Abstract

Kenagarian Air Bangis adalah salah satu daerah pesisir pantai yang dan penghasil ikan terbesar Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Di nigari ini terdapat Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) terbesar dan tersibuk di Sumatera Barat. Berbeda dengan kondisi ekonomi masyarakatnya, masih tergolong berpenghasilan rendah dan miskin. Berdasarkan kodisi tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui peran istri-istri nelayan dalam mengelola usaha ikan kering. Kegiatan yang dilakukan sebagai solusi permasalah mitra yaitu melakukan pelatihan manajemen pemasaran praktis untuk membuka wawasan mitra tentang pentingnya teknik-teknik manajemen pemasaran profesional praktis yang selama ini hanya dijual di pasar tradisional saja, dan memberikan pendampingan dalam menjalin hubungan dengan supermarket, toko-toko sebagai mitra dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam melakukan pemasaran secara online. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Tingkat peningkatan produktifitas setelah dilakukan proses produksi yang lebih baik sebesar dua kali lipat bahkan lebih, 2) Tingkat peningkatan kualitas kemasan yang lebih higienis dan modern serta menarik, 3) Tingkat peningkatan sarana manajemen pemasaran/penjualan, dengan menjalin hubungan kerja sama serta melakukan pemasaran online, 4) Tingkat implementasi administrasi keuangan yang sudah baik, dan 5) Tingkat peningkatan omset penjualan.

Abstract

Campus culture has a big influence on the formation of a student's character. As a student studying on an Islamic campus, you definitely have to have an Islamic character. The Islamic character formed from campus culture will reflect a student's personality, both in daily life and in the teaching and learning process. Character formation is very important to instill, especially in prospective elementary school teacher students. This is done through teaching activities in elementary school social studies learning. Elementary social studies is a subject that teaches how to interact with others. To provide good student interactions, good character is also needed, especially the Islamic character of students who will later become output from Balitar Islamic University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained from direct observations in the field show that campus culture is related to the formation of Islamic character through elementary social studies learning. The campus culture includes: dhikr and prayers every Friday morning, Ramadan festivals, covering the intimate parts, saying hello, praying before and after studying.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to improve knowledge and innovation of techonology industry complete feed at Cibugary Farm, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta Timur. Complete feed expected to improve the growth and cow’s milk product. Complete feed is a kind of supplement to complete the needs of mineral, vitamins, and encourage the growth of rumen microbes, especially in ruminants fed low quality forage. A complete feed mixture prepared according to specification established according to SNI. SNI 3148.2:2017. Activities were carried out from August-September 2023, attended by 10 cattle breeders of 18 targeted participants. The method used is lecturer about the nutrional of raw materials, direct practice by participants. The complete feed produced by each participant is tested on the cows owned by the participants. The effect of providing complete feed is measured based on body weight, volume of milk produced in L/day/Cow. A month after the cattle breeder empowerment activity, they reported that by giving complete feed to dairy cows, they could increase weight and milk production. The result of the activity show that the majority of breeder adopted new technology programs for animal feed sumpelment. Abstrak Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan inovasi teknologi industri pakan komplit pada peternak di Cibugary Farm, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta Timur untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi susu sapi. Pakan komplit merupakan supplemen guna melengkapi kebutuhan mineral, vitamin, mendorong pertumbuhan mikroba rumen, terutama pada ternak ruminansia yang diberi pakan hijauan berkualitas rendah. Campuran pakan komplit yang disiapkan sesuai spesifikasi yang telah dtetapkan Menurut SNI. SNI 3148.2:2017. Kegiatan telah dilakukan dari Agustus 2023 sampai September 2023, dan dihadiri oleh 10 peternak sapi dari 18 peserta yang ditargetkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah mengenai kandungan nutrisi dari bahan baku, praktek langsung oleh peserta. Pakan komplit yang dihasilkan oleh setiap peserta, diujicobakan pada sapi yang dimiliki oleh peserta. Efek pemberian pakan komplit diukur berdasarkan berat badan, volume susu yang dihasilkan L/hari/ekor sapi. Sebulan setelah kegiatan pemberdayaan peternak sapi, para peternak melaporkan bahwa dengan pemberian pakan komplit pada sapi perah, dapat meningkatkan kenaikan berat dan juga produksi susu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peternak mengadopsi program teknologi baru untuk supplement pakan ternak.

Abstract

his research is a classroom action research conducted in class XI of 2nd Electrical Engineering Program at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta in the second semester of the academic year 2015 / 2016. The research focuses on developing soft skills with social-emotional learning approaches on the material hydrocarbon compounds and their derivatives. Soft skills development through its core competencies SEL includes Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Management, Responsible Decision Making. Think Write Pair Share Method (TWPS) is used to integrate SEL on chemistry learning. The techniques of data collection for soft skills development conducted through Social-Emotional Learning Survey (SELS) questionnaires, which has been developed under the SEL rubric that has been validated, reflective journals, observation and interviews. Internal validation (credibility) was conducted to test the accuracy of the research data, including prolonged engagement, persistent observation, progressive subjectivity and member checking. The data analysis concluded that there was development soft skills of students who can be seen from the indicator (1) Work Confidence; (2) Persistence; (3) Organisation; (4) Resilence; (5) Relationship Management; (6) Social Awareness; (7) Responsible Decision Making; (8) Concept Training Students; (9) The task of the Project. The results of this study have provided learning experiences and new perceptions towards learning chemistry. But the application of Social-Emotional Learning approach will be more quality if it received support from several parties, such as policy makers, schools and parents.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a POGIL-based interactive chemistry e-module for chemistry learning in chapter stoichiometry or chemical calculation. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) and the Borg and Gall development model. The subjects of this research were XI grade high school students. Product validation was carried out by material and language and media experts. The application used is Flip PDF Professional. The product trial was conducted at SMAN 71 Jakarta. The results showed that: (1) Expert assessment related to material aspects amounted to 85% with good interpretation, language aspects 85.83% good interpretation, and media aspects 82.21% good interpretation. (2) Assessment by teachers on a small and large scale as a whole increased, namely 94.91% on a small scale and 99.22% on a large scale with very good interpretation, and assessment by students as a whole also increased, namely 82% on a small scale and 83.50% on a large scale with good interpretation. It can be concluded that the e-module developed is very good and feasible to use as teaching material in the classroom and the students' independent learning process.
