Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of moral aspects to students in extracurricular Pencak Silat at MIN 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This type of research is qualitative research. The population in this study were Pencak Silat Extracurricular Students at MIN 1 Bengkulu Tengah, totaling 14 students. While the sampling technique was carried out by the Total Sampling technique with a total sample of 14 students. Data were collected using participant observation and interviews. The results of the study, it can be concluded that a pencak silat athlete must have an aspect of morality (mental spiritual) which is a trait and attitude based on noble character, this has obligations: a) fear of God Almighty, b) tolerance, trust self-discipline and self-discipline, c) love for the nation and homeland, d) brotherhood of self-control, e) social responsibility. So the application of the moral aspect to pencak silat students at MIN 1 Benteng is good, this is shown based on the results of the study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the game of basketball in schools, especially in high school, which is one of the game sports that is included in the curriculum as a compulsory sport to be taught. shoot on students of SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this study is to use the lay up shoot technique. The subjects of this research were students of SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques are carried out in several ways, namely observation and documentation studies. The results showed that from the data from the lay-up shoot research conducted by students at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City, there were 10 students in the very good category, 9 in the good category, 7 in the moderate category, 5 in the poor category, 0 in the very poor category. . The overall results obtained by all students of SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City were mostly in the Very Good category, 5 male students and 5 female students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the application of the continuous running game method in improving physical education learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City. In this study, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students at SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City as many as 28 people. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation sheets and student test methods. Analysis of the data used values ​​are (1) Pre-test and Post-test analysis, (2) t-test analysis of Student Learning Outcomes. The instrument for validating the student's continuous running game in the research used was the Linkert scale model. The conclusion of this research is the application of the continuous running game method can improve physical education learning outcomes with the results of the t-test test in the first cycle is the t test results obtained obtained t arithmetic > from t table with t count = 3.946 and t table = 1.703 and the second cycle is obtained obtained t count > from t table with t count = 11,199 and t table = 1,703. The application of the game can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City on the subject of Physical Education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness at SMA Negeri 8 Rejang Lebong during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The research sample amounted to 30 people. The instrument used in this study was the TKJI test which consisted of: 60 meter running test, body lift test (30 seconds pi, 60 seconds pa), 60 seconds lying down test, vertical jump test and long distance test (1000 mpi, 1,200 mpa). The classification for the results of the Overall Physical Fitness Test conducted by Boys and Girls was concluded that the Physical Fitness Test at SMA Negeri 8 Rejang Lebong conducted by 20 male students and 10 female students was in the medium category, namely as many as 21 students or with a percentage of 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: To determine the Effect of Variation Training on Underhand Passing Skills in Volleyball Players of SMAN 2 Bengkulu City. This type of research is experimental research. The sample of this study was all extracurricular volleyball players of SMAN 2 Bengkulu City, totaling 16 people. This can be seen from the increase in volleyball passing skills through the initial test and the final test. The initial test (pre-test) the highest score was 15 and the lowest score was 9, the average was 11.69 The final test (post-test) the highest score was 20 the lowest score was 14, the average was 17.31. The instrument used in this study was the volleyball underhand passing ability Based on the pre-test and post-test data of the underhand passing ability of the extracurricular volleyball game of SMAN 2 Bengkulu City, the results of the normality test were obtained, all of the data were normally distributed. Furthermore, the t-test results showed tcount: 7.305 > ttable: 1.753.
