Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis yang terjadi di Pulau Tidung dengan mengambil penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Harga, Promosi, Produk Pariwisata dan Lokasi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Pulau Tidung, Kepulauan Seribu. Harga, Promosi, Produk Pariwisata dan Lokasi merupakan variabel bebas dan Kepuasan Pengunjung merupakan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang pernah datang ke Pulau Tidung Kepulauan seribu. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengunjung terdapat empat variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu, harga, promosi, produk, dan Lokasi. Sementara itu secara simultan ke empat variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pulau tidung kepulauan seribu. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan menggunakan analisis regresi yang terdapat pada variabel harga, promosi, prosuk dan lokasi.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic made the increase of online-based culinary businesses and caused the desire and need for food and beverage ordering also increased. This research activity will discuss customer purchase decisions at Grabfood merchants in Jabodetabek with quantitative methods using testing techniques validity, reliability, classical assumptions, model feasibility, and Analysis Regression Linear Multiple and in the collection of research samples conducted applying accidental sampling with survey methods through Questionnaires distributed as many as 40 samples as research instruments to find out respondents' opinions on the impact of promotion mix with variables Ads, Promotions, and Publicity. The results of the study in the form of data on the impact of Advertising, Promotion, Publicity that affect significantly and positively on customer purchase decisions, this is supported by 81.4% of respondents who choose the Grabfood application as a means or medium to buy food and the intensity of increased promotions made by merchants or parties.  Grabfood applicator itself. Based on the results of significant research it was found that Promotion Mix with subvariable Advertising, Promotion, and Publicity had a significant and positive effect on customer purchase decisions at Grabfood Merchant in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Mandalika is one of the special economic zones (SEZ) and is one of the super priority tourism destinations, this makes development that empowers the potential of resources successful to create city branding and the implementation of MotoGp tourism events on  March 2022 attracts tourists to visit mandalika again, This study is a quantitative study to assess the degree of influence  of Variable city branding (X1) with Prеsеncе, Potеntiаl, Plаcе, Pulsе, Pеoplе, Prеrеquisitе Indicators and MotoGP tourism events (X2) with indicators  аttrаction, аccеsibility, dаn аmеnitiеs.  on the decision to revisit (Y) with indicators of Destination Perception, Suitability of Desire, and Information &Promotion with the method of multiple linear regression analysis through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents, the results of this study are known that city branding and MotoGP tourism events have a significant influence on the decision of tourists to visit Mandalika again.

Abstract

Pulesari tourism village located near mount merapi, located in the Turi subdistrict, Sleman regency, Jogyakarta. Having a river flow that comes from springs and also barking plantations makes Pulesari tourism village as ecotourism and agrotourism. Where one of the activities carried out in the Pulesari village are : Tracking rivers and cultivating salak gardens, besides that the people of Pulesari village usually make the pavilion a gathering place when holding traditional ceremonies. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of tourism development and activities in Pulesari village. In this study, the data analysis technique used was qualitative where the research carried out observation, interviews and SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Community participation is an indicator of success in community-based tourism, a tourism destination that should include local communities in order to create collaboration and mutual benefits that synergize with each other. Betawi Setu Babakan cultural village is one of the popular destinations in Jakarta, because of its uniqueness, namely as a conservation of Betawi culture in DKI Jakarta. community participation kit in this Betawi cultural village must exist, researchers will see what the political benefits obtained by the community in pariwasata activities in the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village using a qualitative research approach, in addition to using primary data, researchers also use secondary data and literature studies to take data.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made hotels a place that is very vulnerable to virus transmission. Policies from the Government are needed to regulate and supervise health protocols in the hotel industry so that the transmission of Covid-19 can be prevented. This study the object of the study was the hotel industry located in the Matraman District, East Jakarta Administrative City. The Tribe of the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of the East Jakarta Administrative City has a role and responsibility in this supervisory activity. The hotel to be studied is 2 (two) samples and involves several tourists visiting these hotels. The method used is descriptive by triangulation of data interviewing 3 (three) parties to ensure the correctness of the data obtained. Researchers want to know the  role of  supervision of  health  protocols carried out by  the  tourism and  creative economy offices of the East Jakarta  administrative city on the hotel industry during the  covid-19 pandemic in the Matraman subdistrict of the city of administrative east Jakarta

Abstract

This study was conducted on purpose to help examining and analyzing the Brand Image and Quality of Service affect the Decision to Stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. To find out and analyze the quality of brand image and service like what is dominant to influence the decision to stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. The study was conducted at Reddorz Pondok Labu. The results indicated that brand image and also service quality gives such a positive and also significant influence toward the decision to stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. This means that the decision to stay is determined by the brand image and quality of service of a hotel or guesthouse that provides comfort to every consumer. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling techniques. The data were collected using the souce of primary data by givig set of questionnaires to 99 respondents. The analysis applied is testing techniques that exist in SPSS 23. The study results proved that the variables of Brand Image and Service Quality, together produce data that affect the Decision to Stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu.

Abstract

Service is an activity carried out to meet the needs and desires expected by customers. The service is provided directly by the food & beverage service because it deals directly with customers. Food & beverage service has an important role in increasing the satisfaction of customers who come to the restaurant to create a good impression of the service and also the image of the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of food & beverage service in providing services to increase customer satisfaction at McDonald's restaurants. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study can be seen that food & beverage service has a very influential role on the services provided by customers. It is proven that customers feel that the services provided can increase customer satisfaction with the restaurant and give a good impression to the restaurant.

Abstract

The development of the tourism industry can be influenced by tourist satisfaction with the facilities available at a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine tourists' perceptions of religious tourism facilities at the Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta. The research method used is a mixture by linking three variables, namely physical conditions, cleanliness, and comfort of tourist facilities. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The collected data were then analyzed descriptively and also used SWOT analysis. The results showed that tourists' perceptions of tourist facilities based on physical conditions around 50% were classified in the very adequate category, based on cleanliness as much as 66.67% were classified in the very adequate category, and based on comfort 83.33% were classified in the very adequate category.
