Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan e-suplemen Elemental Chemistry’s Pedia berbasis multirepresentasi dan respon mahasiswa terhadap e-suplemen. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah e-suplemen Elemental Chemistry’s Pedia berbasis multirepresentasi. Subjek uji coba pada penelitian ini melibatkan 10 mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura pada uji respon kelompok kecil, dan 37 mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura pada uji respon kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik pengukuran dan teknik komunikasi tak langsung, dengan instrumen penilaian, angket validasi dan angket uji respon. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan hasil pada lembar penilaian kelayakan oleh para ahli dan lembar uji respon oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura. Hasil penilaian kelayakan aspek materi dibagi menjadi 2 subaspek, yaitu subaspek kelayakan isi dan kelayakan penyajian, yang mana masing-masing memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 97,9% dan 93,3%, sehingga diperoleh persentase kelayakan materi sebesar 95,6% dengan kriteria sangat layak pada kedua aspek tersebut. Penilaian kelayakan aspek bahasa memperoleh persentase sebesar 94,4% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Penilaian kelayakan pada aspek desain memperoleh persentase sebesar 95,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil uji respon pada kelompok kecil diperoleh persentase sebesar 88,3% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan hasil uji respon pada kelompok besar diperoleh persentase sebesar 85,5% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-suplemen Elemental Chemistry’s Pedia dinyatakan sangat layak dan respon yang diperoleh dapat dinyatakan sangat baik.

Abstract

According to the observation that had been done before, it can be concluded that there was lack of attractiveness of LKPD, and learning by using lecture method made students less active while teaching and learning process. Thus, the researcher upgrading such as LKPD development that has learning method in form of guided inquiry. The purpose of this study is to implement LKPD towards guided inquiry that suitable to use and find out teacher’s respond. The methodology that used in this research is Research and Development by applying ADDIE model, but it has been determined to ADD that is Analysis, Design, and Development. In this research, the subject of the research is LKPD and the object is the teacher. The instrument to collect the data is language feasibility assessment sheets, materials, graphs and questionnaires for teacher’s respond. Moreover, the result after analyzing the data by carried out on expert validation of materials, graphics and language respectively are 94%, 94%, and 91% with very decent category. Therefore, the result of teacher’s respond that collected from questionnaire on LKPD that has been developed by using guided inquiry, shown the percentage is 80%. It is very feasible to be applied as a supplement in chemistry teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes before and after being taught using the NHT learning model on acids, bases and salts for class VII SMP Mifathul Huda. This type of research is experimental research with the subjects of all seventh grade students of Miftahul Huda Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 12 students. The research design used was the Pre-experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The assessment instrument used is in the form of written test questions consisting of pretest and posttest questions which will be used to collect data. Based on the statistical analysis of student learning outcomes data using the Shapiro-Wilk test and the t test (Paired Sample T-test) yielded a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05) it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes before and after using the model NHT learning on acid-base and salt material for class VII SMP Miftahul Huda.
