Abstract

Perusahaan memberikan perhatiaan khusus untuk karyawan tersebut pun dapat terpenuhi sehingga kepuasan kerja pun dapat meningkat, Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kepuasaan kerja karyawan BPR Artha Mandiri Pekanbaru yang dipengaruhi oleh Lingkungan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BPR Artha Mandiri Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 30 karyawan, Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Kuesioner adalah daftar pertanyaan/pernyataan yang dibuat berdasarkan indikator-indikator dari variabel penelitian yang harus direspon oleh responden Dalam penelitian ini penulis untuk menganalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, yaitu suatu metode statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Analisis regresi linier beganda memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk memasukkan lebih dari variabel Adapun yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Artha Mandiri Pekanbaru adalah dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan uji T hitung, dimana diperoleh nilai T yang paling tinggi adalah sebesar 3,911 yang artinya variabel lingkungan kerja adalah variabel yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan BPR Harta Mandiri Pekanbaru Nilai R Square sebesar 0,663 atau 66,3% berarti terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada BPR Artha Mandiri Pekanbaru Sisanya 33,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti kemampuan kerja, motivasi, keahlian, dan kompetensi.

Abstract

Rupat Utara dan Rangsang Pesisir merupakan wilayah yang berada di zona perbatasan wilayah Indonesia dan Malaysia. Potensi besar masuknya pengaruh di wilayah perbatasan yang mempengaruhi tingkat nasionalisme masyarakat di wilayah Rupat Utara dan Rangsang Pesisir. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini 35 Guru SMA Negeri di Rangsang Pesisir dan Rupat Utara dengan nilai koefisien regresi variabel motivasi pendidik (X) sebesar 0,899 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,826. Nilai koefisien motivasi pendidik positif, ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi pendidik mempunyai hubungan yang searah dengan peningkatan sikap nasionalis guru, Hal ini menujukkan bahwa semakin meningkat motivasi pendidik guru semakin meningkat pula peningkatan sikap nasionalis guru di SMA Negeri di Rupat Utara dan Rangsang Pesisir. Pengaruh motivasi pendidik terhadap peningkatan sikap nasionalis guru di SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Rupat Utara dan Kecamatan Rangsang Pesisir mampu memberikan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 41,4% atau motivasi pendidik mampu menjelaskan sebesar 41,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,6% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Perushaaan Kontraktor dan Suplayer di Kota Dumai yang kinerja karyawannya kurang baik karena banyak perkejaan yang tidak diselesaikan sesuai dengan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Tujuan Penelitian ini melihat apakah Kinerja di Perusahaan ini dipengaruhi oleh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kemampuan Kerja, Jumlah Sampel dalam Penelitian ini sebanyak 59 Orang Karyawan Perusahaan di Kota Dumai menggunakan Metode Sensus dimana Seluruh Karyawan dijadikan Sampel Penelitian , Metode Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Kuesioner dan Intervieew kepada Pimpinan Perusahaan di Kota Dumai, Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif , Hasil dalam Penelitian ini Nilai korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,812. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,659. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kemampuan Kerja secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 65,9% terhadap variabel Kinerja, Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam Penelitiian ini.

Abstract

This research was done at the Construction Company in Pekanbaru. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of work stress, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Construction Company in Pekanbaru. The sample in this study is an employee of the Construction Company in Pekanbaru of 35 people using saturated sampling or census techniques. To analyze the data in this study use quantitative descriptive techniques using double linear regression. Research findings show that work stress, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a partial impact on employee job satisfaction. At the same time or simultaneously, work stress, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant impact on employee employment satisfaction at the New Construction Company with known F counts of (35,566) ≥ Ftable (2,91) with a significant 0,000 ≤ 0,05, and a determination coefficient (R Square) value of 0,775 equals 77,5% which means that the work stress variables, economic compensation, and nonfinancy compensation affect employee job satisfaction of 77,5%.

Abstract

This study was conducted at BPR PD Rokan Hulu, utilizing a qualitative descriptive analysis based on interviews. The primary objective was to investigate the disciplinary practices and the application of punishment among employees within the institution. The findings reveal that to enhance disciplinary diversity, BPR PD Rokan Hulu has established robust regulations and enforced sanctions effectively. This initiative demonstrates BPR PD Rokan Hulu's commitment to promoting diversity through structured training programs and the implementation of punitive measures. Despite these efforts, the study identified that there are still instances of indiscipline among some employees. Specific violations observed include habitual tardiness, absenteeism without prior approval from supervisors, and unexplained departures during official work hours. These actions not only contravene the company's established regulations but also undermine the overall disciplinary framework intended to foster a productive and efficient work environment. The research highlights the significance of continuous monitoring and reinforcement of disciplinary measures to ensure adherence to organizational norms and standards. Furthermore, it suggests that while the implementation of rules and sanctions is vital, BPR PD Rokan Hulu could benefit from exploring additional strategies to address the root causes of indiscipline. This could include more personalized training sessions, enhanced communication channels between employees and management, and the development of a more inclusive company culture that encourages respect for regulations. In conclusion, while BPR PD Rokan Hulu has made commendable strides in enforcing discipline and applying necessary sanctions, there is room for improvement. Abstract

This study was conducted at the Inspectorate of Riau Province with the objective of examining the influence of educational attainment and job training on employee performance at the regional Inspectorate of Riau Province. The sampling method employed was random sampling, with a total of 60 respondents. The R-squared value obtained from the data analysis is 0.544, indicating that the level of education and job training collectively account for 54% of the improvement in employee performance. The remaining 46% is influenced by factors not included in this study. The findings of this study demonstrate that education and job training are significant factors in enhancing employee performance in government agencies. However, it is important to recognise that there are other variables that also contribute to the overall performance of employees.

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to determine the partial influence of the halal label, price, and brand on purchasing decisions. Additionally, it aims to examine their simultaneous effects on purchasing decisions. Moreover, it seeks to investigate how the halal label, price, and brand influence purchasing decisions through religiosity as an intervening variable. This research adopts a descriptive nature with a quantitative approach and was conducted in Bengkalis District, which has a population of 71,360 people. Then, the sample taken consisted of 100 individuals. Data collection for this research was conducted through a questionnaire/survey. The instrument used in this study was tested using the SEM/PLS method operated through the SMART/PLS program. Based on the research findings, firstly, it is known that simultaneously, the halal label has an influence, but at a moderate/medium structural level. Secondly, price does not have an influence and is at a low structural level. Lastly, the brand has an influence but at a moderate/medium structural level. Secondly, the halal label, price, and brand together or partially exert a significant coefficient influence on purchase decisions. Thirdly, religiosity does not intervene in the influence of the halal label on purchase decisions and holds a low value at the structural level. Furthermore, religiosity intervenes in the influence of price on purchase decisions but also holds a low value at the structural level. Lastly, religiosity does not intervene in the influence of the brand on purchase decisions at a low structural level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, complexity of company operations, auditor reputation, and financial distress on audit delay in sub-food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The population of this research is food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Using a purposive sampling method, 25 companies were selected as samples with 100 observations. This research uses a quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis tool uses eviews 12. Meanwhile, the data processing method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this research show that the complexity of company operations, auditor reputation, and financial distress influence audit delay. Meanwhile, company size has no effect on audit delay.

Abstract

Wilayah 3 T (Tertinggal, Terluar dan Terdepan) adalah wilayah yang perlu pengamanan oleh Kepolian republik Indonesia karena berada pada batas pertahann negara dengan wilayah Luar Negeri yang memungkinkan banyaknya penyelundupan barang dari Luar Negeri , Populasi yang digunakan adalah anggota Polisi yang bertugas di wilayah perbatasan dengan sampel sebanyak 78 orang yang di ambil dari seluruh populasi yang ada. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan wawancara dan angket/ kuesioner yang disebar kepada Anggota Polisi di Wilayah Perbatasan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalag teknik analisis korelasi, Korelasi Product Moment yang dikemukakan oleh Pearson. Teknik ini termasuk teknik statistik parametrik yang menggunakan data interval dan ratio dengan persyaratan tertentu. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini , Terdapat pengaruh stres kerja dengan disiplin kerja anggota Polisi Wilayah Perbatasan yang terbukti memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan. Tingkat pengaruh antara kedua variabel berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, Stres kerja termasuk pada kategori tinggi sehingga dengan demikian dengan semakin tingginya stres yang dialami anggota polisi maka semakin rendah disiplin kerja anggota Polisi. Hal ini juga sebagai dampak dari pengaruh stres dengan disiplin kerja anggota Kepolisian di wilayah perbatasan, kontribusi tingkat stres dengan disiplin kerja anggota Polri di Wilayaah Perbatasan adalah sebesar 37,4% selebihnya ditentukan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Rupat Utara and Rangsang Pesisir are areas located in the border zone between Indonesia and Malaysia. The significant potential for external influence in the border areas affects the level of nationalism among the people in the Rupat Utara and Rangsang Pesisir regions. As for the sample in this study involved 35 teachers from state high schools in Rangsang Pesisir and Rupat Utara, with a regression coefficient value for the educator motivation variable (X) of 0.899 and a t-value of 4.826. The positive value of the educator motivation coefficient indicates that educator motivation has a direct relationship with the increase in teachers' nationalist attitudes. This shows that as educator motivation increases, so does the improvement in teachers' nationalist attitudes at public high schools in Rupat Utara and Rangsang Pesisir. The influence of educator motivation on the improvement of teachers' nationalist attitudes in state high schools in Rupat Utara District and Rangsang Pesisir District can contribute an impact of 41.4%, meaning that educator motivation can explain 41.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 58.6% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.
