Abstract

The implementation of the waste bank is a community social engineering activity to sort waste.  Through the establishment of a waste bank, people are not only sorting out but how to be productive and innovative.  By processing waste into valuable items, people become educated and appreciate each waste according to its value and type.  Waste management is regulated in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 81 of 2012 concerning the Management of Household Waste and Waste Similar to Household Waste, that waste processing sites have the principle of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).  In accordance with the government regulation, the activity initiated by the Cipinang group RT 01 RW 12, Cipinang Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency with 20 members is trying to establish a Waste Bank which is managed independently with the help of youth who are members of the Youth Organization.   The main problem is related to human resources and technical equipment that supports waste management. The assistance provided is related to operational technical aspects, institutional or management aspects, financing aspects and community participation aspects.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program ini adalah pemanfaatan limbah kotoran hewan (KOHE) sapi untuk lebih bermanfaat bagi kehidupan dengan cara mengolah limbah sapi menjadi kompos dan Bio gas. Lokasi peternakan mitra berdekatan dengan kebun sayuran selada berkualitas baik dengan penjualan tujuan eksport ke luar negeri. Limbah sapi dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk organik, petani bertani dengan pupuk organik sehingga kualitas sayurannya dapat meningkat. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik dari kotoran hewan, penghitungan harga pokok produksi dan penetapan harga pokok penjualan pupuk organik, serta pemasaran di lingkungan peternak Cihanjuang Rahayu. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan Pupuk Organik didampingi oleh ahli dari Politeknik Manufaktur (POLMAN), sementara pelatihan menghitung harga pokok produksi, harga pokok penjualan, serta pemasaran produk dilakukan oleh Tim dari STIE Ekuitas. Hasil dari pelatihan ini peternak sapi kelompok Pak Enjang mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pembuatan pupuk organik, menghitung harga pokok produksi, harga pokok penjualan, serta dapat memasarkan produknya dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

This study investigates competency-based MSME mentoring following the holding between Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and PT Permadani Nasional Mandiri (PNM). This study aims to evaluate the impact of competency-based mentoring on micro entrepreneurs and the growth of the MSME sector, as well as identify factors that influence the implementation of such mentoring. The research method involves secondary data analysis, interviews with expert judgment, and literature review to understand the concept of competency-based mentoring. The results show that competency-based mentoring conducted by PT PNM after holding with BRI has a positive impact on micro entrepreneurs and the growth of the MSME sector. The MSME customers who received this mentoring experienced improved performance in various aspects of their business, including financial performance, management, marketing, and competitiveness. Based on these findings, the study recommends a more targeted strategy in competency-based mentoring, including personalization of mentoring, development of a targeted competency development plan, training and skills upgrading, mentoring, and periodic evaluation.

Abstract

Kampung Jambu berada di Kecamatan Pasir Jambu. Kabupaten Bandung. Masyarakat Kampung Jambu melalui kelompoknya mengumpulkan sampah plastik untuk diolah menjadi berbagai kerajinan tangan. Namun dalam kegiatannya, masyarakat terkendala bahan baku sampah plastik yang terbatas dan alat pengolahan yang seadanya yang digunakan secara bergantian serta belum dapat menentukan harga pokok penjualan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pengrajin daur ulang sampah bahan plastic di Kampung Jambu. Metode yang digunakan adalah berbentuk pelatihan pembuatan dan pengelolaan bank sampah, menghitung harga pokok produksi dan harga pokok penjualan, dan manajemen pengelolaan bank sampah dilakukan oleh Tim Kelompok Pengabdian dari STIE Ekuitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang membuat dan mengelola bank sampah sehingga menjadi bermanfaat dan produktif serta menghitung harga pokok penjualan.

Abstract

This study examines the individual and combined effects of workload and competency on employee commitment within the Business Unit of Building a Prosperous Family Economy in Bandung Regional 1 (PNM Cimahi Branch). Workload and competency are pivotal factors that can significantly influence employee commitment, particularly in demanding work environments. A quantitative approach was employed, gathering primary data via surveys from 248 employees at the PNM Cimahi Branch. The collected data included measurements of employee workload, competency levels, and commitment to the organization. Path analysis was utilized to assess the relationships between these variables. The findings indicate that both workload and competency positively influence employee commitment, both individually and when considered together.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia karena memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terutama dalam Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Bandung adalah Sekayuh, Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah masalah pemasaran yang masih terbatas, permasalahan selanjutnya adalah karena keterbatasan sumber daya sehingga menimbulkan keraguan dari pemilik apakah sudah saatnya perusahaan menambah tenaga kerja atau mencari investor serta adanya keraguan dalam menentukan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan dan masalah informasi pendanaan. Pendampingan akan dilakukan dengan membuat strategi pengembangan usaha dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan peningkatan literasi keuangan yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai alternatif pendanaan berbasis digital dan bagaimana cara mendapatkan pendanaan dari lembaga keuangan non bank yaitu lembaga keuangan berbasis teknologi informasi seperti Financial Technology. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian, UMKM Sekayuh dapat membuat analisis SWOT dan mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk dilakukan agar usahanya dapat berkelanjutan dan mengetahui adanya alternatif sumber pendanaan dari Lembaga Keuangan Non Bank berbasis digital

Abstract

A company must have business motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The aim of this research is to determine respondents' responses regarding the entrepreneurial spirit and motivation of the food processing MSME business in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of statistical calculations, the magnitude of the path coefficient shows that entrepreneurial spirit has the greatest influence on MSME performance compared to business motivation, which shows that aspects such as self-confidence, courage to take risks, and innovation related to entrepreneurial spirit are more influential in improving performance. MSMEs are more than just business motivation. The dimension of self-confidence emerged as the most dominant aspect of entrepreneurial spirit, while originality (creativity and innovation) was ranked lowest. To improve entrepreneurial performance, individuals should focus on strengthening their originality by cultivating creativity and innovation, while continuously increasing their self-confidence. Business motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Design and manufacture of paper pulp machine with raw corn skin waste as one of the efforts in the development of IKM in the countryside, and other purposes to manage and utilize corn skin waste into pulp pulp so that it becomes a useful value, can even improve the economy of the community, especially in rural areas. Corn skin waste is very abundant and mostly burned, resulting in reduced soil fertility rates even feared to cause air populations. Corn skin waste processed with environmentally friendly insights, this condition that makes researchers conduct technology-based development appropriately. The manufacture of appropriate technology for the manufacture of pulp machines including: (1) design, (2) construction manufacturing, (3) trials. The results of the design and trials conducted at pulp production capacity of 200 kg/h, then the technical specifications are: (1) length = 1,250 mm, (2) width = 1,000 mm, (3) height= 1,500 mm, (4) weight= 200 kg, (5) motor power= 8 PK. From the results of operation and calculation of economic analysis is known the amount of selling price per unit is Rp 30,000,000 and the price of corn skin waste pulp is around Rp 4000 -Rp 5000/kg. The development of pulp bubr paper made from corn skin waste in collaboration with small craftsmen to make art paper, map, bag, egg place, fruit tembat, souvenirs, frames, invitation cards and others. It is expected that the machine is feasible to be applied to increase the added value of farmers, the creation of jobs and local native income (PAD).

Abstract

Santri adalah suatu sebutan atau gelar yang bagi sebagian orang dianggap kurang begitu membanggakan, karena adanya asumsi negatif di masyarakat yang menganggap remeh para santri. Mayoritas masyarakat mungkin membayangkan bahwa santri adalah figur anak muda bersarung, kemeja dan peci di kepala, dan ini tidak salah bahwa memang umumnya santri berpenampilan seperti itu, terutama santri di pondok-pondok pesantren tradisional. Interpretasi tentang makna santri mengkerucut pada satu pemahaman bahwa santri itu merupakan komunitas yang menerima ajaran-ajaran Islam dari para kiai atau Ustadz. Bahkan terdapat opini ekstrim di mana pesantren merupakan tempat pendidikan bagi orang miskin atau tempat buangan anak-anak nakal.  Salah satu peluang bagi pesantren untuk berkembang di era sekarang ini, adalah kemampuan untuk meningkatkan daya kreativitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) termasuk pengurus pesantren maupun para santrinya. Kreativitas santri juga menjadi sarana dakwah yang efektif untuk menunjukkan kepada dunia bahwa Islam adalah agama yang dinamis dan relevan di segala zaman. Pesantren dapat melakukan kegiatan berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pesantren dan memberikan bekal kepada para santri untuk melakukan suatu bisnis atau berwirausaha. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dasar tentang kreativitas.
