Abstract

Dermatitis kontak iritan merupakan respon kulit terhadap kontak dengan berbagai paparan zat seperti biologi, kimia maupun fisik. Terjadinya DKI dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor endogen maupun eksogen. Faktor eksogen seperti paparan zat dari lingkungan sekitar dan faktor endogen seperti fungsi pertahanan kulit dan adanya riwayat dermatitis sebelumnya seperti dermatitis atopik. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk memahami mekanisme terjadinya dermatitis kontak iritan akibat paparan nanas (Ananas comosus) terutama pada pekerja serta pencegahannya. Studi ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah buku, artikel penelitian dan jurnal ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan mekanisme terjadinya dermatitis kontak iritan akibat paparan nanas (Ananas comosus). Literature review telah dilakukan pada Julì 2019. Nanas atau Ananas comosus adalah anggota dari famili bromeliad dan dikenal sebagai penyebab dermatitis iritan dan stomatitis. Ekstraksi nanas mengandung sejumlah enzim proteolitik yang dikenal sebagai bromelain, yang juga merupakan iritan kimiawi dan fisika termasuk asam sitrat dan kalsium oksalat. Oleh karena itu, buah nanas dapat menjadi salah satu penyebab dermatitis kontak iritan. Mekanisme ini berawal dari paparan ringan hingga terus-menerus menyebabkan distrubsi barier yang menyebabkna aktivasi sitokin serta limfosit T yang memunculkan gejala berupa inflamasi dan lesi pada kulit

Abstract

The results of observation with X grades’ biology teacher of Persada Senior High School Bandar Lampung, there’s note that in the learning process students receive most information from teacher (teacher centered), so the effect forward to student learning activity and material mastery are still not optimal yet. One of the efforts to maximize it are using TGT models learning and  Flash Card media. The study aimed at inflence of TGT models with Flash Card media towards learning students’ activity and material mastery. This study uses design pretest-posttest not equivalent model with X3as experiments’ class (27 students) and X1 as controls’ class (30 students) was elected in cluster random sampling technique. The data of this study was obtained from the pretest and posttest, observation sheet and questionnaire of students respon about this study. Data analyzed using a t-test and u-test on the SPSS17 program. The results showed that average percentage of students learning activities in all aspect that observed in experiment class (77,62 %) was higher than control class (62,78 %), with an average N-Gain of material mastery on 65,89 % in experimental and control class on 38,65 %. In addition, 27 students was pleased to learn the matter of virus by using TGT models and Flash Card media. Thus, the used of TGT models and Flash Cards have influation toward students learning activities and material mastery of Virus as significantly. Keywords: TGT, Flash Card, material mastery, student learning activity, Virus.

Abstract

The era of globalization has triggered a global crisis which has caused a number of companies and public accounting services to begin to doubt their credibility and consider them. Therefore, disclosure of information in the company's financial reports plays an important role. This research aims to examine the influence of audit quality and audit committee effectiveness on voluntary disclosure in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses quantitative methods. The objects of this research are property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling method was purposive sampling method so that a sample of 39 companies was obtained. The research results show that the Audit Quality variable partially influences Voluntary Disclosure. Meanwhile, the Audit Committee Effectiveness variable has no effect on Voluntary Disclosure. Then, simultaneously, Audit Quality and Audit Committee Effectiveness influence the Voluntary Disclosure.

Abstract

Kunyit merupakan tanaman obat berupa semak dan bersifat tahunan (parenial). Kandungan air yang cukup tinggi membuat kunyit harus diolah sebelum disimpan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Pada penelitian ini pengeringan kunyit dengan menggunakan electrical oven. Proses pengeringan kunyit dilakukan dengan variabel berubah seperti jenis bahan, suhu, dan ketebalan irisan. Jenis bahan yang digunakan yaitu kunyit orange Uji analisa pada penelitian ini meliputi analisa kadar air simplisia kunyit. Dengan menghasilkan kadar air sebesar 14,74% pada simplisia kunyit.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the application of the Google Sites-based Blended Learning model in improving students' learning independence and critical thinking skills. With a qualitative approach and case study design, this study involved 12 students in the fourth semester of the Christian Religious Education Study Program at IAKN Tarutung who participated in the Curriculum Development lecture. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type that aims to explore in depth students' experiences, views, and beliefs towards the use of Google Sites in Blended Learning strategies. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation, individual interviews, and structured group interviews. Data analysis follows five stages of the cycle, namely compiling, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting, and concluding. The results of the study show that Blended Learning is able to encourage students to learn independently by managing time, choosing learning resources, and designing reflective learning strategies. In addition, students show improvements in critical thinking, such as openness to new ideas, the ability to make decisions, seek relevant information, and analyze problems systematically. However, some students still have difficulty in identifying the root of the problem as part of solving the problem. These findings indicate that Blended Learning is not only effective as a technical strategy, but also as a holistic pedagogical approach in 21st century skills development. This study suggests the need for training on independent learning strategies and strengthening problem-solving to optimize technology-based learning outcomes in higher education.

Abstract

This study explores the philosophical and theological implications of John Dewey's pedagogical thought, particularly his emphasis on reflective practice and experiential learning, within the context of Contemporary Christian Religious Education (PAK). Despite its potential to foster active, student-centered learning, a significant gap exists in deeply examining how Dewey's principles align with or challenge PAK's theological aim of faith formation. This qualitative library research, employing Miles and Huberman's data analysis model, addresses this gap by synthesizing Dewey's pedagogical concepts with the Christian theology of spiritual growth, particularly informed by 1 Corinthians 3:6, which posits that God gives the increase. The findings reveal that Dewey's experiential learning framework can profoundly enrich PAK by shifting the teacher's role from a primary knowledge dispenser to a facilitator who guides students in applying biblical truths to real-life experiences. This approach encourages holistic development encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. However, the implementation necessitates a robust theological filter, maintaining that biblical truth is final and acknowledging God's sovereignty in true spiritual growth. The study concludes that while Dewey's pedagogy provides practical strategies for student engagement and character development, its successful integration into PAK hinges on a clear understanding of its theological boundaries, ensuring that pedagogical flexibility is balanced with doctrinal integrity. This research offers a theoretical foundation for transformative PAK practices, aiming to cultivate knowledgeable Christian students with deep and active faith.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kebutuhan obat dalam konteks Dinas Kesehatan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga ketersediaan obat yang diperlukan untuk pelayanan di puskesmas. Penerapan algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor pada clustering kebutuhan obat berdasarkan mutasi ke puskesmas laporan bulanan pada dinas kesehatan kabupaten minahasa dapat membantu dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan obat dan meminimalkan kekurangan stok obat. Algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor merupakan salah satu metode data mining yang digunakan untuk klasifikasi dan clustering data. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data kebutuhan obat berdasarkan mutasi menjadi beberapa kelompok yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama. Hasil dari algoritma penelitian ini yang terdapat di dalam data mutasi ke puskesmas pada 29 juni 2023-30 juli 2023 yang terdapat mutasi tambah mempunyai accuracy (32.61), mutasi  kurang  mempunyai accuracy (55.88).
