Abstract

AbstrakSaat ini banyak instansi di bidang jasa makanan di Kabupaten Banyumas, terutama di wilayah Purwokerto banyak terdapat café-cafe modern, tetapi cafe yang berada di area Purwokerto masih banyak yang belum menggunakan media pengolah yang belum berkembang terutama dibidang absensi bagi karyawannya. Berdasarkan riset di Inno Cafe Purwokerto masih menggunakan absensi manual, yaitu absensinya masih menggunakan media kertas dengan cara mengisi jam datang maupun jam pulang. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan kurang efisien serta sering terjadi banyak kesalahan dalam merekap gaji. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penulis dalam membuat website “Perancangan Program Absensi Karyawan Pada Inno Cafe Berbasis Website” ini untuk memudahkan karyawan Inno Café dalam melakukan absensi sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan serta memudahkan kepala cafe dalam merekap gaji setiap bulannya. Dalam merancang sistem ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara secara langsung dengan Kepala Cafe maupun studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada website ini adalah Metode Waterfall, dan bahasa pemograman yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pemograman Codeigneter dan HTML, sedangkan basis data yang digunakan menggunakan MySQL. Untuk mengetahui fungsional dari website yang dibangun menggunakan metode pengujian Blackbox Testing sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian serta implementasi website ini dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan pengguna.Kata Kunci : Absensi, Waterfall, MySQLAbstractCurrently, there are many agencies in the food service sector in every Banyumas Regency, especially in the Purwokerto area there are many modern cafes, but many cafes in the Purwokerto area have not used processing media that have not developed, especially in the field of attendance for their employees. Based on research at Inno Cafe Purwokerto, they still use manual attendance, that is, their attendance still uses paper media by filling in the hours of arrival and departure. This results in inefficient and frequent errors in recapitulating salaries. Therefore, the author's goal in making the website "Designing the Employee Attendance Program at Inno Cafe Based on the Website" is to make it easier for Inno Cafe employees to take attendance so that they can minimize errors in recording and make it easier for the cafe head to recap the salary every month. In designing this system the author uses data collection techniques such as observation, direct interviews with the Head of the Cafe and literature study. The software development method used on this website is the Waterfall Method, and the programming language used is Codeigneter and HTML programming, while the database used is MySQL. To find out the functionality of the website that was built using the Blackbox Testing method so that the results obtained from testing and implementing this website can run well in accordance with user expectations.Keywords: Attendance, Waterfall, MySQL

Abstract

Setiap orang memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan yang baik, bermutu, aman, efektif dan terjangkau. Pelayanan di Kinik Pratama Menara Gading ini masih terlihat  belum optimal. Dengan cukup banyaknya pasien yang datang setiap harinya membuat pihak klinik kesulitan dalam proses administrasi pasien mulai dari pendaftaran, pencatatan rekam medis, resep obat sampai dengan laporan dan biaya administrasi klinik. Solusi dari masalah tersebut yaitu membangun sistem informasi administrasi pasien rawat jalan berbasis website. Dengan adanya solusi ini dapat mengurangi terjadinya duplikasi data dan kesalahan yang tidak diinginkan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; Administrasi; Website; Klinik; Pelayanan

Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the implementation of self-distance learning (online) for university students due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses library research wherein collecting data information with documentation techniques that are looking for data about relevant matters from various sources in the library such as documents, books, magazines, news. The criteria for the articles and news have chosen were discussion of the impact of COVID-19 and online learning at the tertiary level. From the resources obtained, the most relevant were selected and 15 journals and books items were selected. The results in the study show that the impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of online learning in tertiary institutions can be carried out quite well. This can be seen from the results of data from the journals and books which show that the impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of English self-distance learning (online) in Higher Education can be carried out properly and effectively during learning at home.

Abstract

The ability to think critically is very important for mathematics teachers. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide participants with an understanding of the importance of honing critical thinking skills for mathematics teachers. This service was carried out on Tuesday June, 30 2020 and was carried out through the application Zoom Meeting and live YouTube Mathematics Education FKIP UIR. The method used in the implementation of this community service activity is the percentage method to convey material, the question and answer method and the discussion method. The instrument used was a percentage of service material slides. The results of this service activity can be said to be quite good. This can be seen from the responses of teachers who begin to understand the importance of critical thinking skills. This service activity has the benefit of making the teacher more eager to hone their critical thinking skills so that they can do better and be useful for students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Both in concept and based on the results of previous research, the performance of employees allegedly affected by the performance of technology. One technology that closely with the administrative job is information technology. Furthermore, based on the theory of resource-based, information technology performance is potentially influenced by human resources, business resources, and technological resources. This study tried to assess whether the performance of administrative staff in the Show Room Galaxy Mobil, affected by the performance of information technology, and whether performance is influenced by information technology, human resources, business resources, and technology resources. Through a simple regression analysis, this study found a significant positive influence performance of information technology on the performance of the Show Room Galaxy Mobil administrative employees. Likewise, through multiple regression analysis, the study also found that there are significant positive influence human resources, business resources, and technological resources to the performance of information technology. This research can proceed with more comprehensive, which is based on internal and external review organization. Keywords: employees performance, information technology performance, human resource, business resource, technology resource. Abstrak - Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya bahwa kinerja karyawan diduga dipengaruhi oleh kinerja teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang sangat erat dengan pekerjaan administrasi adalah teknologi informasi. Lebih lanjut, berdasarkan sumber teori,  bahwa kinerja teknologi informasi berpotensi dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia, sumber daya bisnis, dan sumber daya teknologi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menilai apakah kinerja pegawai administrasi di Show Room Galaxy Mobil dipengaruhi oleh kinerja teknologi informasi, dan apakah kinerja dipengaruhi oleh teknologi informasi, sumber daya manusia, sumber daya bisnis, dan sumber daya teknologi. Melalui analisis regresi sederhana, penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari kinerja teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai administrasi Show Room Galaxi Mobil. Demikian pula melalui analisis regresi berganda, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara sumber daya manusia, sumber daya bisnis, dan sumber daya teknologi terhadap kinerja teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan lebih komprehensif, yang didasarkan pada review internal dan eksternal organisasi. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, kinerja teknologi informasi, sumber daya manusia, sumber daya bisnis, sumber daya teknologi.

Abstract

The use of information technology in education is a new breakthrough. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many teaching and learning activities are carried out online using the internet in the form of e-learning. one important part of e-learning is the test. Computer based test (CBT) can be implemented in schools that should be accessed by students from remote places. Computer-based test applications can be used as a complement to online learning by utilizing the web technology. Web-based applications allows access by students with an internet connection using PC/Laptop or other mobile devices. In addition, implementation costs can be saved because paperless. Computer-based test applications also make it easier for teachers to grade the answer where the application can automatically provide the score instantly when students finish the test. In this study, the application was built using the web technology that run from various devices and platforms. Access applications can be designed for local network use (intranet) or online by hosting the application on a webserver. The application development uses a system development life cycle approach using PHP-MySQL technology. Keyword : CBT, computer base test, PHP-MySQL, webapps.

Abstract

Computer technology is one of the technological advances that has developed rapidly at this time. Where its function makes it easier for humans to do work and makes it easier to get information. Internet technology is one of the supporting factors for users to be able to access all information without going to the destination. The library information system is a system that involves humans and technology. Along with the development of electronic or digital library technology, it’s starting to appear in the midst of conventional libraries, although it is still very limited. The habit of reading books in the library room will slowly be replaced by the habit of reading books online and there’s no need to come to the conventional library. Regarding the habit of reading books, one of the factors causing low literacy in Indonesian society is the lack of reading material and inappropriate literacy practices. One of the efforts that can be made to improve literacy is the development of interest in reading and reading habits. The development of a website-based library electronic information system (E-Peru) can be a solution to this problem. To the design application using Visual Studio Code with the programming language PHP and MySQL as database. The system development method is Waterfall model. The existence of E-Peru can make it easier for users to get information and knowledge without going to a conventional library. It can also increase interest in reading and educate the public.Keywords: Application; Information System; Library; Electronic Library; Website Teknologi komputer merupakan salah satu kemajuan teknologi yang telah berkembang pesat saat ini. Dimana fungsinya mempermudah manusia untuk melakukan pekerjaan dan memudahkan untuk mendapatkan informasi. Teknologi internet menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung bagi pengguna untuk dapat mengakses semua informasi tanpa harus mendatangi tempat yang dituju. Sistem informasi perpustakan merupakan suatu sistem yang melibatkan manusia dan teknologi. Seiring perkembangan teknologi perpustakaan elektronik atau digital mulai hadir ditengah-tengah perpustakaan konvensional meskipun masih sangat terbatas. Kebiasaan membaca buku di ruangan perpustakaan secara perlahan akan tergantikan dengan kebiasaan membaca buku secara online dan tidak perlu datang ke perpustakaan konvesional. Berkaitan dengan kebiasaan membaca buku, salah satu faktor penyebab rendahnya literasi masyarakat Indonesia yaitu kurangnya bahan bacaan dan praktik literasi yang belum sesuai. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan literasi adalah pengembangan minat baca dan kebiasaan membaca. Pembangunan sistem informasi elektronik perpustakaan (E-Peru) berbasis website dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Untuk merancang aplikasi tersebut menggunakan Visual Studio Code dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode pengembangan sistem adalah model Waterfall. Abstract

Information systems and knowledge about the development of information technology are constantly evolving so that there are many changes in new science at this time. In posyandu activities, of course, a lot of data is recorded and reports are recorded. Especially the data for toddlers every month there must be changes, both in terms of adding and subtracting. This can cause ineffectiveness if the recording is on paper or manually. To facilitate recording, an information system for data collection of children under five at the posyandu is needed. The solution for this problem is develop a web-based posyandu information system. The information system for data collection for children under five at Margi Rahayu was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Later this information system will help posyandu cadres to process toddler data and report on posyandu activities every month more easily, effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Ongoing advancements have profoundly reshaped the development of educational media, with validity being a pivotal factor in creating high-quality products, representing a critical phase in their development. In essence, validity holds a key position in the production of superior educational materials. The primary objective of this study is to design and assess the validity of interactive multimedia-based mathematics learning tools using Adobe Flash CS6. This research belongs to the category of Research and Development (R&D) or developmental research. The methodology adopted for this developmental research follows a modified Plomp procedure, involving three of its five stages: the initial investigation phase, the development phase or prototyping, and the assessment phase. To gauge the validity of the media, the research employs a validation sheet as the data collection instrument. The analysis process entails scoring based on assessments made by the validator. The outcomes of the validation testing indicate that the media is deemed highly valid, achieving an impressive validation rate of 90.59%. The media is now deemed ready for use with only minor revisions required. One notable advantage of this learning media is its compact size, ensuring compatibility with all computer types, including those with low specifications.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of hyper-personalization and big data usage on consumer expectations and customer engagement within the context of the Spotify platform. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 150 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Sarana Informatika University, through a structured questionnaire. The analysis employed Smart PLS to evaluate the relationships between the variables, with consumer expectations as the dependent variable, hyper-personalization and big data usage as independent variables, and customer engagement as an intervening variable. The findings reveal that while big data usage significantly enhances customer engagement, its direct influence on consumer expectations is negligible. Conversely, hyper-personalization demonstrates a strong positive effect on both consumer expectations and customer engagement. Furthermore, customer engagement positively impacts consumer expectations, indicating that increased interaction with personalized content elevates user satisfaction. These results suggest that marketers should focus on implementing effective hyper-personalization strategies to optimize consumer experiences and foster brand loyalty in the competitive digital music streaming landscape. This study contributes valuable insights into consumer behavior, emphasizing the essential role of data-driven personalization in shaping user expectations and engagement.
