Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of shooting practice using goal zone targets on the shooting accuracy of student futsal players in the extracurricular program at SD Negeri 76 Bengkulu City. An experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed. The study sample consisted of 20 students selected using purposive sampling. The results showed an improvement in the students' shooting accuracy following the intervention; the mean pretest score of 17.90 rose to 30.10 in the posttest. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculated t-value of -21.968 with a significance level of 0.001 (p < 0.05), leading to the conclusion that shooting practice using goal zone targets has a significant effect on improving the students' shooting accuracy. Thus, it is concluded that shooting practice using goal zone targets significantly influences the improvement of shooting accuracy among student futsal players in the SD Negeri 76 Bengkulu City extracurricular program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Zig Zag training on the dribbling skills of female futsal players at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu. The study used preexperimental research design using One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 17 female futsal players, selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through dribbling skills tests administered before and after the training program. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the paired-samples t-test. The results indicated that Zig Zag training had a positive and statistically significant effect on the dribbling skills of the female futsal players. The statistical analysis revealed that the calculated t-count (3.027) exceeded the critical t-table (1.734) at a significance level of α = 0.05, indicating a significant improvement in dribbling skills following the training program. In conclusion, Zig Zag training is an effective training method for improving the dribbling skills of female futsal players at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu.
