilize the website www.goal.com and collaborate with sports lecturers and English lecturer to develop instructional models in the form of existing English teaching materials which are then modified in accordance to characteristics of sports students. The method used in this study is R D (Research Development). The results of this study are the existence of instructional model using the website www.goal.com can increases the vocabulary mastery of sports students and they are become more motivated in learning in the classroom. It can be seen from the average value of the pre-test and post-test. Keywords: development of instructional models, sports students.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has made various changes in all aspects of life, such as economy, social, politics, lifestyle and education. This can be seen from the government urging the public to limit their activities and enforce self-isolation so as to encourage increased access to technology. Technology has become a very important role and is needed in the current situation because the government urges to reduce social activities. Likewise in the field of education, with the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning processes at all education levels are conducted online. This is the basis for the findings of several previous studies related to the emergence of several new terms used by the government and socialized to the public related to pandemics. From those several previous studies, the researchers saw that there was no research related to the level of public understanding of new terms that appeared during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of student understanding of new terms that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a survey method for students at University of Dehasen Bengkulu using a questionnaire. From the research result, it can be concluded that most students at University of Dehasen Bengkulu, specifically Physical Education Study Program do not know the new terms. This is because many of Physical Education students are in remote areas which are very affected by the weather and electricity, so accessing information on TV and the internet often faces obstacles.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesegaran jasmani anak putus sekolah usia 16-19 Tahun Pada Masa New Normal di Desa Kota Bani Kecamatan Putri Hijau Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian menggambarkan suatu fenomena kemudian dianalisis untuk diketahui hasilnya. subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang anak. Karakteristik subjek yang diambil adalah anak berusia 16-19 tahun. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan tes kebugaran jasmani. Taknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan teknik analisis persentase. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan persentase terdapat 15 anak (75%) dalam kategori “Baik“, 5 anak (25%) dalam kategori “Sedang“. <![CDATA[Deixis cannot be separated to language itself because deixis is a part of language. One of language forms in our environment are comics. It is the popular literary works that teenager read besides novel and short story. The objectives of this research can be further detailed as the following; (1) To find kinds of deixis that are in Kamio Yuoko’s Hana Yori Dango. (2) To know the situation of deixis are in Kamio Youko’s Hana Yori Dango. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. It describes deixis found in Hana Yori Dango comic. This research uses the descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research are; (1) The kinds of English deixis found in Hana Yori Dango comic are; eighty five person deixis, twelve place deixis, thirteen time deixis, thirteen social deixis, and seventeen discourse deixis. So, it can be concluded the the dominan deixis which is used in Hana Yori Dango comic is person deixis and the minor deixis is place deixis and (2) The dominant situation in Hana Yori Dango comic is utterance situation related to person and social deixis in finding. So, the theory of deixis analysis from Jaszczolt (2002, p.191) is sticked with the result of deixis found in Hana Yori Dango comic. In this study, the kinds of deixis most commonly found is person deixis. It indicates that the author extremely want to show the figures in the story of comic. It can be seen from the portion of conversation made by the author is simple and short utterance and also related to some elements in comic itself.]]>

The term media is also used as an agent for news reports or news. The method used in this community service uses a pattern method or system of action for the Management of Bumdes Teratai Indah, Later Agung Ilir Village, Talo, Seluma Regency. <![CDATA[Kurikulum Merdeka is a learning program that suits students' abilities, and provides a wider space for character development and basic competencies. The independent curriculum is a new curriculum that is implemented to schools with project-based learning. With the implementation of the new curriculum, teachers, principals and students must adapt to the renewal. This activity aims to help overcome teachers' problems in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka to schools in North Bengkulu Regency, especially in the understanding aspect of P5 and also the implementation of Platformn Merdeka Mengajar. This activity is carried out as a form of community service by using socialization and training methods, personal approaches and peer tutors. The results obtained from this community service activity can be interpreted that the activity participants consisting of school principals and teachers in North Bengkulu Regency of Regional Coordinator IV can understand material regarding P5 and the features available on platform Merdeka Mengajar. In addition, for advanced programs, it is necessary to hold similar activities with material regarding the results of using platform Merdeka Mengajar so that Principals and Teachers in North Bengkulu Regency can be motivated and enthusiastic to learn and fill in PMM to accelerate the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka.]]>
