Abstract

Ekosisten Mangrove adalah komunitas vegetasi pantai tropis dan subtropis yang didominasi beberapa spesies baik pohon, anakan dan semai mangrove yang mampu tumbuh  dan berkembang pada daerah pasang surut air laut. Tujuan  meganalisis nilai kerapatan jenis dan relatif ekosistem  mangrove. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2022 di Perairan Desa Waringin Kecamatan Morotai Selatan Barat, Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Metode pengukuran dan pengamatan vegetasi mangrove dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode transek garis dan  petak  contoh berukuran (10x10) m2. Hasil analisis didapatkan Stasiun I dan II merupakan lokasi yang paling banyak ditemukan jenis mangrove, kerapatan tertinggi stasiun I, Bruguiera gymnorhiza dan Rhizopora mucronata dengan nilai kerapatan 3,11 ind/m² pada kategori pohon anakan dan semai. Stasiun II kerapatan tertinggi terdapat pada  jenis mangrove Rhizopora mucronata 3.67 ind/m². Pada  stasiun III  kerapatan tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Bruguiera   gymnoriza 2.44 ind/m²  kategori pohon anakan dan semai. Sedangkan kerapatan relatif Jenis pada Stasiun I memiliki presentase nilai tertinggi ada pada jenis mangrove  Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Rhizopora mucronata dengan kerapatan relative jenis (RDi) 25. 23%, Sedangkan kerapatan relatif terendah yaitu jenis Avicennia marina, Sonneritia alba masing-masing 5.41%. Kerapatan relatif jenis stasiun  II yaitu jenis  Rhizopora mucronata  tingkat pohon, semai dengan nilai kerapatan relatif 28.45 %. Dan pada stasiun III  kerapatan relatif jenis Rhizopora mucronata 3.67 ind/m² dan Bruguiera gymnoriza (2.44 ind/m²) kategori pohon anakan dan semai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dalam pembelajaran Matematika materi Statistika dan Peluang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment (eksperimen semu). Rancangan eksperimen ini terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPA SMA Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA A dan siswa kelas XII IPA B. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dan soal tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji independent sample t-test) diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kemudian dilihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas XII IPA B yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) memperoleh nilai 78,78 sedangkan untuk nilai rata-rata kelas XII IPA A yang menggunakan model konvensional hanya memperoleh nilai 70,12. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) lebih efektif dari hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvesional.

Abstract

Fish scales are fishery waste that can still be utilized because many contain chemical compounds such as organic proteins (41–84%), and the rest are mineral residues and inorganic salts. Fish scales are reported to contain proximate, calcium, and chitin. Chitin can be extracted into chitin by the deasetillation process. Chitosan is a biomaterial that can be used as a food preservative, a pharmaceutical ingredient. This research aims to extract chitin from fish scales and find out the comparison of chitin rendemen in different types of fish. The study was conducted from July to September 2020. Samples of fish scales Upeneus mullocensisi, Lethrinus sp., Caesio chrysozona, and Scarus rivulatus were obtained from the Traditional Market and Morotai Culinary Center. The process of making chitosan is carried out in the FPIK Laboratory of Universitas Pasifik Morotai. The extraction of chitosan from fish scales through three stages is deproteination, demineralization, and deasetilation. The results showed the protein and mineral content of fish scales vary, namely Upeneus mullocensisi (67.83% and 29.84%), Lethrinus sp. (36.80% and 15.99%), Caesio chrysozona (51.84% and 22.99%), and Scarus rivulatus (82.96% and 14.31%). The highest chitosan rendemen in Lethrinus sp. (13.22%), followed by Caesio chrysozona (7.74%), Upeneus mullocensisi (0.80%), and Scarus rivulatus (0.05%). Some chitosan characteristics, such as color, shape, and smell, meet commercial chitosan standards.

Abstract

The food and beverage sector from home industries significantly impacts the community's welfare. P-IRT permits and halal certification are crucial for ensuring product safety and gaining consumer trust. According to Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999, consumers have the right to safe products. In Kaliboto Village, the number of MSMEs is increasing, but many still lack halal certification, despite its mandatory status following the implementation of Industry Law No. 03 of 2014. This study aims to provide socialization and assistance to home industry players in obtaining halal certification. The method used includes identifying needs, preparing socialization materials, conducting socialization, post-socialization assistance, and evaluation. The results show that many home industry players in Tarokan District lack business legality and halal certification, due to a lack of knowledge and awareness of its importance. The socialization conducted by BUMDESMA Kaliboto Village helps increase understanding among business actors about the process and benefits of halal certification and encourages BUMDESMA to be more active in supporting this process. With socialization and assistance, it is expected that home industry players can more easily obtain halal certification, ultimately increasing income and improving the welfare of the village community.

Abstract

Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) is a fruit that is much liked by Indonesian people, but from this fruit only the flesh and skin is wasted which eventually becomes waste. Because of that, an alternative solution to this problem is needed, namely Eco Enzyme is made in the form of a multifunctional solution that is used as a wound medicine. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the effect of sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) Eco Enzyme concentrations on the healing rate of cuts in mice (Mus musculus). This type of research was experimental with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 7 treatment groups and 4 repetitions, the research data analysis technique used the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann Whitney tests. The results showed that the average percentage of healing rate by applying Eco Enzyme topical medication from sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) waste was most effective on the healing rate of cuts in mice (Mus musculus) with various concentrations, namely P5 (100%) healing rate 100% average healing time 8.25, P4 (80%) healing rate 93.75% average healing time 9.25, P3 (60%) healing rate 87.5% average healing time 9.75, P2 (40%) cure rate 81.25% average healing time 10.25, P1 (20%) healing rate 75% average healing time 10.75, positive control (K+) betadine has a healing rate of 87.5% healing time an average of 10.25, negative control (K-) distilled water has a 50% healing rate healing time beyond day 14. The conclusion obtained is that there is a difference in the effect of orange Eco Enzyme concentration sweet (Citrus sinensis) on the healing rate of cuts in mice (Mus musculus).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the social history of Islamic law from a gender perspective in terms of the Samadua marriage traditions in South Aceh. This empirical legal study used a socio-historical approach to Islamic law and gender. The study collected data by means of literature review and in-depth interview. Findings showed that the couples living at the in-law’s house before holding the walīmah al-‘ursy (wedding reception) was a violation of adat (custom) in the Samadua community. The customary sanctions imposed included being completely prohibited to hold walīmah al-’ursy and intat linto/tueng dara baroe (escorting the groom/accepting the bride) procession. From the view of Islamic law, the customary sanctions that apply in the Samadua community are intended to avoid slander and to gain maslāhah (benefit). This is also in line with the principle of sadd al-żarī'ah and does not conflict with the concept of sahih ‘urf. This is because walīmah al-’ursy for women is the time when they are treated with respect and dignity, and this time prayers will also be made for as well as dowry, valuables, and other gifts, making it worth to celebrate. From the perspective of the social history of gender-based Islamic law, the application of this customary sanction also shows that the position of women in Acehnese society is respectable enough that they must be treated with dignity. Because Acehnese women in the past have experienced periods of glory, until now their position and bargaining value are still respectable in customary practices in the Aneuk Jamee community in South Aceh.

Abstract

Limbah merupakan sesuatu yang sudah tidak dipakai lagi dan dibuang di tempat sampah. tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: Menganalisis tingkat partisipasi pedagang ikan dalam pengelolaan limbah hasil perikanan pada Pusat Penjualan Ikan Pasar Rakyat Kabupaten Pulau Morotai dan Mengidentifikasi fasilitas pendukung untuk menjaga sanitasi pada Pusat Penjualan Ikan Pasar Rakyat Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Pusat Penjualan Ikan Pasar Rakyat Kabupaten Pulau Morotai dan dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2023, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi Pedagang dalam Pengelolaan Sampah pada Pusat Penjualan Ikan Pasar Rakyat Kabupatan Pulau Morotai dalam kategori rendah yaitu partisipasi membuang sampah pada tempatnya, karena setiap pedagang tidak menyediakan Tempat Sampah dimasing-masing tempat usaha dan hanya menunggu petugas kebersihan pasar datang membersihkan dan membiarkan sampah berceeran di sekitar tempat penjualan serta genangan air yang dibiarkan begitu saja. Sanitasi di Pusat Penjualan ikan Pasar Rakyat Morotai di nilai masih jauh dari kebersihan yang diharapkan. Air yang tidak mengalir dengan baik dan toilet dengan kondisi yang rusak dan kotor serta drainase yang tidak berjalan dengan baik sehingga terdapat genangan air yang kotor dan bau. Tidak adanya tempat sampah yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan pembuangan limbah ke laut. fasilitas yang ada banyak yang rusak dan tidak terpakai.

Abstract

Sagu lempeng merupakan makanan tradisional daerah Indonesia bagian timur, seperti Papua, Sulawesi Selatan, Maluku dan Maluku Utara. Masyarakat Maluku Utara, mengembangkan produk sagu lempeng, dengan mengolah sisa sari pati ubi kayu. Sari pati ubi kayu diolah menjadi Sagu lempeng dan telah menjadi makanan tradisional khas daerah Maluku Utara sebagai pengganti nasi. Salah-satu wilayah di Maluku Utara yang mengembangkan produk sagu lempeng adalah Desa Dehegila Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2024. pembuatan abon ikan dilakukan di Rumah Produksi Sagu Lempeng Desa Dehegila, Kecamatan Morotai Selatan, Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Analisis proksimat sagu abon lempeng ikan tuna dilakukan di Laboratorium kimia Makanan Ternak, Jurusan Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Hasanudin. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis nilai gizi Sagu lempeng abon ikan tuna meliputi kadar Air berkisar 10, 86 sampai dengan 12,07, kadar protein kasar 3,20 sampai dengan 11, 35, lemak kasar berkisar antara 0,57 sampai 4,44, Serat Kasar berkisar antara 0,95 sampai 1,18, BETN berkisar antara 70,56 sampai dengan 83,33, kadar abu berkisar antara 0,92 sampai dengan 2,40.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Aceh Qanun Jinayah on the legal understanding of students at STAIN Meulaboh. As a form of Sharia law implemented in Aceh, the Qanun Jinayah plays a significant role in upholding morality and justice in the region. Students, particularly those pursuing Islamic higher education at STAIN Meulaboh, are expected to have a deep understanding of Islamic law, including the Qanun Jinayah. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method by sampling 120 students from four academic programs: Islamic Criminal Law, Sharia Economic Law, Islamic Constitutional Law, and Sharia Banking. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed statistically and qualitatively. The findings reveal that students’ understanding of the Qanun Jinayah varies, with those from law-related programs showing greater comprehension than students from other disciplines. Moreover, student perceptions of the effectiveness of the Qanun Jinayah in enforcing justice also differ, influenced by their educational and social backgrounds. The study concludes that the Qanun Jinayah has a significant impact on students' legal understanding at STAIN Meulaboh; however, improvements in Sharia legal education and public outreach are necessary to enhance students’ comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Free Curriculum based on Constructivism Theory at SMK Negeri 1 Rancaekek. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews and observations. The results indicate that in curriculum planning, teachers formulate learning outcomes based on student needs in accordance with constructivist principles. The implementation of the free curriculum is carried out by applying a student-centered approach and involving interaction with the environment. Teachers also act as facilitators who support students' knowledge construction. Learning evaluation includes self-reflection and a review of materials to assess students' understanding. The main challenge is the lack of facilities and infrastructure, which is addressed by optimizing resource utilization. In conclusion, the application of constructivism theory in the Free Curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Rancaekek has successfully created adaptive and student-centered learning.
