Every company needs to optimize and improve its performance. Performance improvement strategies cannot be well formulated if there has never been a performance measurement itself before. Determining the overall condition of the company can be done by assessing the performance of the entire lines of the supply chain. The SCOR model is considered appropriate for complex supply chain activities because it has a measurement process of plan, source, make, deliver, and return. The scale for each process in the supply chain is different, so the Snorm De Boer normalization technique is applied to equalize the assessment units for each criterion. Based on the performance indicator (PI) calculation, six PIs scores are below the average performance. Those six Pis are raw material planning, production planning, planning cycle time, yield, product defect from production, and the number of equipment maintenance. The six PIs are assessment indicators for the planning process and production process, so an improvement of the management system for both activities is essential to be carried out immediately to improve overall supply chain performance.

Distributors are parties who play an important role in trade because distributors are intermediaries between producers and consumers. PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi is a company engaged in the distribution of cooking oil. In distribution activities, this company often experiences product stock discrepancies which results in a high bullwhip effect phenomenon. This study aims to minimize the bullwhip effect that occurs in cooking oil distributor companies. This study used the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method to solve the problems in this study. Where this method aims to set the distribution schedule as well as plan the number of products and their delivery time. The results of this study found that the application of the DRP method can reduce the value of the bullwhip effect in PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi by 17%. The application of the DRP method to distribution activities at PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi not only facilitates the planning of goods for future needs but is also one way that can minimize the value of the Bullwhip Effect that occurs in the company.Distributor merupakan pihak yang memegang peranan penting dalam perdagangan karena distributor merupakan perantara antara produsen dan konsumen. PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi minyak goreng. Dalam aktivitas pendistribusian, perusahaan ini sering mengalami ketidaksesuaian stok produk yang mengakibatkan terjadinya fenomena bullwhip effect yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan bullwhip effect yang terjadi pada perusahaan distributor minyak goreng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Dimana metode ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengatur jadwal distribusi serta merencanakan jumlah produk dan waktu pengirimannya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan metode DRP dapat menurunkan nilai bullwhip effect yang ada pada PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi sebesar 17%. Penerapan metode DRP pada aktivitas distribusi di PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi tidak hanya mempermudah perencanaan barang untuk kebutuhan kedepan namun juga merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat meminimumkan nilai Bullwhip Effect yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut.

Sumber daya lokal guna meningkatkan produksi ikan lele di lingkungan pedesaan dengan memanfaatkan ampas tahu sebagai pakan alternatif. Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari tantangan yang dihadapi oleh komunitas pedesaan, yang seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi mereka. Kendala-kendala tersebut meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, akses terbatas terhadap teknologi modern, dan perubahan iklim yang berdampak pada sektor pertanian. penggunaan ampas tahu sebagai bahan pakan juga membantu mengurangi dampak limbah yang biasanya dihasilkan selama produksi tahu. Hal ini merupakan langkah positif menuju pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Digital Marketing merupakan suatu Teknik pemasaran atau promosi sebuah produk melalui media digital ataupun internet yang bertujuan untuk menarik konsumen atau calon konsumen secara cepat dan masif. Dalam era yang serba digital dan semakin berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu, penerapan digital marketing akan menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang sangat efektif bagi usaha Masyarakat atau UMKM. Oleh karena itu, UMKM RasaDonat harus mengimplementasikan dan menerapkan digital marketing sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran produknya agar tidak hanya mengandalkan pemasaran yang bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi digital marketing pada UMKM RasaDonat sebagai strategi pemasaran dalam Upaya menghadapi ketatnya persaingan bisnis akibat dari perkembangan era digital yang semakin masif terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan studi literatur. The study of functional groups and heat resistance of energy-importing materials, as well as the inclusion of coupling agents, were the primary subjects of this article. 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate was the coupling agent employed in this study to alter the surface of the silica in the composite material being created. Furthermore, the emergence of bifunctional organometallic (silane) connecting groups allowed the coupling agent to improve the energy storage material's heat resistance. Through the using of dynamic mechanical analysis, scanning electronic microscopy, and thermal tests. It was determined how the type of coupling material affected the interfacial bond strength. According to the findings, there was a significant interaction between the coupling material and the filler surface that had an impact on the material's heat resistance.

Selection of Saccharomyces Cereviceae (SC) wastewater as a component produced by PT. Enero comes from a fermentation process that uses SC yeast, it’s availability is great and it has not been used as a raw material for glucose, which until now has been industrial waste. Efforts have been made to convert SC waste water into liquid fertilizer and biodiesel feedstock. The recovery of glucose from SC waste water in the chemical hydrolysis process using the reaction surface method (RSM), the hydrolysis process was carried out with a digital stirrer at a rotation speed of 200 rpm and the addition of 5 ml of 10% NaOH. The variables used were 50–250 mL SC waste water and 10–30 mL HCl volume. The optimization results using RSM of the chemical hydrolysis process are shown in three-dimensional graphs, pH and SC waste water ratio and HCl volume, glucose content and SC waste water ratio and HCl volume. The best results with SC waste volume of 8.58 mL and HCl volume of 34.14 mL achieved a pH of 4.38. In order to achieve a pH of 4.5, a hydrolysis process is carried out because the pH of the SC waste water is very acidic, i.e. 3.5, and 10% NaOH is added to increase the pH. The result of glucose from the hydrolysis process is 17.96%, the required volume of waste water SC of 137.14 ml, the addition of 34.14 ml of HCl as a raw material for the fermentation process. Based on the optimization results using RSM and chemical hydrolysis method, the glucose content is 17.96% and the pH is 4.38 with the SC water waste volume of 137.14 mL and the HCl volume of 34.14 mL.

CV. XYZ found barriers that could hinder the implementation of a sustainable supply chain in the company. However, the company does not have a resolution method for determining the priority barriers that most influence the implementation. The aim of this research is to determine the barriers that influence the implementation of a sustainable supply chain. Settlement is carried out using the DEMATEL-ISM method. The research results show that the most influential barriers are lack of regulation and guidance from the government (A9) and high initial investment (A1). Because in the DEMATEL-ISM integration, these two factors were found to be located at the lowest level, which is the level with the most influential barriers, which are the main drivers. As a result, companies need to prioritize lack of regulation and guidance from the government and high initial investment as a basis for evaluation and improvement in implementing sustainable supply chains.

Penelitian ini merancang Key Performance Indicators (KPI) untuk Divisi General Affairs (GA) pada perusahaan pengolahan hasil laut menggunakan metode Performance Prism dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pendekatan ini mencakup lima perspektif: kepuasan pemangku kepentingan, strategi, proses, kapabilitas, dan kontribusi pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian menetapkan KPI prioritas untuk GA Staff 1 dan GA Staff 2 mencakup persentase area kerja yang memenuhi standar kebersihan dan pembaruan izin tepat waktu. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan Divisi GA, kepatuhan regulasi, dan mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan melalui pengukuran kinerja yang terintegrasi dan strategis.

The industrial sector is a productive component for economic development in Indonesia because it has the ability to encourage economic growth. PT X is one of the companies that uses a make to order system. However, in procuring raw materials, PT X does not use forecasting as a basis for providing raw materials. Raw materials will be ordered when the stock in the warehouse reaches a predetermined minimum limit so that raw material shortages often occur when there are product fluctuations. This problem causes production delays and will affect operational efficiency. To follow up on problems that occur, forecasting techniques need to be used as a basis for procuring raw materials. The aim of conducting company forecasting is to increase profitability because raw material purchases are carried out in a planned manner which will open up opportunities to get lower raw material prices through bulk purchases. The forecasting methods that will be used are the single exponential smoothing, double exponential smoothing, and triple exponential smoothing methods. These three methods will be compared in order to get the best forecasting results for each raw material. Based on the calculations and analysis carried out, the Triple Exponential Smoothing method shows the smallest error rate for MDF, hardwood and softwood raw materials with MAPE values of 69.86; 28.51; 35.11. Meanwhile, for plywood raw materials, the method that shows the smallest error rate is the Double Exponential Smoothing method with a MAPE value of 62.38.
