Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product design and price on purchasing decisions at the Sriwijaya Gallery in Palembang. Respondents were buyers from Gallery Sriwijaya with a sample of 240 respondents. The results of the research are that product design and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Gallery Sriwijaya partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakann data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden sebanyak 276 responden. Hasil dari data kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, pendekatan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis berupa uji simultan (f) dan parsial (t) dengan menggunakan spss versi 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial, berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop enamdua palembang. Hasil menunjukan bahwa variabel faktor budaya, sosial, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan desain terhadap keputusan pembelian brand Cardinal di Palembang. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini membagikan kuesioner kepada 383 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purpsosve sampling dengan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa harga dan desain berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung dengan nilai 0.000 < 0.05. Uji simultan membuktikan bahwa nilai F bernilai 60.526 dengan 0.000 nilai signifikan yang artinya variable harga dan desain dapat dikatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of customer value on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Bima+ Tri users. This research uses quantitative methods, with nonprobability sampling techniques namely purposive sampling involving 140 respondents who are Bima+ Tri users. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, significance test (t and F test), path analysis and sobel test using SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results showed that customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer value and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Moreover, customer satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of way of life, and discernment on obtaining choices at Craveat sound nourishment mostly and synchronous impact of way of life, and recognition on acquiring choices. Information collection was conducted through surveys disseminated to 171 respondents. The inspecting method utilized was nonprobability testing with a purposive examining strategy, and the information were analyzed utilizing SPSS 26. The comes about appear that the halfway test (t-test) shows that the factors way of life, and discernment have a positive and signitificant impact on acquiring choices. The concurrent test (F-test) illustrates that the autonomous factors way of life, and discernment collectively have a positive and signitificant impact on the subordinate variable, specifically acquiring choices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price impact on Urban Laundry Palembang customer loyalty, both directly and through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 175 respondents selected based on calculations using the Slovin formula. Data processing was conducted through simple regression analysis, Sobel test, and t and F tests with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results revealed that price has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, both directly and through customer satisfaction as an intermediary variable. The results of this study confirm that customer satisfaction plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between price and customer loyalty. Therefore, implementing the right pricing strategy and increasing customer satisfaction are the main factors in building customer loyalty in the laundry service sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Advertising and Reference Group on Consumer Buying Interest at Erafone Megastore Palembang Square. The population in this study were potential consumers who were interested in Erafone Megastore Palembang Square. Sampling was carried out using Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling type, with the criteria that consumers who have heard about Erafone Megastore Palembang Square, but have never made a transaction, and are at least 17 years old. The sample used was 210 respondents. The results showed that the partial test of the Advertising and Reference Group variables had a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Buying Interest variable. The simultaneous test proves that the variables of Advertising and Reference Group have a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Buying Interest variable.
