Abstract

Penulis menggunakan algoritma ini untuk mengelompokkan daerah lahan berdasarkan kriteria kesesuaian terhadap tanaman padi dan persentase jumlah penghasilan padi di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Dataset yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah data perkembangan intensifikasi padi di Kabupaten Aceh Utara dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2019 yang diambil dari Dinas Pertanian dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Aceh Utara dan juga data profil Kabupaten Aceh Utara yang dikeluarkan oleh RPIJM Bidang Cipta Karya Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Data diuji dengan mengelompokkan data dengan atribut berbeda menjadi 4 klaster, yaitu sesuai, cukup sesuai, marginal (rata-rata) dan kurang sesuai. Dilakukan perhitungan rata-rata persentase tinggi dan rendahnya tingkat penghasilan panen pada daerah berdasarkan data pertahunnya. Setiap pengujian didasarkan pada parameter kesesuaian tanaman padi. Metode ini membagi nilai atribut dalam percabangan yang telah di tentukan dengan menghitung nilai atibut dalam data, yang kemudian di visualisasikan dalam bentuk pohon keputusan atau rule yang di gunakan untuk acuan akhir prediksi.

Abstract

Today's information technology is very important during this pandemic, the internet appears as a savior for the learning process in schools that have been stopped due to concerns over the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The use of E-Learning Applications, video conferencing, Google Meet is a substitute for the closed face-to-face communication space in learning. Based on the results of survey in SMK Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe schools, that use the E-Learning method an alternative to solving learning problems to prevent the transmission of the corona virus disease (Covid-19). Second, the preparation of scientific documents to make reports is very important and the development of financial reports with office excel. The current problem is the lack of understanding of students in providing material by using Moodle application tools, secondly, the lack of understanding of material delivery in making scientific documents in the form of automatic table of contents with bookmarks. Therefore, the importance of this training for teachers and new students in understanding the applications developed. The implementation method is the activity process begins with the provision of material starting from the introduction of web services, Moodle software installation. How to set courses, course management and user management by utilizing the Moodle application. Teachers are also taught the process of uploading materials and online quizzes. Students not only get office materials but also get a way of compiling a table of contents automatically with bookmarks. The results of this service have an impact on schools regarding problem solving in the application of E-learning, post-test questions and answers, and assignments. Furthermore, there are interesting bookmarks that are of interest to students in improving student learning in preparing financial reports and documents.

Abstract

Marketing management promotion strategy is important by private universities, this hall because the high competition with public universities is very high and the number of study programs at public universities in Aceh so that competition to increase prospective students is very tight, especially in the selection of study programs in accordance with student interests. The importance of conducting marketing management promotion strategies in convincing prospective new students to choose a privately schooled program according to the student's interests. Furthermore, the need for a system in providing major recommendations in accordance with interest is one of the strategies to attract students to enroll vocationally. With this recommendation system provides recommendations for students in choosing a major must be on target, effective and efficient. so that students can choose major recommendations with a more effective duration of time, not wasted time and students can choose a study program that suits their grades and abilities. Therefore, it is important that the application model of application of decision support systems using the analitycal hierarchy process for students and this program strongly supports the university in looking at prospective students based on interests and talents that are in accordance with each student's abilities. The keriteria used in the ahp method of student subjects is processed in the ahp model and incorporated into the program for the suitability of majors and study programs. This research flow includes weighting menu to see the level of interest of criteria, menu set weight criteria in accordance with the initial input of criteria, menu set weights majors, menu list of majors to see the majors covered, design values and list of student names that include informatics, accounting and management. Kriteri value 98, 90, 75, 80 and 84, then for K-1 and alternative 1 namely, 0.2940, Alt 0.0702, Alt-3 0.003, alt 4 with a value of 0.4894 and the last stage is 0.01124 with the highest score Alt-1 0.1810, Alt2, 01586, 0, 1047, Alt4 0.4002 and Alt 5 0.1518. In addition, you see majors who are the same age as the campus.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan kebutuhan yang penting bagi Pusat Perpustakaan dan Penyebaran Teknologi Pertanian (PUSTAKA).  Evaluasi terhadap Teknologi Informasi di PUSTAKA dengan kerangka kerja COBIT dengan model Maturity Level sangat berguna bagi PUSTAKA. Karena dengan adanya evaluasi tersebut manajemen PUSTAKA dapat mengetahui posisi Maturity Level dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap divisi Teknologi Informasi. Model Maturity Level digunakan untuk mengontrol proses-proses teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan metode penilaian, sehingga PUSTAKA dapat menilai manajemen Teknologi Informasi yang dimilikinya saat ini dari skala non-existent (level 1) sampai dengan optimised (level 5) serta memiliki gambaran akan kondisi yang diharapkan pada masa yang akan datang. Dari Penelitian ini, diperoleh kesimpulan divisi Teknologi Informasi di PUSTAKA memperoleh level 2,51 yaitu Repeatable but Intuitive atau  baru dijalankan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen PUSTAKA telah mengetahui proses tata kelola Teknologi Informasi, tetapi proses tersebut belum diaplikasikan secara optimal, hal ini disebabkan karena kekurangan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia Teknologi Informasi di PUSTAKA dan juga perlu menyediakan perencanaan, prosedur, standar dan pendekatan yang terstruktur . Pengembangan perencanaaan, prosedur, standar dan pendekatan yang terintegrasi membantu PUSTAKA dalam meningkatkan kinerja, khususnya bagian Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

The application of job suitability is very important for companies/institutions in seeing the advantages of job applicants in accordance with their fields. then mobile-based information technology in finding job vacancies for applicants is very much needed for the required vacancies information and the suitability of the required formations. so that applicants can easily see the jobs that applicants need. The focus of this research problem is the existence of a mobile application in classifying job vacancies and the existence of a job information search menu according to the skills possessed and in accordance with the needs of mobile application-based jobs using the k-nearest neighbor (KNN) model. The purpose of this research is to apply a freelance application in aceh to help job search information according to the skills they have that match the needs of the job. The criteria available in the mobile application consist of a list of jobs, self-registration, a list of self-data weights, criteria and weights for recent education, work experience, marital status. The study was conducted with test data used 25 samples and applicants who registered consisted of 30 participants. the test results for the first registrant with the results of age 1, gender 0.5, GPA, 0.8, work experience 0.25, marital status 1 and passed with the value of the KNN calculation result is 0.406, the second applicant passed with a value of 0, 89 and the third did not pass with a value of 0.392. Job vacancies are obtained by taking 11 training data pieces that have the closest Euclidean distance to the questionnaire results. Furthermore, to test the accuracy using 30 samples with 24 accurate results and 6 inaccurate results.

Abstract

Commodity types of food crops are one of the sectors that are very important for food security, and this is very influential in maintaining food security in Indonesia. Food crops commodities in northern Aceh that have commodities include rice, soybeans, corn, peanuts, green beans and so on. The problem now is the difficulty of finding information which is an obstacle to analyzing the stock model of the types of food crops. This commodity plays an important role in people's lives in the next few years. There is a forecasting information system to be able to see all the information on the stock inventory report of food crop commodities in the future. The Double Exponential Smoothing model is very appropriate because the behavior of the commodity type data is seasonal (per month) and trend (increase). With annual data reaching 47716.14 tons for rice plants, for soybeans reached 6141.81 tons. Estimated forecast for January-December. On average every January 32600, February 32300, March, 31200, April 29500, May 38000, November 29500, December 35800 for the following year experienced an increase. Next to the value of Set Alpha 0.2. The period of one for the value of'tt is 32600, the value of s''t is 32600 for at is 32600, for the value of bt is 0, then in the second period of value, the'tt is 32540, the value of s''t is 32588 for at is 32492, for the value of bt is -12. Furthermore for the period 25, Shout is 35360, the value of no is 33228.94109 for at 37491.05891, for the value of bt is 532.7647285, and for the period 26 the last is Shutter is 33340, the value is 33251.15287 for at is 33428.84713, for the value of bt is 22,21178279. Abstract

The dangers of health problems in dental disease are common for children and adults. Many dental problems get priority treatment based on data from Riskesdas, about 67.6% of the Indonesian population suffers from dental and oral problems. This affects other parts of the organ that are interrelated. Therefore, this study formulates how to solve the determination of dental disease, by applying the UDB model in machine learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of machine learning Binary Decision Tree (BDT) in the classification of classified dental diseases identified by decision trees in determining the results of dental disease predictions including groups and how to solve them. The research methodology in the first stage of data collection was carried out directly with the dental clinic at Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital. Then input the dental disease data along with the dental disease symptom data. The final stage is dividing the attribute values in viewing the value at a predetermined branch which is then in the form of a decision tree as a reference for the final prediction. The results of the assessment have each value indicating a high level of accuracy, with an accuracy of 92 percent and an inaccuracy of 8 percent of the 40 data points tested. Furthermore, the conclusion of this study can produce an appropriate classification of dental disease and is able to produce accurate results seen from a small error rate

Abstract

Advances in information technology are one of the potentials that are useful in improving learning methods. Currently, content and media that are directly related to science can be more interactive and interesting for students to trigger interest in learning. Internet technology can remove limitations in various information and provide learning materials more easily. However, there were still many teachers who focus on traditional and oral teaching approaches, even using less learning media. The use of learning media is very important for the teaching and learning process and the role of the media can be used in every discipline to enhance learning in the classroom and outside the classroom. The problems that have arisen so far indicate that teaching uses abstract concepts were not easy to be presented in both verbal and visual forms. Another goal was that visual media can be more easily understood and be easily accessed by students than text media. Therefore, another goal of this service was to train educators at SMA 1 Lhoksemawe to become more familiar with the latest learning media to be applied in the teaching and learning process. From the results of this communty service it is expected that teachers can use several multimedia in learning which is a combination of text, graphics, animation, images, video and audio which help students understand the material more easily.

Abstract

The document data collection process is one of the administrative management processes that are still using manually for now. this is for such administrative management takes a long time so it is not effective and efficient. To overcome these problems, efforts are needed to provide knowledge about computer applications. With the existence of an information system for computerized document administration will facilitate the work properly and effectively. The problem raised in this service is how to make computer applications in management information systems administratively and computerized document data collection and can be neatly arranged for all documents. The second problem is how to implement a management information system in a directed manner so that the documents you are looking for are arranged properly. The problem so far is that the management information system data processing mostly uses a manual processing system, still uses a ledger and is stored in a cupboard. The system, of course, has many weaknesses and in terms of administration, poor presentation, sub-optimal service, and low data quality. The purpose of this service is to help manage data and finances to be more effective and efficient. So that the information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. The result of this service is an explanation of how the Computerized Document Data Collection Administration Management Information System with various features can be used to manage student, teacher, staff data in managing all files.

Abstract

Information is data that is presented in a more useful form that is used to make decisions. In the Information Systems Study Program, information is very important to improve the performance of the Study Program, but the problem that often occurs is the lack of services to obtain and convey information, this makes it difficult for students and lecturers to find out the latest information and information about academics. Therefore, we need an application that can be used by students and lecturers to obtain and convey information. The information displayed is in the form of student and lecturer profile information, information about final project students, practical work students, real work college students, lecture schedule information and teaching schedules as well as information that can be added by lecturers in the application which can later be seen by all users. This android-based mobile programming application was built using the programming language dart. The design tool used is a unified modeling language (UML) with the system development method using the method waterfall. With this application, the Study Program has more effective information media and can assist students and lecturers in obtaining and conveying information easily anytime and anywhere
