Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of the student worksheet lighting system to improve collaborative problem solving (CPS) skills of vocational students. This research method used research and development with the 4D model consists of stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The developmental research was conducted at class XI Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro, with teachers and students as the research subjects. Techniques in collecting data in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research instrument used consists of interview sheets, validation sheets for material experts and media experts, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. The results of this research and development obtained student worksheet lighting system products that can improve CPS skills. The final results of the feasibility of the student worksheet information system show the following numbers: 90% by material experts, 83% by media experts so that they are included in the "Very Feasible" category. The results of student responses in trials and usage trials get a figure of 86% in product trials and 87% in usage trials, so it is included in the "Very Feasible" category. Based on these results, the student worksheet lighting system developed can be said to be suitable for use as teaching materials in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis video tutorial menggunakan hand tools kelas X (TKRO) SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates dan mengetahui kelayakannya. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X jurusan otomotif dengan program keahlian TKRO. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah angket, teknik analisis data memakai deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapat rerata presentase 84,50%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB). Hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan rerata presentase 95,50%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB). Sedangkan uji coba dilakukan terhadap kelompok kecil dan besar. Uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan rerata presentase 89,50%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB) serta uji coba kelompok besar 87,25%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB). Berdasarkan hasil data para ahli dan uji coba media maka media ini dikatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the relationship between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) knowledge and learning outcomes of motorcycle chassis; (2) the relationship between learning attitudes and motorcycle chassis learning outcomes; and (3) to determine the relationship between OSH knowledge and learning attitudes with learning outcomes of motorcycle chassis. The research method uses the correlational method with a population of all class X students majoring in Motorcycle Business Engineering (TBSM) with a total of 74 students. The technique for determining samples using census techniques, ie the sample used for research is 100% of the total number of students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The method used is descriptive quantitative with correlation analysis including hypothesis testing and prerequisite tests, prerequisite tests include normality tests, linearity tests and intercorrelation tests. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant positive relationship between K3 knowledge and learning outcomes of motorcycle chassis; (2) there is a significant positive relationship between learning attitudes and motorcycle chassis learning outcomes; and (3) there is a significant positive relationship between OSH knowledge and learning attitudes with motorcycle chassis learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas hasil belajar mata pelajaran teknologi dasar otomotif antara siswa yang mengikuti model CTL dengan siswa yang mengikuti pelajaran dengan metode ceramah. Jenis penelitian adalah Eksperimen Semu (Quasi Experimental) dengan populasi siswa kelas X TKR di SMK Perindustrian Yogyakarta terdiri dari 70 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random cluster sampling, berdasarkan hasil undi ditetapkan bahwa kelas X TKR B3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 23 siswa dan kelas X TKR B2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 23 siswa. Instrumen pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model CTL pada kelas eksperimen lebih efektif dari pada penggunaan metode pembelajaran ceramah pada kelas kontrol.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the application of demonstration methods with visual media to increase learning activeness and learning outcomes of basic automotive technology. This study is a study using the literature study method or literature review. Data collection techniques are derived from the results of research that have been conducted and published in national and international online journals. Methods of data analysis used journal contents. The results of the preliminary study showed that learning activeness and learning outcomes of basic automotive technology were still low. Each student has differences in intellectual abilities, physical health, family backgrounds, learning habits and approaches. Efforts that can be used to overcome low activeness and learning outcomes are by using demonstration methods with the help of visual media. The application of the demonstration method encourages students' motivation to learn, enlivens learning activities, and relates theory to natural events in the environment. The application of demonstration learning methods helps students to know directly the objects used as teaching aids, making it easier for students to understand the material described by the teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) can improve the activeness and results of learning basic automotive technology vocational school students. This study is a study using the method of literature review. The analysis method used uses qualitative descriptive analysis of journals and research results. Preliminary study results show that students' activeness and learning outcomes in basic automotive technology subjects are low. This is due to the lack of creativity and innovation of teachers applying learning models. Teachers still use lecture methods in learning so that learning is judged to be less effective. The effort that can be made to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of students is to implement a cooperative learning model type STAD. The implementation of stad-type cooperative learning models is considered suitable because in the learning process students work with each other, thus directing students to provide a live learning experience to be active, critical thinking, logical, innovative, and creative. Through cooperative learning models students do not rely too much on teachers, but can increase confidence in their own thinking skills. The implementation of stad-type cooperative learning models will create an interesting learning atmosphere, as well as improve students' understanding of learning so that the learning process runs effectively and the learning results will be satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of learning media based on Android Mobile Application in the Automotive Basic Work Mapel in class X TBSM SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosari. This research is research and development. The subjects in this study were media experts, materials and students of SMK 1 Muhammadiyah Wonosari with the object of Learning Media. In data collection techniques using structured interviews with a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire) type Rating Scale. While the data analysis using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results showed that the assessment of the material expert respondents obtained a score of 3,1 which was included in the appropriate category. Then based on the assessment of media experts, it obtained a score of 3,87 which was included in the very feasible category. In the assessment of small-scale product trials, the results of 3,12 are included in the very feasible category. Furthermore, in the large-scale use trial, the results of 3,04 were included in the feasible category. The conclusion of the research is the development of learning media based on android mobile application is suitable for student learning.

Abstract

This research aimed for (1) obtaining good and quality E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan, (2) knowing the appropriateness of the E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material at SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan. The type of this study is a research and development by using 4D model. The subject of this study consists of material expert namely the Teacher of SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan and media expert namely the Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education Study Program of UST Yogyakarta, along the students of class 10 of light vehicles engineering department as the user from the developed instructional media. The object of this study is the E- Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health and Safety material. Data collection technique uses questionnaire and observation and data collection instrument uses preliminary study, instrument, and expert validation instrumen as well as product trials.The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. This research and decelopment model consists of few stages such as define, design, development, and dissemination. The result of this study.were the instructional media in a form of E-Modul for The Basic Work of Automotive Engineering Subject in the Occupational Health andlSafety material. The instructional media development was proper to be used according to the feasibility test by the material expert in the amount of 3,00, by the media expert was 3,16, and the field test by 3,08, so therefore the evaluation result by the material expert, media expert, and field test obtained the average score by 3,08 out of the 4 as maximal score. According to the result obtained from feasibility test, the E-Modullof the Occupational Health and Safety was proper to use in the learning.

Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Paramarta 3 Seputih Banyak Lampung. Penelitian ini memakai model ADDIE. Pada tahap design, flowchart serta storyboard dibuat. Tahap development dilakukan pengembangan media, validasi ahli materi dan media, serta revisi media. Tahap implementation terdiri dari dua siklus. Pertama dilakukan uji coba kelompok kecil oleh 10 siswa. Uji coba kedua dilakukan ke kelompok besar oleh 25 siswa. Hasil penilaian ahli materi memperoleh kategori baik. Hasil penilaian ahli media terhadap aspek tampilan memperoleh kategori baik dan aspek pemrograman mendapat kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar memperoleh kategori sangat baik. Kelayakan media pembelajaran berdasar ahli materi mendapat kategori baik, ahli media mendapat kategori sangat baik dan siswa memperoleh kategori sangat baik. Berdasar data yang diperoleh, media yang dikembangkan layak dipakai untuk pembelajaran kelas XI TKR.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan dimasa pandemi covid-19 oleh pemerintah Indonesia sebagai pencegahan penularan penyakit. Kendala yang dialami siswa SMK Ma’arif 1 Nanggulan pada saat pembelajaran daring yaitu belum ada media yang tepat digunakan siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri. Penggunaan video tutorial dapat dimanfaatkan siswa bahan pembelajaran daring maupun luring. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dapat menghasilkan media video tutorial serta dapat menguji kelayakan video tutorial. Penelitian pengembangan (Researce and Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate, subjek penelitian yaitu ahli materi, ahli media dan siswa kelas XI TKR, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan teknik analisis data yaitu diskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kelayakan video tutorial untuk standar kompetensi melakukan pemeriksaan sistem starter mendapatkan hasil layak berdasarkan uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi mendapat persentase 72,5% dengan kriteria “Layak”, oleh ahli media mendapatkan persentase 83,75% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, serta respon siswa pada kelompok kecil mendapatkan persentase 79,28 % dengan kriteria “Layak” dan respon siswa pada kelompok besar mendapatkan persentase 74,3% dengan kriteria “Layak”. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka media video tutorial untuk standar kompetensi melakukan pemeriksaan sistem starter layak digunakan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Video tutorial, Sistem starter.
