Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of service quality and promotion of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in services Salon Johnny Andrean Pekanbaru.Adapun the population in this study are are all customers in Salon Johnny Andrean 2016. While the sampling is done by the method of sampling pusposive in order to obtain a sample sebanyak210 orang.Analisis data used is path analysis (path analysis) with SPSS version 21 o'clock. From the test results that have been made known that kualitaspelayanan and promotion effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service, promotion and customer satisfaction impact on customer loyalty in services Salon Johnny Andrean Pekanbaru whereas path analysis showed that the quality of care and the promotion of an effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Salon Johnny Andrean Pekanbaru. Johnny Andrean Salon is expected to Pekanbaru that selalumem inform customers about the desired product to the customers and employees of Salon Johnny Andrean in order to provide services to customers quickly responded with good customers who come and be honest in providing requirements desired by the customer.Keywords : Quality Service, Promotion, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Marketing is an important activity in a company, because the activity is intended to add and stream the flow of goods and services from producers to consumers. Marketing activity itself is an activity done by the company, from start pricing planning, distributing and promoting products produced by the company, in order to meet the needs. This study aims to see the influence of price and promotion of purchasing decisions at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru. The research used in this research is price and promotion as independent variable and purchase decision as dependent variable. Population in this research is customer of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru amounted to 147 people in 2017. Techniques taken in the sampling that is, probability sampling and non probability sampling. And to determine the number of samples in this study using Slovin formula with 10% error limit, and obtained the number of samples as much as 60. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 program. The results of the study found that the price significantly influence the purchase decision at PT.Mandiri Tunas Pekanbaru. Then the promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru. The percentage of price influence and promotion on purchasing decision is 71,4%. It is expected that the company can continue to strive to price competitiveness that can improve purchasing decisions on the customer to use the services at his company.Keywords: Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Typical Person Endorser in Advertisement Cooking Oil Bimoli on Brand Image and Purchase Decision on Housewives in Pekanbaru City. Population in this research is Individual who have seen advertisement of Bimoli cooking oil product which is played by Typical Person Endorser and who have made a purchase. The sampling method was done by using non probability sampling technique so that the number of samples was 130 people. Data analysis technique used is path analysis with help of SPSS program version 18.00. From the test results note that Typical Person Endorser significant effect on Brand Image and Purchase Decision. Brand Image significant effect on Purchase Decision and Typical Person Endorser significant effect on Purchase Decision through Brand Image Bimoli Edible Oil In Pekanbaru City. It is expected that the management of the company to choose the endorser that has the appeal and in accordance with the products offered to increase consumer desire to buy Bimoli cooking oil and trying to convince consumers to buy and consume cooking oil Bimoli with not much consideration.Keywords : Typical Person Endorser, Brand Image and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sukanda Djaya Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work motivation on discipline and employee performance at PT. Sukanda Djaya Pekanbaru. This research is population research. The number of samples in this study were 90 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the path analysis method (path) using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a direct positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the path value of 0.213 which is positive. The work discipline in this research model does not mediate the relationship between compensation and the performance of employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Pekanbaru. This is due to the value of the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect (0.213> 0.0836). Work motivation has a direct positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Pekanbaru. This is seen from the path value of 0.289 which is positive. Work discipline in this research model does not mediate the relationship between work motivation and the performance of employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Pekanbaru. This is due to the value of the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect (0.289> 0.0974). Work discipline has a direct positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Abstract

This research aimed to analysze factors that affects on purchase decision, research applied on consumer Toyota Fortuner in Pekanbaru City. The object of this research was consumer who buy Toyota Fortuner in Pekanbaru City. This research consists of ten factors. They are product, price, promotion, distribution after sale, culture factor, social factor, personal factor and psychological factor on purchase decision. This research was conducted using a sample of 117 people. This research used probability sampling, every population have a same chance to be sample in this research. Data are taken by giving respondents structural questionaires. In terms of data analysis, this research used Factor Analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that there is three main factors who affects on purchase decision, they are distribution factor, product factor and sosial factor. Distribution factor have the most effect on purchase decision. And distribution factors description based on distribution have more effect on making purchase decision on Toyota Fortuner in Pekanbaru city.Keywords : Analysist factor, Purchase Decision, Distribution Factor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and advertisingattractiveness on repurchasing interest through purchasing decisions as anintervening variable in Maybeline brand Eyeliner products in Pekanbaru City Thepopulation in this study were all customers of the Maybelline brand Eyelinerproducts in Pekanbaru and unknown in number. The sample selection usesaccidental sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 120. The types ofdata used were primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniquesused questionnaires and library studies. Data analysis using path analysis. Theresults showed that the quality of products and the attractiveness of advertisingpartially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the decision had asignificant effect on repurchase interest. Product quality and ad attractivenesshave a significant effect on repurchasing interest through purchasing decisions.Keywords : product quality, ad appeal, purchasing decision, repurchase interest

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bengkalis Regency PDAM with the aim to discuss Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance with the Perception of Work Environment as Intervening Variable in Bengkalis Regency PDAM. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Bengkalis Regency. The sampling technique used census techniques. Participation was taken as many as 58 employees of Bengkalis Regency PDAM. The technique of collecting data with questionnaires. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the evaluation conducted on work discipline, a significant motivation for the performance of PDAM employees in Bengkalis Regency. Work discipline, motivation significantly influence the perception of the work environment. Discipline and motivation have a significant effect on perception of the work environment and performance. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of shopping emotion and perceived risk on purchasing decisions through impulsive buying on E-Commerce Shopee consumers in Pekanbaru City. Questionnaires were distributed to 126 respondents using the Purposive Sampling technique and processed using the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square analysis method with SmartPLS software version 3.2.9.The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between shopping emotion on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect between shopping emotion on impulsive buying. There is a positive and significant influence between perceived risk on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect between perceived risk on impulsive buying. There is a positive and significant influence between impulsive buying on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation,training, and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers inthe village of Ujung Batu Timur. The population in this study were all elementaryschool teachers in the village of Ujung Batu Timur. The sampling technique usedthe census method, and the sample in this study amounted to 33 teachers. Thevariables studied were motivation, training, and work discipline as independentvariables, and teacher performance as the dependent variable. The datacollection method used is a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysismethod is in the form of PLS (Partial Least Squares) and the application used isSmartPlS version 3.0. The model tested in this study is the outer model(corvergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability), and the innermodel (R-square). The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an influencebetween motivation on the performance of State Elementary School teachers inUjung Batu Timur Village. 2) There is an influence between training on theperformance of State Elementary School teachers in Ujung Batu Timur Village. 3)There is an influence between work discipline on the performance of SD Negeriteachers in Ujung Batu Timur Village. 4) There is an influence betweenmotivation, training, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance ofState Elementary School teachers in Ujung Batu Timur Village. Keywords : Motivation, Training, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumer satisfaction index and strategies to improvethe service quality of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Syariah Branch. The population in thisstudy includes all customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Branch Pekanbaru with asample of 110 people with purposive sampling method. The analysis tool in this studyuses CSI (Customers Satisfaction Index) analysis and IPA (Importance PerformanceAnalysis) analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that theconsumer satisfaction index at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch was 82.84 orwas in the "very satisfied" degradation. The IPA analysis pays attention to the strategyfor improving the service quality of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch,prioritizing the following 3 indicators: Strategic location (IPA-Indicator 3); guarantee oferror-free transactions (IPA-Indicator 11); Companies can store data accurately (IPAIndicator 12). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Bank Riau Kepri Syariah PekanbaruCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Index (IPA)
