Abstract

Aceh Utara merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Aceh yang merupakan daerah agraris yang sangat potensial dalam bidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Utara merupakan sektor strategis yang mempunyai keterkaitan erat dengan pengurangan kemiskinan, membuka lapangan pekerjaan, usaha membangun ketahanan pangan, memproduksi dan membeli pangan, usaha pelestarian lingkungan, serta basis pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan pemetaan komoditas pertanian di Aceh Utara dengan sistem informasi geografis yang berbasis website. Pemanfaatan teknologi sistem informasi geografis akan sangat mempengaruhi kecepatan perencanaan, antisipasi, langkah strategis serta upaya peningkatan potensi dan produksi komoditas unggulan di di Aceh Utara. Sistem informasi geografis pemetaan komoditas ini dirancang dengan berbasis web sehingga dapat memberi informasi yang akurat tentang potensi pertanian. Hal ini dapat membantu dinas pertanian dan tanaman pangan dalam membuat kebijakan yang cepat dan tepat. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini meliputi: identifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan, pengambilan data komoditas pertanian, pengolahan data, pengembangan sistem informasi geografis, pengujian sistem, dan validasi. Capaian yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah berupa publikasi pada jurnal nasional dan website sistem informasi geografis.

Abstract

Proses produksi beton cor dan aspal masih banyak dijumpai pemborosan karena jarak perpindahan material yang cukup jauh. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam meminimasi pemborosan adalah menggunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing. Melalui value stream mapping, pemborosan dikelompokkan semua kegiatan ke dalam aktivitas memberi dan tidak memberi nilai tambah.  Tujuan dari penelitain ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan-kegiatan yang menjadi penyebab pemborosan, meminimumkan lead time dan meningkatkan process cycle efficiency pada proses produksi beton cor dan aspal. Usulan perbaikan proses produksi dapat meminimasi pemborosan waktu sebesar 21.51%. Untuk dapat mengatasi terjadinya pemborosan di sepanjang aliran proses produksi, pihak perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat melakukan perbaikan dalam bekerja sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai lean manufacturing.

Abstract

Dalam setiap negara energi merupakan kebutuhan dasar setiap warganya, terutama energi listrik seolah sudah menjadi nafas kehidupan setiap manusia di belahan dunia manapun, tanpa listrik manusia seolah tidak memiliki kehidupan, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Sebuah organisasi yang tidak mampu memberikan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan harapan pelanggannya, akan tertinggal dalam persaingan bisnis, alih - alih mendapatkan keuntungan ternyata kerugian yang didapat, karena maraknya pencurian listrik sebagai akibat dari buruknya kualitas layanan. Melalui Sistem Dinamik dengan berbagai perangkat didalamnya berperan untuk memodelkan karakteristik distribusi listrik PLN yang bermuara pada masyarakat sebagai pengguna energi listrik. Metode SERVQUAL (Service Quality) mempertimbangkan faktor - faktor utama dalam hal kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan pelanggan.

Abstract

A rental house is a type of rental that is rented out (contracted) for a certain period of time at a price agreed upon by the owner of the room. Lhokseumawe City as a district that has several State Universities and the presence of large companies, such as Perta Arun Gas and PIM made many other residents from other cities look for a place to live in Lhokseumawe City. The difficulty and lack of information about a rental house for new residents makes it difficult for them to find a rental house that is comfortable for them, some are even far from where they are studying. The difficulty of newcomers in getting information about rental houses in Lhokseumawe City provides an overview by researchers to research a system for searching for rental houses in Lhokseumawe City based on mobile. The system development method to build this application uses the SLDC principle, namely the waterfall, where this method uses the concept of a waterfall, performs sequential development that is dynamic and structured in building a software, with a system requirements analysis process, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. Based on the trials that have been carried out, using the Floid Warshall and Djikstra algorithms in determining the shortest route to the rental house, Flyod Warshall is the most optimal search algorithm in the results of determining the shortest distance, with the smallest optimal number of distances compared to Djikstra. It is hoped that in the future this application can be updated with the concept of other shortest distance comparison methods, so as to get more optimal results in implementing the system.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology is now increasingly widespread and very rapidly growing so that it can help people to enjoy the various conveniences that have been produced by this technology. One aspect of technology currently developing rapidly is mobile technology on smartphone devices (smartphones). This android-based geographic information system application is one of the results of these technological developments, which have the benefits and uses that are needed in this day and age. So with the development of the world of technology, people prefer the way of convenience and efficiency, for example, by utilizing the sophistication of smartphones. Implementing the Geographic Information System (GIS) for tourism and lodging services in Lhokseumawe aims to build tourism applications and lodging services in Lhokseumawe based on Android and implement Google services. Maps Application Programming Interface (API) to facilitate tourists in obtaining information on mapping the location of tourist attractions and lodging, routes, and tourist support facilities in Lhokseumawe City. The method used is a waterfall process model. Implementing the Lhokseumawe Tourism Application and lodging services using Javascript programming with Android Studio, MySQL database, and maps sourced from the Google Maps API. The result is an Android-based Lhokseumawe City Tourism and lodging service application that helps make it easier for tourists to obtain information about tourist attractions, lodging, and routes from their current location to the desired tourist and lodging locations in Lhokseumawe City with the help of the Global Positioning System (GPS). Tourist information and lodging services are entirely related only to data entered into the database server. The results of this application display a list and location of tourist and lodging services as well as the shortest route to the nearest tourist or inn to the user's location point. It is also hoped that this system can be developed to produce a better system than the previous one.

Abstract

Most high school students who want to pursue their study at a tertiary institution have difficulty making a decision. These students are confused and find it tough to make selections about their college majors. As a result, many new students drop out or switch majors after being accepted to their respective universities. In this study, a web-based decision support system was developed to determine college major choices utilizing MOORA Method and MBTI Theory. The purpose of this research is to ensure that students do not make the wrong decision when deciding on majors in higher institutions. The selection of majors is based on the abilities, interests, and personality of each student. The outcomes of these calculations are the final findings of this system's classification, namely recommendations for higher education majors based on the interests and talents of students in SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe. MOORA calculation successfully produces major recommendations based on the grades inputted by students. Based on the findings of the system psychology test, MBTI theory was able to provide important recommendations based on students' interests.
