Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientations and learning orientation on competitive advantage, there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on performance. However, there is no effect between learning orientation on performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the business model applied by Muriglow's skincare business. Muriglow is a producer of organic facial masks processed from fermented goat's kefir etawa milk containing lactobacillus which cleanses the face of dirt and stimulates collagen production in the skin, and many other benefits. The canvas business model elements use the nine elements of the canvas business model, namely customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships and cost structure. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach that is used to find factual information about problems or practices that occur in the field. The results showed that the market acquisition that Muriglow will do is to penetrate the cosmetics industry for men and this preparation has been planned under the name Muriglow for Men. The values offered are the fermented milk of Etawa goat kefir; The composition of the ingredients is 100% natural and safe for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children. Channels provided by social media (Instagram, FB, TikTok); E-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia) and E-wallets (DANA, OVO). The relationships that are built are discounted prices with minimal spending; free shipping; buy 1 get 1 gift; special prices for resellers and giveaway. Its key activities are quality control, dosing & processing, packaging and marketing. Its business partners consist of Lab quality control, raw material suppliers, distributors, shipping expeditions. Muriglow plans to collaborate with production houses, especially in big cities to reduce the high cost of shipping and simplify Muriglow's supply network throughout Indonesia and will start from major cities on the island of Java.Keywords: Canvas Business Model, Skincare Business, and Business Value

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the application of aspects of corporate governance in family businesses and SMEs scale non-family businesses in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and to identify differences in the application of aspects of corporate governance in family businesses and non-family businesses on the scale of SMEs in the Special Region. Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study involved SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Five family businesses and five SME scale non-family businesses in the Yogyakarta Special Region were selected in each sampling location. The sample was determined by the convenience sampling method. This study will first examine the application of governance in family businesses and non-family businesses separately, then compare the application of governance between the two types of business.This study indicates that each type of business has carried out corporate governance in its business, but not maximally. There are advantages and disadvantages in its application. Most of the reasons for these differences in implementation arise from the basic characteristics that differentiate family businesses and non-family businesses, namely the ownership structure and the business structure. The more concentrated ownership and business structure, the less transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness the company tends to be. On the other hand, in companies with more dispersed levels of ownership concentration and business structure, the application of the five aspects of corporate governance will increase.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Small and Medium Enterprises, Family and Non-Family Business

Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumer repurchase decisions of Raja and Soto restaurants in Yogyakarta. Through the questionnaire method, the sample in this study amounted to 139 respondents who were consumers of the Raja Sate and Soto Restaurants in Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it was found that 0.5555> 0.05 location had no significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions at Raja Sate and Soto restaurants. and Soto. It was found that 0.000 < 0.05 price had a significant effect on consumers' repurchase decisions at Raja Sate and Soto restaurants. The results found that 0.001 < 0.05 service quality had a significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions at Raja Sate and Soto restaurants.

Abstract

This study aims to know the position of competition and Marketing Strategy with SWOT analysis, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study was conducted at Angkringan Herbal Dewuyung. The result of descriptive analysis showed that Angkringan Herbal Dewuyung has strength and opportunities than the competitors such as it using social media as the marketing media. It also has different variety of menu than other angkringan. The location of angkringan is near to Nologaten ecotourism village. In addition, there are some weaknesses and threats of Angkringan Herbal Dewuyung. They are the price is little more expensive than other angkringan and the location of Angkringan Dewuyung is located in the alley. The conclusion is the marketing strategy owned by Angkringan Dewuyung has more strengths and opportunities than weakness and threats.

Abstract

Desa Jeblog, Kecamatan Karanganom, Kabupaten Klaten merupakan kawasan Minapolitan dimana dominasi usaha warga desa pada industri peternakan ikan dan pengolahan hasil ikan khususnya ikan nila. Selain industri kecil rumahan, pertanian, dan perdagangan, industri ternak ikan nila telah menjadi mata pencaharian utama yang turun-temurun dari sejarah Desa Jeblog sendiri. Keuntungan secara geografis, letak Desa Jeblog yang berdekatan dengan salah satu sumber mata air jernih di Kecamatan Karanganom yakni umbul Ponggok di Desa Ponggok. Meskipun dengan dukungan sumber daya lingkungan yang melimpah, Desa Jeblog dinilai belum mampu mengoptimalkan menjadi sebuah ekosistem pariwisata dan kewirausahaan yang terintegrasi. Program pengabdian ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian program kerjasama unit PPM Jurusan Manajemen FBE UII kemitraan Desa Jeblog untuk membantu mewujudkan tujuan besar Desa Jeblog sebagai ikon desa wisata nila. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan terkait tata kelola organisasi desa yang efektif sebagai bentuk penguatan pilar internal yang mendukung capaian tujuan Desa Jeblog sebagai ikon desa wisata Nila. Berdasarkan capaian pelaksanaan dari program penyuluhan dan pendampingan tata kelola organisasi desa yang efektif dapat dikategorikan sangat baik karena mampu memunculkan keterlibatan penuh dan komitmen tinggi perangkat desa dan pengelola BUMDes untuk mewujudkan tata kelola organisasi desa yang ideal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze international scientific articles for integrated marketing communication research systematically, both from the perspective of themes, research locations and subjects, as well as the research methods used. This study reviewed 149 scientific articles and presented four main findings. First. The first theme in marketing communications research is integrated with marketing communications and customer relationship management, the second theme deals with the concept known as value added of the plans developed for the role of communication. Second, the questionnaire is a data collection that is predominantly used. Third, research on integrated marketing communications, both in developing and developed countries, has almost the same number of studies. Fourth, based on the bibliometric technique using Vosviewer, it is divided into four clusters and recommends further research agendas to elaborate theoretical and methodological aspects by testing the four themes. By exploring these four themes, it will contribute further to the development of integrated marketing communications in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Asus laptop products on the Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School (PPM) Consumers in Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression method. The variables used are Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision. The type of data used in this study is primary data taken directly by distributing questionnaires, namely the Consumers of the Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School Students (PPM) Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School Students (PPM) consumers in Yogyakarta

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of profitability and firm size on stock prices with the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The sample used is a manufactured firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that implement ERP 2016-2020 period. This study uses a panel regression statistical method. The result of this study that are profitability had a negative significant effect on the stock price, firm size had a positive significant effect on the stock price and variable control implementation ERP had a positive effect but not significant on the stock price. Profitability and firm size simultaneously affect the stock price. The conclusion of this study is firm size is a strong factor that can affect the stock price, and investors are expected to be more careful in investing by taking attention to the firm size factor. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham dengan penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menerapkan ERP periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik regresi panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap harga saham, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga saham dan penerapan kontrol variabel ERP tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan merupakan faktor kuat yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham, dan investor diharapkan lebih berhati-hati dalam berinvestasi dengan memperhatikan faktor ukuran perusahaan.

Abstract

With regard to keywords, research sites and topics, as well as the research methodologies, this study intends to carefully assess international scientific articles for SMEs Digital Financial Transformation research. Four key conclusions are presented in this study after reviewing 362 scientific papers. The main theme turns out to be the significance of digital financing for SMEs, which is followed by themes pertaining to digital transformation. Second, the most often utilized data sets are exploratory and case studies. Third, approximately the same number of studies have been conducted on the digital financial transformation of SMEs in developed and developing nations. Fourth, other study goals were suggested based on bibliometric methods with VOSviewer, which were divided into four groups and tested these themes to elaborate on theoretical and methodological elements. The future development of SMEs' digital financial transformation will be furthered by investigating this issue.
