Abstract

The spread of the Covid 19 Virus has halted learning activities at all levels of learning and hampered social distancing. This has made every educator and policymaker in the education world turn their heads to develop learning media. Internet-based media is a mandatory choice that must be done, so media applicators are competing to create learning media. Spotify Social Media Podcast is an internet-based application that is quite popular in the United States and various countries in Europe, even profitable for business, but not yet popular enough in Indonesia. The potential audience is quite large, because, in addition to being able to be heard on the street by commuters, about 30% of the population are auditory learners. For this reason, a literature study was carried out which aims to explore opportunities for audio podcasts to develop learning media at the Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif PSDKU Medan, as well as content analysis of several podcast content providers sites that are quite successful in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the audio podcast optimization strategy includes the development of podcast materials; the approach and distribution of content according to the needs, desires, and ways of students consuming audio content; and the suitability of the content with the character and orientation of the media. In addition, this effort must also be accompanied by an intensive campaign through various means. State the research objectives and targets to be achieved and the methods that will be used in achieving these goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine that teachers do not provide punishment to children. Punishment that is not given to children is physical punishment. When students make mistakes, the teacher gives a warning and advice to students, but students do not care about it. Then the students repeat their mistakes again, so the teacher is silent and doesn't care about the student in the class. The teacher is only focused on students who want to learn and ignore students who do not want to learn. The research method used is a qualitative research method, using the phenomology approach. The results of the teacher's perception of punishment to make students not make mistakes again and to provide understanding to students that he was guilty. and the implementation of punishment in the learning process that is planned based on a decree that has been determined by the school, namely the principal and agreed by the teacher and students.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover and explain and know: (1) the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, (2) the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's speaking in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, and (3) the influence of social simulation learning strategies on social intelligence and children's talking together at Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. The research sample consisted of two classes each one experimental class and one control class. The instrument used in the study was observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is analysis of variance The research findings show: (1) the influence of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, (2) there is an influence of social simulation learning strategies on children's speaking in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, and (3) there is an influence on simulation learning strategies social towards social intelligence and talking to children together in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia in the last decade has reaped many problems including the weak character of the young generation where the success of a nation can be seen from the character of the younger generation. Seeing these problems, there needs to be some breakthroughs, one of which can be done through character inculcation that is applied in schools through classroom learning and other activities such as extracurricular activities. This research method is qualitative with the type of descriptive research, namely the type of research that examines data that can describe complex and concrete social realities. This study uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, library methods and the use of documentation. The analysis in this study uses interactive data analysis from Lexy Moleong with the pre-field stage, the implementation stage, the data analysis stage, the conclusion stage and the reporting stage. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of extracurricular Islamic Religious Education in MTs EX PGA UNIVA Medan there were 13 extracurricular Islamic Religious Education. (2) extracurricular activities in MTs EX PGA UNIVA Medan are essentially many activities. However, in this discussion, only PAI extracurricular activities were taken which presumably had a stake in the formation of student character, for example the types of PAI extracurricular activities namely introduction of the holy book, worship, social activities, habituation of noble character and the inculcation of religious historical values. Through this activity students can learn to develop communication skills, collaborate with others, discipline and other characters.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the competence of Professional Teachers according to Imam Al-Ghazali. The research method in this writing is literature-oriented, in terms of methodological science, the character of this research is commonly referred to as library research, what is meant by library research is a research oriented to extracting information from literature sources. From the understanding obtained from the author's analysis of the book Ayyuhal Walad by Imama Al - Ghozali about the determinants of student success in the context of Imam Al - Ghozali not only in the success of a teacher in transferring knowledge but how a teacher makes students closer to the creator. Because the educational context possessed by Imam Al-Ghozali is to humanize a complete human being or a complete human being, so in his view not everyone is able to do it except a teacher, Muhammad Rasulullah SAW. The teacher must have the ability to mobilize and nurture his students in accordance with the values noble and useful life values according to religious views

Abstract

This research aims to produce and describe a product for developing Arabic language learning media based on Google Sites. Furthermore, a media validation test was carried out in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang to determine the feasibility and quality of Google Sites-based Arabic learning media. The method used is a research and development method using the ADDIE development model developed by Dick and Carry which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire of expert validation sheets, Arabic teacher response questionnaires and student responses. This media was validated by two expert validators, namely the media expert validator obtained an average percentage value of 88% with a very feasible category and the material expert validator obtained an average percentage value of 85% with a very feasible category. The Arabic teacher's response to the media obtained a percentage of 97% in the very decent category. Meanwhile, students' responses to the media obtained a percentage of 96% with a very decent category. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that Google Sites-based Arabic learning media for class VIII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang is feasible to use in the learning process.

Abstract

Keterampilan interpersonal yang rendah akan memberikan dampak yang tidak sehat bagi pergaulan siswa. Fenomena yang ada di SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan yaitu terdapat 3 peserta didik kelas IX-3 yang memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal rendah. Dampak yang dapat terjadi jika siswa memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang rendah umumnya sukar berteman atau berhubungan dengan orang lain, sukar mempercayai orang lain atau sukar mengungkapkan diri di hadapan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru BK dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik kelas IX-3 dengan menggunakan layanan konseling teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu analisis data yang menekankan pada makna, penalaran, definisi suatu situasi tertentu (dalam konteks tertentu) serta mengambarkan apa adanya mengenai prilaku obyek yang sedang diteliti. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan dalam pengolahan dan analisis data langkah yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, display data yaitu proses pemilihan dan penyederhanaan data, display data yaitu penyajian data secara utuh dan verifikasi data yaitu proses penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan adalah dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling teman sebaya. Peran tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik hal itu dilihat dari prilaku peserta didik yang sering menyendiri dan tidak bergabung dengan teman dan kurang terbuka dengan sesama teman, tidak menerapkan senyum, sapa, salam saat bertemu dengan guru di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract In teaching and learning activities, many factors are associated with student learning outcomes. One of them is the learning model. Processes to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process can be formed through the Think-Pair-Share Cooperative Learning model because Student-centered learning and requires them to independently complete case studies and share knowledge. This study aimed to improve student learning achievements after the cooperative learning models applied the type a Think-Pair-Share on the subject Bahasa Arab Minat : Fi’il Shahih, Mu’tal, and Fi’il Madhi in X-IIK 1 MAN 1 Medan. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in two cycles, the cycle I use pre-test and reflection, the cycle II using post-test. Data obtained from this research analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research is by implementing learning model Think-Pair-Share (TPS) can improve student learning outcomes. This is demonstrated by the growing results of learning, at the pre-test of 35 students, there are only a few students who reach a minimum SKM ≥ 76, cycle I increased to 25 from 35 students who achieve a percentage value of the SKM class completeness 71% and the cycle II, rose to 33 from 35 students to reach a value of ≥76 SKM percentage completeness the class of 94%. The response of students in learning using learning model Think-Pair-Share of 84%. Keywords: Think-Pair-Share Model, Learning Of Arabic, improve learning results, Classroom Action Research Abstrak Dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa. Salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran. Proses untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dapat dibentuk melalui model Think-Pair-Share Cooperative Learning karena pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dan mengharuskan mereka untuk secara mandiri menyelesaikan studi kasus dan berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa setelah model pembelajaran kooperatif menerapkan tipe a Think-Pair-Share pada subjek Bahasa Arab Minat : Fi'il Shahih, Mu'tal, dan Fi'il Madhi pada X-IIK 1 MAN 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I menggunakan pre-test dan refleksi, siklus II menggunakan post-test. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin berkembangnya hasil pembelajaran, pada pre-test 35 siswa hanya ada beberapa siswa yang mencapai SKM minimal ≥ 76, siklus I meningkat menjadi 25 dari 35 siswa yang mencapai nilai persentase ketuntasan kelas SKM 71% dan siklus II, naik menjadi 33 dari 35 siswa mencapai nilai ≥76 SKM persentase ketuntasan kelas 94%. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share sebesar 84%. Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of implementation process in coloring activities using collage media in increasing creativity in early childhood, the lack of implementation of collage media in increasing creativity in early childhood at PAUD Nursyamsiani, as well as limited teachers to support coloring activities in increasing creativity in early childhood at Nursyamsiani PAUD. The aim of this research is to describe the process of implementing coloring activities using collage media to increase creativity in early childhood at Nursyamsiani PAUD Bakaran Batu Village. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were school principals and teachers, as well as 25 children with specifications of 13 girls and 12 boys at early age at PAUD Nursyamsiani, complete documents for coloring activities using collage media in increasing creativity in early childhood including the implementation of coloring activities and teaching modules, implementation of coloring assessments, as well as teaching tools such as collage media. Data collection techniques use 3 methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research conducted, coloring activities using collage media have a very important role in the development of creativity in early childhood.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the implementation of syllable wheel media to improve beginner reading among students at Elementary School (SD). How to implement the implementation of the syllable wheel media to improve the reading of beginner students. This research aims to find out how the syllable wheel is implemented to improve students' beginner reading and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of syllable wheel media. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative field research. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Andalusia. There are 3 data collection techniques used in this research, namely, interviews, observation and documentation. Based on research conducted, the implementation of the syllabic wheel media has an important role for students in improving beginner reading at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Andalusia.
