Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki suku bangsa, budaya dan kepercayaan yang beragam, oleh sebab itu sebagai warga Negara Indonesia penting untuk memiliki pemahaman terhadap kebudayaan Indonesia sebagai identitas bangsa. Banyak permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat karena kurangnya pemahaman warga Negara terhadap budaya yang semakin lama semakin terkikis akibat kebebasan penggunaan dan kemajuan teknologi. Sebagai bagian dari bangsa Indonesia tenttu memilki tanggungjawab untuk mencegah terjadinya permasalahan yang mungkin akan berakibat fatal tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pendidikan. Peserta didik perlu dibiasakan dan diajarkan untuk berperilaku sesuai dengan karakter bangsa Indonesia. Melalui literasi budaya diharapkan siswa mampu mengambil sikap sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Sebelum mengajarkan kepada pendidik, tentu pendidik perlu mempelajarai dan memahami tentang literasi budaya terlebih dahulu. Salah satu kegiatan literasi budaya adalah mengenal budaya daerah asal yang dalam kegiatan ini adalah mengenal seni karawitan. Karawitan adalah kesenian yang berkembang di pulau jawa dengan pembawaan seni atau music yang lembut dan halus. Dalam seni karawitan selain menawarkan suara dan music, juga sarat dengan nilai social, moral dan spiritual. Dalam lirik tembang yang dinyanyikan juga berisi tentang nasihat, atau ajaran moral dan tuntunan budu pekerti luhur. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan karawitan untuk calon guru MI/SD diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahamahan tentang budaya serta karakter yang terkandung didalamnya, yang nantinya dapat diajarkan kepada para peserta didik.

Abstract

Wilayah di Desa Sempol Kecamatan Pagak Kabupaten Malang mengalami perubahan sangat pesat terutama pada lahan pertanian yang telah berubah menjadi area perumahan dan komplek. Namun adapula tanah yang dibiarkan kosong, terbengkalai, dan tidak terawat dengan baik. Selain terlihat kumuh dan kotor, tanah kosong ini dikhawatirkan menjadi sarang ular, nyamuk, dan lebih sering menjadi tempat pembuangan sampah. Tujuan artikel ini untuk memaparkan pemanfaatan lahan kosong di wilayah Desa Sempol sebagai salah satu upaya membangun perilaku ketahanan pangan dalam keseharian masyarakat lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Warga memanfaatkan lahan kosong untuk ditanami dengan tanaman yang di konsumsi sehari-hari, seperti sayuran dan Lombok. Hasil dari eksperimen memperlihatkan bahwa pemanfaatan lahan kosong memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat sekitar yaitu terpeliharanya lingkungan yang bersih dan menghasilkan sayuran yang dapat dikonsumsi warga secara langsung.

Abstract

Tanaman sawi merupakan tanaman yang memiliki berbagai manfaat untuk menjadi konsumsi keluarga. Sawi mampu sebagai sumber antioksidan, detoksifikasi tubuh, menjaga sistem imun tubuh, mengontrol kadar kolesterol, mampu menurunkan berat badan, dan mencegah kanker. Selain itu, kelompok tani menginginkan adanya inovasi produk terhadap hasil sawi yang mereka panen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh anak-anak masyarakat Sempol yang sulit untuk mengonsumsi sayur. Selain itu, inovasi produk olahan sayur sawi juga mampu meningkatkan nilai jual tanaman sawi. Melihat adanya potensi tersebut, produk inovasi stik sawi Kelurahan Sempol  cocok untuk dikembangkan hingga menjadi sebuah potensi wirausaha baru. Metode yang diterapkan pada pemberdayaan kewirausahaan masyarakat melalui metode ESD. Metode ESD mampu memberikan kesadaran dan dorongan agar berpikir kreatif serta konstruktif. Metode ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu menghadapi tantangan global serta menciptakan masyarakat yang tangguh dan mandiri secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013’s is actually a government program that has been rolled out since then. However, in practice, there are still many teachers who have difficulties to implement it, especially in the case of the implementation of authentic assessments. This was experienced by the teachers of MINU Curungrejo Kepanjen Malang Regency. On this basis, the program focused on helping a teacher to improve understanding of Curriculum 2013 implementation (K-13) that relates to assessment. Various assessments must be carried out, namely; optical assessment, assessment of learning outcomes, Assessment of mastery learning, class assessment, and attitude assessment. The community service method in this activity uses two phases; the School Action Research and the Outcome Mapping. The results of the activities were carried out for six weeks starting from August to September 2018. They showed that intensive training and mentoring through School Action Research (SAR) and Outcome Mapping (OM) can improve the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Putat Lor Village, Gondang Legi District is part of Malang Regency. Gondang Legi District has several programs, one of which is the Sustainable Food Home Area (KRPL) program. To support this KRPL program and based on the evaluation results, the service team carried out a Green House pilot program to make it easier for the community to continue the KRPL program that had been initiated previously. This service program is carried out over a period of 35 days with observation, socialization, training, and evaluation and control activities. In implementing this program, the service team involves residents directly, so that the training process can run effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, after the training was carried out, community members became more aware of how to seed and care for vegetables, so that residents' enthusiasm for implementing KRPL increased.

Abstract

KKN thematic conducted by Islamic University Raden Rahmat is an important part of the initiative Khaira Ummah, an important agenda of Islamic University Raden Rahmat that has the mind to create the village Khaira Ummah. One of the target villages, namely Tegalrejo village, Ampelgading villages in Selorejo District, Blitar, is known that the initial condition of Tegalrejo Hamlet has abundant family medicinal plants, but has not been managed and well utilized. In regard to the condition, the optimization of the self-care program of the Family Medicine plant (Asmantoga) is carried out with the aim of health quality and the community economy of Tegalrejo village increases. There are two approaches that authors use in the optimization of Asmantoga program, namely Apreciative Inquiry and Working Out Loud. Both approaches are then outlined in the five stages of implementation of the program, namely Phase 1 (15-23 February 2019): Planning Program, Phase 2 (24 February – 13 March 2019): Pioneering Asmantoga Educational Park, Phase 3 (3-7 March 2019): Planning and Making Asmantoga Cookbook, Stage 4 (8-9 Maret2019): implementation of Workshop and socialization, Phase 5 (15 March 2019): Inauguration and Asmantoga Educational Park handover. From 5 stages of implementation of activities that have been applied, it can be concluded that the optimization of Asmantoga program is stated to improve the health and economic quality of the village Tegalrejo district of Ampelgading subdistrict Malang district.

Abstract

Geometry is one of the branches of mathematics thatare learned at the basic education level. Material geometryneed to be taught on a college student so have enough stock toteach mainly on mathematical subjects. To achieve thestandard ketuntasan minimum, then the learning process in theclassroom need to be designed according to the characteristicsof the students and the learning objectives to be achieved.Inquiry learning strategies chosen because according to thecharacteristics of the students who tend to be critical in theirthinking. This research was conducted to find out theeffectiveness of the learning strategy inkuiri in improvingstudent learning outcomes and activities. The methods used inthis research is classroom action research. The results of thisresearch show the cycle I learning activities reach 65% and theincrease in cycle II becomes 100%. For student learning resultsshowed improvement from the cycle I i.e. 57% to 91%. Studentlearning can be concluded in accordance with the minimumstandards set forth.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is an intentional activity and process that has begun to be recognized as a necessity by the wider community. According to the law, education is the right of every citizen, including citizens with disabilities. In the government regulations regarding the admission of new students, it is also stated that every school is required to accept students with disabilities. The government regulation has indeed been implemented by the education department with the establishment of inclusive schools; however, the understanding of the implementation of inclusive education is still not comprehensive. The main issue in the implementation of inclusive education is the lack of human resources and parental awareness regarding the support for children with disabilities. This community service activity aims to assist schools and parents with children with special needs so that they can provide optimal services to those special needs students. services can be provided by offering integrated support between schools and families, with the use of media. The community service activities were carried out through stages of socialization, training, technology implementation, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of these community service activities show an increase in teachers' knowledge of learning instruments, an increase in parental support for children with special needs, and the sustainability of the program with an improvement in the quality of learning in inclusive schools, especially for students with special needs.
