Abstract

Abstracts - Motorbikes, as private vehicles, are an economical and very popular means of transportation in Indonesia. However, almost all motorbike riders have experienced problems such as a loose or broken chain, engine breaking down, and other problems. For this reason, workshops have an important role in helping motorists overcome these various problems. Sido Motor Workshop is one of the workshops located in Karangsalam Village, Kemranjen, Banyumas. Sido Motor Workshop provides service services, sells spare parts, oil and a variety of other motorbikes. Service at the Sido Motor workshop is still manual. This means that customers have to queue if they want to get motorbike service. Processing transaction data and payments for services, spare parts and preparing reports is still done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to design an information system to facilitate service activities at the Sido Motor workshop. The method for designing this information system uses the prototype method, where this method has stages, namely requirements gathering and system analysis, design modeling, prototype formation, and prototype evaluation. Using UML to describe the flow and functionality of a system. It is hoped that the implementation of the information system at the Sido Motor workshop will make all activities more effective and efficient. Admins can manage service data and make reports in a timely manner. And the Sido Motor workshop's income continues to increase and the number of customers continues to increase.

Abstract

Ficelle Production Purwokerto adalah salah satu vendor wedding yang bergerak dibidang photography dan videography. Selama ini permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah sistem penjadwalan event yang masih manual dengan menggunakan media whiteboard. Dan transaksi pembookingan pun juga dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan WhatsApp atau datang ke kantor. Agar client dapat melakukan reservasi dengan mudah, maka dibuatkan sistem informasi penjadwalan event berbasis website untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pembangunan sistem informasi ini menggunakan PHP, HTML, dan XAMPP. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi ini dapat mempermudah untuk melakukan penjadwalan event pada setiap tanggalnya.

Abstract

Information systems and knowledge about the development of information technology are constantly evolving so that there are many changes in new science at this time. In posyandu activities, of course, a lot of data is recorded and reports are recorded. Especially the data for toddlers every month there must be changes, both in terms of adding and subtracting. This can cause ineffectiveness if the recording is on paper or manually. To facilitate recording, an information system for data collection of children under five at the posyandu is needed. The solution for this problem is develop a web-based posyandu information system. The information system for data collection for children under five at Margi Rahayu was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Later this information system will help posyandu cadres to process toddler data and report on posyandu activities every month more easily, effectively and efficiently. Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including telecommunications. PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Purwokerto is one of the companies engaged in telecommunications services, especially the sale of internet packages. Currently, the sales process still faces obstacles, such as lack of efficiency in transactions and limited information that can be accessed by customers. This study aims to design a website-based internet package sales information system that can make it easier for customers to purchase internet packages, while increasing the efficiency of the company's services. The methodology used in this study is the prototype system development method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, mockup design, and prototype testing. In addition, the data model and process flow are designed using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the data structure and system workflow in detail. The results of the study show that the designed system is able to provide easy access to information for customers, simplify the internet package purchase transaction process, increase the company's operational efficiency, and provide fast and accurate transaction reports. In addition, this system can also improve service quality, sales turnover, and expand market reach. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk telekomunikasi. PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Purwokerto merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan telekomunikasi, khususnya penjualan paket internet. Saat ini, proses penjualan masih menghadapi kendala, seperti kurangnya efisiensi dalam transaksi dan keterbatasan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan paket internet berbasis website yang dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pembelian paket internet, sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan sistem prototype, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain mockup, serta pengujian prototype. Selain itu, model data dan alur proses dirancang menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan struktur data dan alur kerja sistem secara terperinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu memberikan kemudahan akses informasi bagi pelanggan, mempermudah proses transaksi pembelian paket internet, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, serta menyediakan laporan transaksi secara cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, omzet penjualan, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

Antrian manual yang panjang dan tidak teratur masih menjadi kendala utama dalam pelayanan publik di berbagai instansi pemerintahan, termasuk di Kantor Kecamatan Wangon. Kondisi ini seringkali menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan, ketidakpastian waktu tunggu, penumpukan antrian, dan penurunan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem antrian online berbasis mobile yang dilengkapi dengan notifikasi real-time yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pendaftaran dan memantau antrian secara real-time. Sistem informasi ini dirancang menggunakan metode Prototype, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara bertahap dan fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk mendeskripsikan alur dan fungsional dalam sistem, digunakan pendekatan pemodelan melalui UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil dari perancangan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan publik serta meminimalisir antrain di lokasi pelayanan. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian adalah dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Wangon menjadi lebih tertib, tepat waktu, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pelayanan, serta kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Diabetes merupakan suatu penyakit menahun (kronis) berupa gangguan metabolis yang ditandai dengan kadar gula darah yang melebihi batas normal. Prediksi awal penyakit Diabetes menjadi sesuatu yang penting agar tidak menjadi ancaman serius bagi penderitanya. Penelitian ini akan melakukan optimasi metode Machine Learning dengan reduksi fitur Particle Swarm Optimazation (PSO) dan perbandingan dataset training dan dataset testing untuk menemukan metode dengan performance terbaik dalam prediksi penyakit Diabetes. Metode Machine Learning yang dimaksud adalah metode klasifikasi Decision Tree (DT), Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector System (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan Neural Network (NN). Komparasi dilakukan dengan cara pada tiap matode, dataset yang digunakan dibagi menjadi data training dan data testing (validasi) dengan perbandingan 70:30, 80:20 dan 90:10. Pengukuran dengan cara tiap perbandingan dilihat nilai akurasi dan nilai AUC (kurva ROC) tertinggi pada data testing untuk menemukan performance terbaik. Dari olah data yang dilakukan diketahui untuk nilai Akurasi perbandingan data 70:30 metode DT, ID3 dan RF yang menghasilkan nilai tertinggi sama yaitu 96,79%. Untuk perbandingan 80:20 metode DT dan ID3 menghasilkan nilai tertinggi yaitu 97,12%. Dan perbandingan 90:10, metode ID3 menghasilkan nilai tertinggi yaitu 96,19%. Untuk nilai AUC metode RF menghasilkan nilai tertinggi untuk 3 perbandingan yaitu 0,995; 0,995 dan 0,998. Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa metode RF dan NN menjadi metode yang paling stabil dalam pengolahan menggunakan split data 70:30, 80:20 dan 90:10 ditinjau dari nilai akurasi dan nilai AUC.
