Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan pembelajaran yang   dapat mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi sains dan komunikasi hasil pemaknaan fenomena biologi terkait karakter religi pada pembelajaran Fisiologi Tumbuhan dan Mendeskripsikan hasil pembelajaran dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan rancangan   tersebut .           Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang bersifat deskriptif,  yang mengombinasikan PTK dan Kegiatan Lesson Study  (Lesson Reasearch) dengan menggunakan metode observasi.   Rancangan pembelajaran yang dihasilkan terdiri dari tahapan  Apersepsi dan motivasi, Menyampaikan Tujuan Pembelajaran, Menyajikan masalah terkait materi yang akan dibahas, Melaksanakan praktikum untuk mengumpulkan data, Mendiskusikan dan menuliskan hasil praktikum dalam LKM 1,  Mendiskusikan dan menuliskan hasil  pemaknaan fenomena yang dipelajarai terkait sifat tuhan sebagai Pencipta dan  Pengatur dengan disertai aturan berupa ayat alQuran atau hadits yang berkaitan dengan hasil pemaknaan dalam LKM 2,  Presentasi hasil LKM, Membuat kesimpulan,  Pemberian Tugas laporan dan Evaluasi.Hasil implemantasi pembelajaran dari rancangan yang dibuat menyatakan proses pembelajaran menunjukkan   sebagian besar mahasiswa aktif, antusias selama pembelajaran. Rata-rata nilai prestasi mahasiswa secara berturut-turut adalah 79,5; 79,7; dan 82.      Sebagian peserta didik menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam kemampuan komunikasi baik komunikasi sains maupun dalam mengkomunikasikankan hasil pemaknaan materi terkait religi yang dimaksudkan untuk menanamkan karakter religi terkait sifat Tuhan sebagai Pencipta dan Pengatur.

Abstract

This research was aimed to describe (1) the implementation; (2) students' creative thinking skills; (3) students' cognitive learning outcomes; (4) student responses in the implementation of the IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) learning model based on e-learning. This is a pre-experimental study with One-Group Pre-test-Post-test Design. The sample in this study were students of class XI MIPA 2 SMA Walisongo Gempol. Data were collected through tests, observations, and questionnaires with creative thinking skills test instruments, observation sheets on the implementation of IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) learning model, fluency indicator observation sheets, and student response questionnaires to the IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) model. The data are analyzed descriptively and statistically through the Wilcoxon test with α = 0.05. The conclusions from the research are (1) the implementation of the IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) learning model based on e-learning to improve the creative thinking skills of class XI MIPA2 students is categorized as very good; (2) students' creative thinking skills in e-learning-based IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) learning have increased; (3) students' cognitive learning outcomes in e-learning-based IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) learning are complete; (4) student response to the IBSC (Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative) learning model based on e-learning is positive.

Abstract

Bawang Putih dan lidah buaya merupakan tanaman yang memiliki banyak manfaat dan juga kegunaan salah satunya yaitu sebagai bahan biopestisida. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan pengaruh pemberian berbagai konsentrasi campuran air seduhan umbi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan lidah buaya (Aloe vera L) terhadap aktivitas jangkrik, 2) mengetahui pada konsentrasi berapa dari campuran air seduhan umbi bawang putih dan lidah buaya yang paling efektif membunuh hama jangkrik. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental dengan desain penelitian yakni Post Test Only Conrol Desain dan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Penelitian ini menggunakan 125 ekor jangrik (Tarbinskiellus portentosus) sebagai sampel yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan yaitu pemberian campuran seduhan air umbi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan lidah buaya (Aloe vera L) konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% dan 0% (P1-P5). Analisis data statistik menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-smirnov diperoleh hasil signifikan (p) < 0,05 sebesar 0,032 yang berarti data tidak berdistribusi normal. Uji Kruskal wallis diperoleh nilai  signifikasi (p) < 0,05 sebesar 0,001 yang artinya H1 diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh yang berbeda dari berbagai konsentrasi air seduhan umbi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan lidah buaya (Aloe vera L). hasil uji mann whitney menunjukkan yang paling efektif membunuh jangkrik (Tarbinskiellus portentosus) adalah pada perlakuan P3 (50%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh berbeda dari pemberian berbagai konsentrasi air seduhan umbi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan lidah buaya (Aloe vera L.) terhadap aktivitas jangkrik (Tarbinskiellus portentosus), (2) pada perlakuan P3 (perlakuan 3: konsentrasi 75%) merupakan pemberian konsentrasi paling efektif terhadap aktivitas jangkrik (Tarbinskiellus portentosus) dengan menunjukkan presentase perubahan aktivitas sebesar (88%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran modifikasi CAM (Concept Attainment Model) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X IPA MA Al-Ishlah Sendangagung; (2) Mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran modifikasi CAM (Concept Attainment Model) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X IPA MA Al-Ishlah Sendangagung; (3) Mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran modifikasi CAM (Concept Attainment Model) keterampilan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X IPA MA Al-Ishlah Sendangagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre-Eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan desain kelompok kontrol desain one-group pretest-posttest design. Sebagai sampel adalah siswa kelas X IPA MA Al-Ishlah Sendangagung. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik tes dan observasi, menggunakan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, lembar pengamatan motivasi belajar siswa, dan lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran modifikasi CAM (ConceptAttainment Model). Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif dan statistik uji-T. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pembelajaran modifikasi CAM (Concept Attainment Model) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MA Al-Ishlah Sendangagung. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran modifikasi CAM (Concept Attainment Model) pada materi jamur dikategorikan sangat baik.

Abstract

Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) is a fruit that is much liked by Indonesian people, but from this fruit only the flesh and skin is wasted which eventually becomes waste. Because of that, an alternative solution to this problem is needed, namely Eco Enzyme is made in the form of a multifunctional solution that is used as a wound medicine. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the effect of sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) Eco Enzyme concentrations on the healing rate of cuts in mice (Mus musculus). This type of research was experimental with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 7 treatment groups and 4 repetitions, the research data analysis technique used the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann Whitney tests. The results showed that the average percentage of healing rate by applying Eco Enzyme topical medication from sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) waste was most effective on the healing rate of cuts in mice (Mus musculus) with various concentrations, namely P5 (100%) healing rate 100% average healing time 8.25, P4 (80%) healing rate 93.75% average healing time 9.25, P3 (60%) healing rate 87.5% average healing time 9.75, P2 (40%) cure rate 81.25% average healing time 10.25, P1 (20%) healing rate 75% average healing time 10.75, positive control (K+) betadine has a healing rate of 87.5% healing time an average of 10.25, negative control (K-) distilled water has a 50% healing rate healing time beyond day 14. The conclusion obtained is that there is a difference in the effect of orange Eco Enzyme concentration sweet (Citrus sinensis) on the healing rate of cuts in mice (Mus musculus).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the IBSC model with the blended learning system podcast media on (1) students' critical thinking skills; (2) student communication skills; (3) describes the implementation of the IBSC learning model with the blended learning system podcast media; and (4) describes student responses to the IBSC learning model with blended learning system podcast media. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The research targets were students of class X MIA 1, 2 and 3 of 69 students. The data were obtained through tests, observations and questionnaires. The data were analyzed descriptively and statistically through a T-test with = 0.05, as well as the N-Gain test to see the effectiveness of the increase. From the results of the study, it was concluded that (1) the IBSC model influences critical thinking skills by increasing students' critical thinking skills in the medium and high effectiveness categories; (2)  the IBSC model influences communication skills by increasing students' communication skills in the medium effectiveness category; (3) the implementation of the IBSC learning model with the Blended Learning system podcast media in each experimental class was carried out 100% in the very good category; and (4) students' responses to the IBSC learning model with the podcast media of the Blended Learning system on critical thinking skills and communication skills are categorized as very good.

Abstract

Bryophyta plants contain secondary metabolite compounds that can have potential as drugs, such as liverwort (Marchantia polymoprha) which contains secondary metabolite compounds that have hepatoprotective properties against liver damage that have the potential as hepatitis drugs. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of liverwort extract administration in treating hepatitis. This study used an experimental approach, with a postest only control group design, 16 male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) were grouped into 4 treatments with dose variations of 200 mg / kgBB, 300 mg / kgBB, 400 mg / kgBB, 500 mg / kgBB. Experimental animals were induced with 30% alcohol for 10 days to be exposed to hepatitis, and given treatment for 14 days. Data were analyzed by One Way Anova test, with a significance of 0.05, normally distributed data with a significance of SGOT 0.20 and SGPT 0.81. The results of data analysis showed that the concentration of 500 mg/kgBB extract dose had the strongest effect in reducing SGOT and SGPT enzymes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami sekolah berwawasan lingkungan sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter lingkungan siswa sekolah adiwiyata SD Kota Surabaya, yang di laksanakan pada 3 sekolah yaitu SAIMS, SD M 9 Bahari Surabaya dan SD M 18 Surabaya dengan status kelas mulai kelas 4-6. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini secara kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan tujuan untuk menemukan adanya tidaknya hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi R dengan table model Summary, R2 = sebesar 0.121 dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien diterminasi 0,016 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat sebesar 0,16 %. Uji anova dalam outputnya diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung = 4.112 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,04 < 0,05. Mak uji regresi dapat diapakai untuk memprediksi varibel sekolah berwawasan lingkungan (X) terhadap variable terikat (Y). Dari table ANOVA, nilai F sebesar 14.391 dengan uji signifikan 0,000. Dari Uji t dapat dilihat nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,04 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti ada pengaruh signifikan antara sekolah berwawasan lingkungan terhadap karakter lingkungan siswa.

Abstract

The geographical location of SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kenjeran Surabaya is on the coast which makes it face the risk of flooding and serious environmental health challenges, which require further intervention. The rampant dumping of rubbish in the surrounding environment makes the school feel anxious because it could result in flood disasters and environmental damage, as well as a decline in the community's health status. This service aims to provide counseling and outreach to students using the VR-DISASTER learning media at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Bahari Kenjeran Surabaya. Methods for implementing activities, in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice. This 1-day training was effective in increasing knowledge and changing participants' attitudes. Proven by the Pre-test results show that the majority of students have a low level of knowledge, both regarding environmental health (68.57%) and disaster mitigation (91.43%). However, after being provided with counseling and socialization using VR-DISASTER, the post-test results showed a significant increase with 100% of students having high knowledge about environmental health and 82.86% of students with a level of disaster mitigation knowledge which also increased. Thus, it is hoped that the level of knowledge possessed by students can increase awareness and preparedness for disasters that could occur at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Bahari Surabaya.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan budaya literasi anak binaan SD Muhammadiyah 09 Bahari Surabaya melalui rumah baca kreatif berbasis e-learning. Kegiatan ini melibatkan semua guru yang ada di SD Muhammadiyah 09 Bahari Surabaya.  Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi guru mitra yaitu melalui serangkaian kegiatan IST (in service training), OST (on service training) dan implementasi. Hasil kegiatan ini antara lain 1) terlaksananya PkM sesuai dengan rencana, 2) terbentuknya pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran e-learning, 3) terbentuknya keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan media e-learning dalam pemblajaran. Kegiatan pendampingan masih perlu dilakukan secara kontinu agar guru benar-benar dapat membuat dan mengaplikaskannya dalam pembelajaran, selian itu perlu ada inovasi pembelajaran e learning untuk di terapkan pada kelas 1,2 dan 3 SD. This activity involved all the teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 09 Bahari Surabaya. The method used to solve problems provided by partner teachers through training in IST activities (service training), OST (service training) and implementation. 1) the implementation of PkM in accordance with the plan, 2) formed teacher knowledge and understanding of e-learning learning, 3) the formation of teacher skills in using e-learning media in learning. Mentoring activities still need to be done so that the teacher can really make and apply it in learning, and in addition there needs to be learning to be applied in grades 1,2 and 3 elementary schools. Especially at SD Muhammadiyah 09 Bahari Surabaya.
