Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini dilakukan di salah satu jenis UMKM yaitu Usaha Pembuatan Gula Gait Lokal Umkm Desa Mukti Jaya Kec Rantau Pulung. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan kali ini berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan usaha, mengingat usaha ini merupakan salah satu usaha yang memiliki potensi cukup bagus baik karena memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi, merupakan produk khas dari suatu daerah dan kemampuannya dalam membantu peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan masih tergolong sederhana dan dari aspek pemasaranpun masih sangat sederhana. Produk dikemas dengan cara kuno yaitu hanya menggunakan kemasan plastik yang distaples dan belum menggunakan label serta kardus biasa dengan label fotokopi. Sepanjang kegiatan berjalan, mitra mendapatkan penyuluhan dan pendampingan usaha dari Tim. Mitra juga telah berhasil memperpanjang izin usaha PIRTnya untuk lima tahun ke depan dan telah membuat label merek yang baru yang dapat menambah nilai jual produknya. Kemasan juga sudah tidak lagi menggunakan staples biasa tetapi sudah menggunakan sealer untuk mengemas produknya. Kegiatan ini semoga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi mitra dalam mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to apply stewardship theory to the analysis of village officials' roles in the planning, execution, administration, reporting, and accountability of village money. Officials from Karangan Dalam Village served as informants for this qualitative study. In planning efforts, the Secretary has created the Village Development Work Plan (RKPDesa) based on the questionnaires and stewardship philosophy. The village head receives submissions from the village secretary in the form of the village revenue and expenditure budget (APBDesa) and the village regulation work plan (Raperdes). The Village Consultative Body receives the Village Regulation Plan (Reperdes) Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa) for additional deliberation. The Village Fund Allocation (ADD) implementation provided information on the ADD manager's progress, particularly concerning fund absorption and physical activities. The person in charge of managing the village funds, the treasurer, keeps track of all income and expenses and neatly closes the books at the end of each month. Reporting on the management of village funds, the Village Head has sent the necessary SKPD to the regent, indicating the realization of budget utilization. Accountability for Village Fund Management: The village chief allocates the funds for the community, BPD, and regional government. The head of the village takes responsibility for overseeing the village's finances, and the ADD management has been operating well at the accountability stage. The head of the village consistently publishes the accountability outcomes of the APBDesa realization by the end of the relevant year. Village pages are still not being used to their full potential in terms of openness.

Abstract

Pembangunan di Desa akan memberikan pelayanan bagi UMKM yang berada di wilayah pedalaman dalam hal ini upaya UMKM dalam meningkatkan kesejateraan baik dari segi Pencatatan pembukuan keuangan sangat penting bagi setiap bisnis. Pencatatan pembukuan keuangan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang menunjukkan besarnya laba atau rugi dari kegiatan operasional suatu usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Berdasarkan persoalan tersebut, dilakukan sebuah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembukuan sederhana bagi kedua pelaku UMKM di Desa Margo Mulyo Kec Rantau Pulung, Diharapkan dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini permasalahan yang dialami pelaku UMKM dapat teratasi dan pelaku UMKM dapat mengaplikasikan apa yang telah diberikan dalam pelatihan ke dalam operasional usaha mereka ke depannya

Abstract

Tea Powder is a delicious beverage powder in Bandung. In developing the business, the company will expand the sales area in each sub-district. The company chooses the low end segment, which is considered to be at low cost, and determines product positioning only in the sweet bread market. Management has conducted the marketing mix strategy. But, the effectiveness is still being debated, especially regarding the problems of the expansion of sales area. Thus, the scientifically conducted study is needed to measure the marketing mix and its influence on the decision, statistics, and the loyalty of customers. The results of the study showed that the overall hypothesis was acceptable and there were significant influences of the product, distribution and promotion on consumers' decisions; there were significant influences of product and price on consumers' satisfaction; there were significant influences of consumers' decision on consumers' satisfaction and loyalty, and there was a significant influence of consumers' satisfaction on consumers' loyalty.
