Abstract

Sektor pertanian merupakan mata pencaharian utama penduduk di Indonesia, namun kenyataannya bahwa sumbangan sektor pertanian terhadap pendapatan nasional masih rendah. Banyak usaha-usaha yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dari hasil pertanian yaitu dengan agro industry. Desa Argosari Kecamatan Jabung merupakan desa yang mempunyai tanaman ketela pohon yang sangat banyak, namun belum mampu mengangkat kehidupan petani. Dengan melalui kelompok ibu-ibu PKK desa ini akan diadakan pelatihan pembuatan tepung cassava sampai dengan penyediaan alat yang dibutuhkan untuk produksi tepung cassava yang berbahan baku ketela pohon. Pembuatan tepung cassava dipilih karena dalam pembuatannya tidak banyak memerlukan skill khusus, mengingat di desa ini masyarakat rata-rata berpendidikan rendah. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan selain itu adalah adanya pelatihan untuk memasarkan produk jadi tepung cassava sampai pengepakannya dan selanjutnya diberikan juga pelatihan pembuatan makanan yang berbahan baku tepung cassava sehingga diharapkan akan menumbuhkan industri baru di masyarakat desa Argosari, termasuk di dalamnya pemberdayaa ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang selama ini hanya mengandalkan pendapatan dari suami yang berpendapatan rata-rata yang masih rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar pelaku usaha memiliki pengetahuan tentang aplikasi media promosi dan pemasaran online yang efektif bagi peningkatan penjualan produknya. Permasalahan yang dimiliki pelaku Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Mojolangu Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang yaitu masih menjalankan usahanya dengan sistem tradisional, dan belum memiliki pengetahuan memadai tentang pemasaran secara online serta belum memiliki ketrampilan yang memadai dalam menggunakan media sosial berbasis web. Metode pendekatannya adalah berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi pasar online. Hasil pengembangan dan evaluasi kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam hal pemanfaatan media berbasis web dengan terwujudnya pasar online sebagai sarana kegiatan promosi dan pemasaran produk mereka.

Abstract

Kedungsalam village is one of the villages in Malang, more tepanya close to the famous tourist attraction enough that Ngliyep Beach. This area has a population of nearly 50% are poor and most of the livelihoods of farming on land that rely on rain. The production process of each of the partners are still using very basic equipment so the chances of increasing market is still not fully utilized by micro entrepreneurs. Regional product marketing partners are in schools and stalls as well as hawkers vegetables every day around the community. Increasingly high demand during the holidays and celebrations ceremonies that diselenggerakan Beach Ngliyep currently these attractions continue to reform to attract both domestic and foreign. Patterns applied management is still very simple, there is no detailed records regarding the entry and exit of goods and expenses incurred so that an unknown number of net profits from the crops. IbM program is expected to impact the development of micro-enterprises can create greater employment opportunities that can absorb labor in the village which is an average of the population are living in poverty.

Abstract

Government programs to manage local resources received from various parties , among others, in the world of banking , non-governmental organizations and business groups . One of the programs is the government's attention in order to save energy by making use of community resources , one of which is the use of waste cattle to replace kerosene or LPG substitute for everyday cooking. In rural areas Balesari Jambuwer District of Gunung Kawi Ngajum this is one area that has the advantage of dairy cows . Moreover in the area there is a milk processing plant Greenfield also supported geographic location is ideal for the breeding of dairy cows . The number of cattle in the area is quite high because of the obvious marketing milk distribution and the presence of banks and credit assistance Greenfied devoted to the procurement of cattle in the village Balesari . The development of this growing cattle in addition to an impact on the income of people increases also have a negative impact in the form of livestock waste that participate much . If this is allowed to pollute the environment and cause odor . To overcome this is to utilize the waste to substitute fuels LPG and kerosene prices have relatively more expensive . This waste can be processed into biogas which is very useful for day-to- day fuel . In devotion performed by the author in this Balesari village is to build three biogas dome for up to supply the necessary means or in other words to be used in the household . Our hope with the construction of the biogas will be able to infect other community members especially those living in rural Balesari Ngajum Subdistrict , Malang for both cattle utilizing waste .

Abstract

Family financial planning is a strategy to achieve family financial goals in the short and long term. Good financial planning certainly cannot be separated from good financial management, because good financial management attitudes start from the implementation of good financial attitudes. Partners in this Community Service Program are women in the Mojolangu village, Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang city. The method of implementing this service is the interview, presentation and discussion method. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that the problems that occurred, namely: (1) lack of public knowledge in managing family finances and also good financial planning. (2) The community has not recorded their results (3) there are still many mothers who lack knowledge about the importance of saving as a priority. The solutions offered in this service are as follows: (1) provide education/knowledge about the importance of how to manage family finances smartly and carefully, (2) the service team provides education/knowledge about the importance of recording and household financial income from business results, (3) the proposing team will provide education / insight related to the importance of knowledge about saving and investment activities.
