Abstract

Conflicts may occur among individuals, groups, and organiza-tions. From managerial point of view, the existence of conflicts may have influence on the individual performance. In an organization, there might be substantive and emotional conflicts. The quality of a leader may therefore be indicated by his or her ability in managing such conflicts in order to create a more condusive climate in the working environment. It is suggested that the leader employ an emotional intelligence approach.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of analysis and interpretation of online learning using zoom cloud meetings which affect the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students, student interest in learning affects mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students, and online learning using zoom cloud meetings and interest student learning affects the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. This research is a quantitative approach research using a descriptive survey method. The instrument used in this study was a closed questionnaire. Descriptive analysis of this study was used to describe the creativity of teachers and students' learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class V Elementary School 03 Manado. Descriptive statistics include the calculation of the mode, median, mean, and standard deviation, with the prerequisite test for normality test and linearity test. In this study, data analysis used simple regression statistical tests and multiple regression. 1) The results of the first hypothesis test which stated that there was a significant influence of online learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class V, State Elementary School 03 Manado. 2) The results of the hypothesis test II which stated that there was a significant effect of student interest in learning on mathematics learning outcomes in class V Elementary School 03 Manado, and based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis III data through SPSS with a significance level of Fcount = 8.886 > Ftable 3.22 with a significance level of 0.000 and 0.001 < 0.05, so from the results of this data analysis, it can be concluded that the multiple regression model has a significant effect jointly between online learning media and students' interest in learning on students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research analyzing the competency test for nurses is of particular concern for nursing education because incompetent nursing professions could not be registered as nurses in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturer service quality, family support, availability of learning facilities and infrastructure, and student learning motivation on the results of the Indonesian Nurses Competency Test (INCT). The research method used is quantitative research design with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research sample was 100 respondents from the nursing profession graduates. Data collection by questionnaire, descriptive data analysis percentage, and regression test. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the quality of lecturer services on the results of INCT (0.024), family support on the results of INCT (0.032), the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure on the results of INCT (0.015) and learning motivation on the results of INCT (0.030). Simultaneously, there is an effect of the quality of lecturer services, family support, availability of learning facilities and infrastructure, and learning motivation on the results of INCT (0.000), adjusted R¬Square test with a percentage of 77.1% of the variables of INCT results can be explained by the four variables. These results can be used as evaluations and policies for interested parties in improving the achievement of INCT graduation results, which are also a benchmark for implementing and quality assurance in higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 2 Tomohon dengan penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan II siklus. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dalam pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas III SD Negeri 2 Tomohon. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri II Tomohon yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penilaian dan tes hasil belajar dari siswa itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I setelah tindakan terlihat peningkatan tidak terlalu signifikan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus I adalah 55,7% dikatakan belum mencapai ketuntasan klasikal dan hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus II adalah 85%. Dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sehingga pelaksanaan tindakan dikatakan berhasil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III SD Negeri 2 Tomohon.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in social studies learning outcomes through the Guided Practice Method for class V students at SD Negeri 1 Ayong. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which was carried out over 2 cycles. Each research cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and reflection with the aim of comparing the values before action and after action. The techniques used for data collection are observation, test and documentation techniques. The research instrument uses test sheets and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is the percentage calculation data analysis technique. The research subjects were 13 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Ayong. There was an increase in learning outcomes by using the guided practice method on social interaction and human interaction with the environment for class V students at SD Negeri 1 Ayong. The research results showed that in cycle I the average score was 68.84 and the classical completion level was 46.15%. In cycle II, the average score was 95 and the classical completion level was 100%. So it can be concluded that the guided practice method can improve social studies learning outcomes for class V students at SD Negeri 1 Ayong.s.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kesulitan membaca dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Inpres 5/81 Karondoran. Penulis memfokuskan pembahasan pada masalah-masalah terhadap factor kesulitan membaca pada tema 3 Benda di sekitar Sub tema 1 : Aneka Benda Disekitarku Pembelajaran 1.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan  kualitatif. Hasil penelitian 1) Faktor-Faktor kesulitan belajar siswa adalah : factor intelegensi, factor lingkungan, factor social ekonomi, factor psikologi. 2) Dampak perubahan yang terjadi selama pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid-19 terjadi peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik dalam hal membaca dikarenakan penggunaan metode dan media belajar yang menarik serta  disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 sehingga bukti terhadap hasil belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. 3) Penyelesaian masalah  yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca siswa ditunjang oleh penggunaan metode mengajar yang sesuai materi dalam situasi dan kondisi dimasa pandemik Covid-19,  penggunaan media belajar yang menarik dan kreatif, inisiatif guru dalam membimbing siswa lebih terarah.. Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Kesulitan membaca, Proses Pembelajaran, Hasil Pembelajaran, SD Inpres 5/81 Karondoran.
