Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji manajemen peningkatan mutu madrasah melalui skema kemitraan tritunggal bagi madrasah sasaran program Kemitraan Pendidikan Australia Indonesia (KPAI) di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian difokuskan pada tiga hal: (1) landasan hukum kemitraan tritunggal, (2) konstruksi manajemen peningkatan mutu madrasah berbasis kemitraan tritunggal, dan (3) bentuk-bentuk kegiatan manajemen peningkatan mutu madrasah berbasis kemitraan tritunggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi multisitus, Penelitian ini menyasar tiga Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) yang menjadi sasasaran program KPAI yakni MI Bustanul Uqul, MI Raden Patah, dan MI Thoriqul Huda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) landasan hukum atas program kemitraan tritunggal dilandasi oleh Keputusan Direktur Pendidikan Madrasah Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia, Nomor Dj.I/Dt.I.I/4/Hm.01/578.A/2014, (2) manajemen peningkatan mutu madrasah berbasis kemitraan tritunggal terdiri atas skema pemberian dana pendukung (hibah), pendampingan (mentoring), pelatihan (training) serta tambahan penilaian endline program oleh mentor, trainer, dan asessor independen yang direkrut secara terbuka oleh Madrasah Development Center (MDC) sebagai kepanjangan tangan KPAI di tingkat distrik/propinsi, dan (3) bentuk-bentuk program kemitraan lebih didominasi oleh penyelenggaraan kegiatan-kegiatan non-fisik melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan yang mencakup Pengembangan Madrasah Efektif (PME) dan Manajemen Berbasis Madrasah (MBM) yang selanjutnya melahirkan program pendampingan (mentoring) penyusunan Evaluasi Diri Madrasah (EDM) dan Rencana Kerja Madrasah (RKM), dilanjutkan berbagai pelatihan dan pendampingan lanjutan berupa program hidup sehat , penyusunan dan pengembangan kurikulum madrasah, PAIKEM, program peningkatan kapasitas perpustakaan, serta pengelolaan adinistrasi dan keuangan madrasah.

Abstract

This study provides a review of the implementation of digital literacy culture to instill the values ​​of religious moderation for students in a tertiary-based Islamic boarding school at Mahad UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The focus of the study discusses digital literacy culture at the implementation level and the resulting impact so that it contributes to the formation of more moderate religious thought and behavior for students. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses flow stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, 3) conclusion verification. The findings of this study are to change the mindset of students in a positive way so that they can understand a more moderate Islamic religion. Second, training and building a more connected and trusted social media network between Islamic boarding schools. Third, producing content containing the teachings of religious moderation values ​​from Kyai to be distributed in digital media. while the impact resulting from the implementation of digital literacy culture at Mahad UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is the emergence of awareness to practice and expand the values ​​of religious moderation from Kyai and other religious leaders who are considered to be in harmony with the values ​​of Islamic teachings. Second, integrating all values ​​of religious moderation in one digital media network so that it is easy for all generations to learn.

Abstract

KKN thematic conducted by Islamic University Raden Rahmat is an important part of the initiative Khaira Ummah, an important agenda of Islamic University Raden Rahmat that has the mind to create the village Khaira Ummah. One of the target villages, namely Tegalrejo village, Ampelgading villages in Selorejo District, Blitar, is known that the initial condition of Tegalrejo Hamlet has abundant family medicinal plants, but has not been managed and well utilized. In regard to the condition, the optimization of the self-care program of the Family Medicine plant (Asmantoga) is carried out with the aim of health quality and the community economy of Tegalrejo village increases. There are two approaches that authors use in the optimization of Asmantoga program, namely Apreciative Inquiry and Working Out Loud. Both approaches are then outlined in the five stages of implementation of the program, namely Phase 1 (15-23 February 2019): Planning Program, Phase 2 (24 February – 13 March 2019): Pioneering Asmantoga Educational Park, Phase 3 (3-7 March 2019): Planning and Making Asmantoga Cookbook, Stage 4 (8-9 Maret2019): implementation of Workshop and socialization, Phase 5 (15 March 2019): Inauguration and Asmantoga Educational Park handover. From 5 stages of implementation of activities that have been applied, it can be concluded that the optimization of Asmantoga program is stated to improve the health and economic quality of the village Tegalrejo district of Ampelgading subdistrict Malang district.

Abstract

Thematic learning approaches have been implemented since the KTSP curriculum was established in 2006. The implementation of thematic learning approaches then undergone improvements in the 2013 curriculum. Thematic learning approaches that were originally applied using web models or netted, were refined into integrated or integrated models. An integrative thematic model was chosen because it was predicted to be able to accommodate and touch in an integrated manner all the emotional, physical, and academic dimensions of SD / MI students both in the classroom or in the school environment. The implementation of an integrative thematic approach in learning opens up opportunities for teachers to develop the most appropriate strategies and methodologies. Teachers are required to be more creative in presenting a learning atmosphere that leads students to be able to understand the reality of life they live every day, in other words, integrative thematic learning models are relevant to accommodate differences in individual characteristics and learning environments of students. The superiority of the integrative thematic learning model described above basically corresponds to the child-friendly school/madrasah model which is jurisdictionally regulated in the Regulation of the State Minister for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Number 8 of 2014. Abstract

Disiplin sekolah merupakan aturan-aturan yang diberlakukan untuk mengatur perilaku siswa di sekolah. Ada sebuah asumsi yang berkembang di masyarakat bahwa siswa yang tinggal di pesantren lebih cenderung melakukan pelanggaran terhadap kedisiplinan di sekolah dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak tinggal dipesantren. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang tinggal dipesantren cenderung lebih sering terlambat sekolah, kerapian dalam penggunaan seragam sekolah tergolong rendah, serta sering tidak menggunakan artibut sekolah yang di wajibkan sekolah. Maka dari itu peneliti mempunyai pandangan bahwa lingkungan pesantren itu sangat berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda. Untuk menguji adanya pengaruh lingkungan pesantren terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Kepanjen, maka penelitian ini hendak dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mojosari Kepanjen Malang pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional, sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan dokumentasi dan observasi adalah sebagai pendukung dalam penelitian ini . Data yang sudah terkumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan korelasi produk moment serta analisis regresi linear sederhana dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana diketahui nilai R square sebesar 0,22 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan pesantren terhadap kedisiplinan hanya sebesar 22% sedangkan 78% kedisiplinan siswa dipengaruhi oleh selain lingkungan pesantren. Jadi pengaruh pesantren masih sangat kecil. Sedangkan peneliti menggunakan Uji Korelasi Produk Momentnilai signifikansi sebesar 0,433, hal ini berarti bahwa nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 kemudian dari sini dapat diketahui terdapat korelasi tidak signifikan antara variabel lingkungan pesantren (X) dengan kedisiplinan siswa (Y).Dari sini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya lingkungan pesantren (X) sangat kecil pengaruhnya, dan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kedisiplinan siswa (Y) di Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda

Abstract

Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) merupakan model manajemen pendidikan yang muncul akibat maraknya tindak kekerasan yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Model manajemen pendidikan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mendorong dan mendorong langkah-langkah positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang ramah anak. Sejak awal tahun 2016, hampir seluruh sekolah di Indonesia berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelaksanaan SRA. Namun, di awal tahun 2020 merebaknya Covid-19 di seluruh dunia menjadi tantangan bagi pengambil kebijakan pendidikan dalam menyukseskan SRA ini. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa wabah ini telah berhasil mendukung digitalisasi di segala bidang kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan tentunya. Untuk mengkaji lebih jauh tantangan dan inovasi dalam penerapan SRA pada jenjang pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Malang, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya inovasi yang dilakukan guru MI di Kabupaten Malang dalam menerapkan model SRA di masa pandemi Covid-19. Inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan melibatkan aspek pemilihan materi, strategi dan penilaian pembelajaran yang tetap mengutamakan hak-hak anak. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi terbaik dalam menerapkan SRA di masa darurat seperti saat ini.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the fifth grade mathematics subject at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama Bululawang in statistics material. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the inquiry method. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that in the cognitive domain in the first cycle the class average reaches 69 with a completeness percentage of 65%. In cycle II the class average increased to 76 with the percentage of completeness of 74%. Whereas in the psychomotor domain in the first cycle an average of 88 with a completeness percentage of 78% and in the second cycle an average of increased to 95 with a percentage of 87% completeness. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the inquiry method can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Limiting social interaction during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge for MI Miftahul Huda in implementing the child-friendly madrasa model. The online mode of learning that is carried out, of course, must prioritize the interests and facilitate the fulfillment of children's rights. This research was conducted from April to September 2021 using a case study qualitative approach. The selection of research informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used by the researcher is using In-depth Interview, Participant Observation and document study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The process of implementing learning at Mi Miftahul Huda during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by taking into account the rules and directions from the government, namely the implementation of the online learning process. 2) The innovation of implementing the Child Friendly Madrasah model is carried out by focusing learning outcomes on the cognitive and attitude aspects of students, as well as combining the implementation of limited offline mode learning in the resident prayer room with a very limited duration of learning. 3) The challenges of implementing the Child Friendly Madrasah model at Mi Miftahul Huda include the learning process, facilities and patterns of learning assistance which are still very limited. However, all of these challenges can be solved with the learning innovations that have been carried out.

Abstract

The development of science and technology encourages educational actors to always innovate learning so that students are able to think critically, creatively, innovatively, collaboratively, and communicatively. Increasing teacher competence is certainly needed in carrying out the intended learning innovation. To improve teacher competence in implementing PAIKEM-based learning, this school action research is intended to be carried out. This research was conducted at SDN 01 Sidorejo in November 2021 with the research subjects being all 10 teachers of SD Negeri Wonodadi 01. The technique of collecting data from this school action research is through qualitative data obtained from observations, interviews and document studies. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle includes the following stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of this school action research showed that in cycle 1 the implementation of activities reached a value of 76.6 and cycle 2 increased to 86, teacher competence in cycle 1 reached a value of 84.5 and in cycle 2 it reached 88.5. The impact of the activity on students has shown success with increasing students' abilities reaching a score of 81.25 and student wellbeing reaching 78.7. So it can be concluded that the improvement of teacher competence in the implementation of PAIKEM-based learning methods can be concluded to be successful.
