Abstract

Kedang Ipil Village is one of the villages in Kota Bangun Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province which has regional tourism potential which still needs tourism development to increase regional income. The problem is the readiness of the village community to accept tourists or tourists from inside and outside the country so that they need to prepare Human Resources to support tourism activities. The trick is to provide management training so that they can manage tourist attractions and improve the quality of human resources. The ability to allocate and utilize these resources will be largely determined by the capacity and availability of resources referred to in other words, inventory (in quantitative aspects) and quality of resources (in qualitative aspects) which includes the quality of human resources, natural resources, social resources, and renewable resources. A partner village is a form of concern for the academic field with the regions that can be developed to be able to increase the potential in partner village areas. This program is a form of concern for the situation and life of people at the village level which actually has various potentials through nature tourism, cultural tourism, and creative economy, cannot be managed and developed, due to lack of resources and capacity building. Expected output in community assistance has the ability to manage every product produced and the development of centres in the village community, as well as the establishment of a tourism program in the village of Kedang Ipil.

Abstract

Nowadays, consumers have several alternative places to shop to meet their needs, one of them is minimarket. Minimarket becomes consumer choice because product quality and price tend to be cheaper. In addition to the minimarket, marketers can know the needs and desires of consumers, as well as directly to know what the consumer complaints. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim to know that culture, social, personality and psychological influence consumer decisions to shop at Minimarket Gunung Mas Abadi Balikpapan, either simultaneously or partially. The analytical tool used in this research is in the form of Multiple Regression Linear. The results showed that simultaneously culture, social, personality and psychological have the significant influence on consumer decision of shopping. While the part that has a dominant influence is culture compared to social, personality and psychological, it answers the fifth hypothesis in this study.

Abstract

The emergence of skincare provides a very new phenomenon in people's lives, especially young people, in particular they use skincare as a way to look physically perfect. Along with consumer needs for skin care, the production of the skincare cosmetics industry is also increasing, giving rise to cosmetic product marketing channels such as skincare factory outlets that provide skincare products that are not only used by women but also men. With this phenomenon, research is needed which aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Nirvana Beauty Sumberejo Balikpapan Products. The population used in this study was 1472 people during the last 3 months in 2022 and the sample used in this study was 305 respondents. The research method uses quantitative methods with the sample technique used, namely random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The test equipment used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the analysis in partial testing of the product, promotion, and place variables have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions, while the price variable has a negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions for Nirvana Beauty Sumberejo Balikpapan products. The variable that has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions is the promotion variable.

Abstract

Industri perawatan pribadi dan kosmetik di Indonesia mengalami persaingan yang sangat kompetitif. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya sejumlah produk perawatan pribadi dan kosmetik yang beredar di pasar berasal dari banyak produsen. Teknologi dan saluran distribusi yang memudahkan produk sampai ke tangan konsumen juga turut mendukung persaingan dalam industri ini. Sehingga sangatlah mungkin produk yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akan kesehatan tubuh dan wajah konsumen serta memberikan hasil yang memuaskan, menjadi unggul di pasar industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan secara parsial variabel produk, harga, tempat dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian masker organik Albamask di Store Warzuqnishop Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif ekspanatori. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 172 orang konsumen Store Warzuqnishop Balikpapan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, tempat dan promosi yang ada di perusahaan sudah baik sehingga keputusan pembelian meningkat. Hasil analisis linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial produk, harga, tempat dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Advisors: Sukimin and Nina Indriastuty. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and location on the purchasing decision of Mr. Dedi's diloss marine fish (Pasar Baru Balikpapan). The data used is a collection of techniques based on interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is an instrument test using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and using partial test (t). The results of the analysis of the Product Quality variable, Price variable and Location variable have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variables in the purchase of Mr. Dedi's diloss marine fish (Pasar Baru Balikpapan). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of simultaneously and partially the variables of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Person/Actor, Process and Physical Evidence on Purchase Decisions at KNPI Youth Angkringan Balikpapan. The type of research used is expanatory quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 177 consumers of the Balikpapan KNPI Youth Angkringan. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling and simple random sampling method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test tools used are instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the products, prices, places, promotions, people/actors, processes and physical evidence in the company are good so that purchasing decisions increase. The results of multiple linear analysis show that simultaneously and partially these variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Dunia bisnis yang sedang berkembang pesat di Indonesia memiliki banyak jenis kuliner, salah satunya adalah cafe. Banyaknya pebisnis dalam bidang ini bisa dikatakan persaingan bisnis juga semakin ketat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persaingan cafe yang semakin ketat dikarenakan cafe sudah menjadi lifestyle bagi kebanyakan orang dijaman sekarang, dengan menyediakan tempat dengan desain interior yang menarik serta menawarkan suasana yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Serta menyediakan berbagai macam konsep seperti alunan musik jazz dan sejarah tentang pembuatan kopi yang menarik minat beli pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada Langkah Kopi Balikpapan dengan responden yang diteliti sebanyak 311 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antar variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya adalah analisis linier berganda dengan melakukan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis parsial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan seperti bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan di Langkah Kopi Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare sustainability reports disclosed by mining companies listed  on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the oil and gas production and refinery sub-sector. By using GRI  (Global Reporting Initiative) standard guidelines, This research uses the economic category (series  200) as a specific topic focus. The type of research is descriptive-qualitative, with content analysis  techniques and comparative methods. The research results show that from the specific topics raised by  six companies based on the subsector, six companies were listed. There are 2 companies that, upon  accessing the company website, do not report sustainability reports, namely PT. Sugih Energy Tbk SUGI and PT. Super Energy Tbk-SURE. Sustainability Reports were prepared by 4 companies referring  to POJK Standards, namely PT. Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk-BIPI, PT. Energi Mega Persada  Tbk-ENRG, PT. Medco Energi Internasional Tbk-MEDC, and PT. Mitra Investindo Tbk-MITI.  And PT refers to the GRI Standards. Energi Mega Persada Tbk-ENRG and PT. Mitra Investindo Tbk MITI and PT. Medco Energi Internasional Tbk-MEDC. Level of disclosure of specific topics at PT.  Mitra Investindo Tbk-MITI by 29% and PT. Energi Mega Persada Tbk-ENRG by 50% and PT. Medco Energi Internasional Tbk-MEDC by 57%. This indicates that there are still many companies that do  not refer to the GRI Standards because of their voluntary nature in making sustainability reports. Not  all disclosures based on the GRI Standards have been disclosed, so the percentage results are still not  high enough. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that companies can make better and more  complete sustainability reports that refer to the GRI Standards in the coming year

Abstract

The research is intended to exploit the SWOT strategy implemented in an attempt to increase the sales of heavy equipment reconstruction units in P.T. Pamapersada Nusantara District Balikpapan. In this study, there were 10 employees who gave their statements. The sample method applied to this research is purposive sampling, which selects samples based on special consideration. IFAS and EFAS matrices are analytical tools used for internal and external analysis of the Company. The results of the research show that the use of SWOT analysis has successfully increased the sales of re-conditioning units of heavy equipment brand Komatsu in this company
