Abstract

Metafora merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam komunikasi bahasa dan sastra, memiliki peran signifikan dalam memahami dan mengungkapkan makna secara kreatif. Namun, pemanfaatan metafora sebagai bahan ajar apresiasi sastra masih terbatas dalam konteks mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di FKIP UNPRI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan metafora dalam komunikasi mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia FKIP UNPRI sebagai potensi bahan ajar apresiasi sastra yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jenis-jenis metafora yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam komunikasi sehari-hari serta potensinya sebagai bahan ajar apresiasi sastra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia FKIP UNPRI secara kreatif menggunakan berbagai jenis metafora dalam komunikasi sehari-hari mereka. Metafora ini memiliki potensi yang besar sebagai bahan ajar apresiasi sastra, membantu mahasiswa memahami konsep-konsep sastra secara lebih mendalam dan kontekstual. Dalam konteks pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia, penggunaan metafora dalam komunikasi mahasiswa FKIP UNPRI dapat diintegrasikan sebagai bahan ajar apresiasi sastra yang inovatif dan efektif. Dengan memanfaatkan metafora sebagai alat pembelajaran, mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang unsur-unsur sastra dan meningkatkan kemampuan analitis serta interpretatif dalam karya sastra.

Abstract

Emotional verbs are verbs that express a person's emotional or psychological state or action. This study uses the Natural Semantic Metalanguage (MSA) theory. MSA theory is a study of lexical semantics. The basic assumption of this theory is that complex meanings can be described using simpler configurations of meaning elements until they cannot be further described. The MSA theory used in this study is a framework for mapping meaning using basic components that can be understood by all native speakers. MSA theory is able to explain the lexical meaning of stative emotional verbs, while polysemy is used to understand emotional verbs in Ngoko Javanese with more than one meaning depending on the context of their use. Angry emotional verbs express a person's emotional or psychological actions in a state of anger. The purpose of this study is to describe angry emotional verbs in Ngoko Javanese. The importance of this research on angry emotional verbs in Ngoko Javanese is to see how the expression of angry emotional verbs in Javanese people who are known for being graceful, gentle and calm also has several verb expressions that express angry emotions. The emotional verbs of anger in Ngoko Javanese are ngamuk, greget, nesu, muring, ngelusuk, ngepruk, and ngerasa. This study takes the object of semantic study on the verb "similar to angry" in Ngoko Javanese. This study was conducted based on the data collected, namely the verb "similar to angry" spoken by the Javanese people. The main data in this study are sentences involving the verb "similar to angry" in Ngoko Javanese.

Abstract

This study examines the construction of experiential in the news text of the inauguration of members of the MPR/DPR/DPD RI for the period 2024-2029. The construction of experiential is a morphosyntactic construction where the subject experience something, feels a sensation, and experiences mental actions by the stimulus of the sentence object. The steps in this research method are carried out with the aim of finding structured, concrete answers through language phenomena that can be studied. Data collection was conducted using the observation method and note-taking technique. Data analysis was conducted using the distribution method and basic techniques for direct elements and advanced techniques of reading, marking, expanding, and changing forms. The results of this study show that the construction of experiential can be analyzed in the verbs of affection and verbs of cognition. The agent occupies the position of the subject mapped as the experiential or the object mapped as the stimulus or both can correspond in the sentence. The verbs of affection can involve or describe someone's feelings. In addition, the addition of two verb arguments can change the semantic role in the example of the verb "feel". The dative element found in the object of experiential in the verb to be and juxtaposed with adjectives describes quality. The purpose of the construction of experiential is to find a strong meaning in the relationship of subject - object or object - subject in the sentence and the semantic role bound in it. Therefore, it can be concluded that the semantic role and morphology is closely related to the syntactic structure in a sentence.

Abstract

Teachers at Al-Hidayah High School have great potential in using technology in everyday life, for example using social media. However, you cannot fully use learning media creation applications such as the Canva application. This is because the quality of teachers in using digital-based learning media is still low. Furthermore, training on creating digital-based learning media has never been held. This activity is to improve the skills of teachers at Al-Hidayah High School to create learning media based on the Canva application. This activity is carried out using methods, namely (1) pre-preparation (2) implementation, (3) Mentoring, and (4) Evaluation. The results of service activities show an increase in the knowledge and skills of Al-Hidayah High School teachers in creating learning media using the Canva application. The training participants showed high enthusiasm and were able to apply the material they learned in the practice of creating learning media using the Canva application. Furthermore, this training activity can have a positive impact on teachers' knowledge and skills in creating accounts, activating Canva application accounts, creating learning media using the Canva application that uses learning accounts and those that do not use learning accounts, and applying them in learning activities.ABSTRAKGuru di SMA Al-Hidayah memiliki potensi besar dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya bermedia sosial. Namun, belum sepenuhnya dapat menggunakan aplikasi pembuatan media pembelajaran seperti aplikasi canva. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kualitas guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital masih rendah. Selanjutnya, belum pernah diadakan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru di SMA Al-Hidayah dapat membuat media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Canva. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode, yaitu (1) pra persiapan (2) pelaksanaan, (3) Pendampingan, dan (4) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SMA Al-Hidayah dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva. Peserta pelatihan, menunjukan semangat yang tinggi dan mampu mengaplikasikan materi yang didapat dalam praktek pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva. Selanjutnya dari kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif akan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat akun, mengaktifkan akun aplikasi canva, pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva yang memakai akun belajar dan yang tidak menggunakan akun belajar, serta mengaplikasikannya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
