Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan menulis artikel jurnal ilmiah terhadap peningkatan literasi guru di SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo. Dalam dunia pendidikan yang terus berubah, literasi guru adalah komponen esensial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran, melibatkan survei pra-pelatihan, pelatihan intensif dalam menulis artikel jurnal ilmiah, dan survei pasca-pelatihan untuk mengevaluasi perkembangan literasi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap proses penelitian dan kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas. Guru mengalami peningkatan yang nyata dalam merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian yang relevan, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dengan lebih sistematis, serta menyusun artikel ilmiah yang lebih baik. Pelatihan ini juga memotivasi mereka untuk aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan penelitian. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemantapan literasi guru di SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo, mendorong partisipasi mereka dalam pengembangan pengetahuan pendidikan. Hasilnya juga menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan semacam itu dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di tingkat sekolah menengah atas, dengan implikasi untuk diterapkan lebih luas dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di seluruh lembaga pendidikan.

It is true that film as medium can represent a lot significant values in society, one of them is tolerance. It is crucial to discuss tolerance because societies have become more diverse. Therefore, exploring tolerance on films can be fascinating and useful. By using American superhero films (Fantastic 4 (2005), Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007), and Black Panther (2018) to depict how tolerance is represented, this study offers to enhance the understanding of tolerance which has always been one of important values to have. By applying Hall’s theory of representation, this study exposes two essential points: tolerance must be conceptualized by incorporating mutualism, understanding, and peace; and tolerance shown on American superhero movies should incorporate the portrayal of race and gender.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of liquidity variables on profit growth, to know and analyze the influence of solvability variables on profit growth, to know and analyze the influence of profitability variables on profit growth and to know and analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability variables on profit growth. The research method used is the quantitative method and is in the form of secondary data, where the data in this study were obtained based on the financial reports contained on the IDX. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on profit growth, solvency has a negative and significant effect on profit growth, profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on profit growth, and there is a significant effect simultaneously on liquidity, solvency and profitability on growth. profit. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the effect of leverage, liquidity, and profitability on cash holding, either partially or simultaneously. Secondary data were collected from food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period and the journals of previous researchers. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, as many as 78 samples of financial statements. The data used in this study is panel data (pooled data) which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The data analysis method used in this study is a random effect model which is processed using Eviews 10. The results of this partial study indicate that Leverage (DAR) has a significant negative effect on cash holding (CH), Liquidity (CR) has a positive and insignificant effect on cash holding (CH), Profitability (ROA) has a significant negative effect on cash holding (CH). The results of Leverage (DAR), liquidity (CR) and profitability (ROA), together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on cash holding (CH). This is because the value of Prob. (F-statistic) 0.000022 is smaller than 0.05, and F-statistic is greater than Ftable (9.497463>2.73), with an influence value of 16.4933% while the remaining 83.5067% can be explained using other variables which were not investigated in this study.

This study, which is library research, emphasizes identifying elements of cultural diversity in two popular novels, namely Laskar Pelangi (2005) by Andrea Hirata and Assalamualaikum Beijing by Asma Nadia (2013) to represent multicultural values and suggest ways of developing These values are through learning Indonesian for students. This research is seen as an important study to be developed in the world of education because the nation's next generation needs to be familiar with cultural diversity in order to foster multicultural values such as tolerance, no prejudice, respect for differences and maintaining peace, especially in the diverse country of Indonesia. . Primary data for this qualitative research was collected from the two novels in the form of statements from the narrative in the novel. By utilizing Stuart Hall's theory of representation for data analysis and interpretation, the results of this study show that both authors show elements of diversity through the characters, language and cultural backgrounds in their novels. This study also suggests that the development of multicultural values in education can be carried out through Indonesian language subjects by providing relevant reading and audio-visual materials and discussion activities in class. The objective of this journal article is to present the findings of a dissemination activity concerning effective methods for studying legal science within faculties of law. This initiative responds to the persistent issue of the low quality of law graduates from institutions of higher education in Indonesia. The dissemination of effective learning methods in legal studies reveals that the improvement of campus facilities, paricularly classroom, libraries, and the overall safety of the academic environment must be prioritized alongside the enchancement of teaching staff quality. Such enhacement may be pursued by increasing lecturer’s income, thereby allowing them to concentate solely on reserch and teaching without the burden of administrative duties. Improved lecturer quality is expected to contribute significantly to academic quality of law graduates. This is due to the fundamental principle that effective legal education requires extensive reading, which is facilitated through library devolepment, as well as the frequent practice of procedural law, which necessitates the availibility of a legal laboratory in the form of a moot coourt facility.
