Abstract

This research aimed to test influence of the Ownership Structure, Profitability, Assetgrowth, and Size measure of firm to Capital Structure. This Research was limited onlymanufacturing company which had gone public in Jakarta Stock Exchange. This research wasconducted by taking secondary data. Population in this research was manufacturing companyobtained from share which was listed and go public in Jakarta Stock Exchange period 2002-2005. The intake technique was random sampling, and the obtained data was 38 companies.Result of analysis or T test in this research indicated that the ownership structure, asset growth,and size of company were significant or accepted. Only unprovable profitability was refused.While result F test showed that independent variable had an effect on the significance toCapital Structure of company in significance level 5%, and variable of size of company insignificance level 10%.

Abstract

The research was purposed to test the level of financial literacy as well as the factors that can cause different levels of financial literacy of each employee and how financial literacy affects financial behaviour of employees of RSUD Pare. This study took 96 respondents to be the sample with random sampling technique. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees of RSUD Pare.This research used descriptive statistic, independent t-test, anova, and chi square. Based on descriptive statistic, the level of financial literacy shows that 52 of 96 respondents is in the middle level category. The results of the test show that there are financial literacy differences based on gender, age, education level, and work experience. This study also found that the level of financial literacy owned by employees will give positive impact to their financial behaviour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of investor overconfidence in Yogyakarta. This study uses questionnaire distributed to 100 randomly selected respondents. A total of 80 questionnaires were used, hile the other 20 were disqualified because of unallocated or incomplete answers. The data were processed using SPSS measuring devices stepwise regression. This research gets the result and overconfidence of investor is influenced by variables advice, while age, gender, experience, past performance and management qualifications not influence toward overconfidence investor

Abstract

Background: A preliminary survey conducted by interviewing 10 (ten) pregnant women at Kendari City Health Center found that as many as 6 (six) people did a pregnancy check but did not take the human immunodeficiency test at the health centre  on the grounds that the mother could not be infected with HIV and AIDS because they have sexual relations only with their husbands and 4 (four) pregnant women take an HIV test because it is recommended by the midwife to do an HIV test. HIV. Methods: This  quantitative research used cross sectional study design. The population is 703 pregnant women, with the determination of the sample usingLemeshow formula so that the number of samples is 85 pregnant women. Result: Statistical test showed that the value (X2hits)= 12,117 > X2tabs=3,841, for the relationship between husband's support and examination of human immunodeficiency virus in pregnant women and (X2hits)= 14,859> X2tabs=3,841, for the relationship between the support of health workers and the examination of human immunodeficiency virus in pregnant women in the Kendari City Health Center Work Area. Conclusion: There is a relationship between husband's support and health workers with examination of human immunodeficiency virus in pregnant women in the Kendari City Health Center Working Area

Abstract

The problem of this research is inappropriate moral behavior that occurs in schools such as: the child doesn’t want to greet the teacher, doesn’t want to share, and still likes to annoy friens. The purpose of this study is to see an overview of instilling religious and moral values into children through the storytelling method of the prophet’s story. This study uses qualitative methods by using data triangulation, with the research subject of group B children in PAUD Miftahul Jannah Rawamerta Karawang. The result of this research is the inculcation of moral values which is carried out through storytelling activities, children’s insight becomes broad, can be motivated, able to distinguish good and bad, able to tell the contents contained in fairy tales, and can answer teacher question, so that chidren’s behavior of children after listening to fairy tales becomes moral and virtuous. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan peserta didik dan faktor-faktor penyebab dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep kelas V SD Negeri Ciberem. Jenis dan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penilitian ini adalah tes, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada subyek penelitian kemampuan pemahaman konsep atas mengalami sedikit kesulitan mendefinisikan konsep dan menyelesaikan soal cerita. Pada tingkat kemampuan pemahaman konsep mengalami kesulitan dalam mendefinisikan konsep, menyelesaikan soal cerita, dan operasi hitung. Pada tingkat kemampuan pemahaman konsep bawah mengalami kesulitan mendefinisikan konsep, mengklasifikasikan objek, menyajikan konsep dalam berbagai bentuk representasi, membuat contoh dan non contoh penyangkal, mengaplikasikan konsep atau algoritma pemecahan masalah, dan operasi hitung. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab yaitu faktor minat, motivasi, intelegensi, orang tua, dan guru. Kata Kunci: kesulitan menyelesaikan soal, pemahaman konsep

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to produce models penjasorkes learning through play activities for primary school student sare integrated with the character values of cooperation, responsibility and honesty. Research and developmentis done by adopting measures of research development: (1) the collection of informationin the field andan analysis ofthe information gathered, (2) developthe initial product (draft model), (3) expert validationandrevision, (4) small-scalefield trialsand revisions, (5) a largescale field trialsandrevisions, and (6) the manufacture ofthe finalproduct. Small-scale trials conducted on 5 th grade students 03 Melawi District of Kabupaten Melawi totaling 14 children and a large-scale trial conducted on 5 th grade students N 12 Melawi totaling 40 students. Data collection instruments used were: (1) interview, (2) scale value, (3) guidelines for the observation of the game, (4) the effectiveness of the guidance game observation, data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The inference that learning through the game very well prepared to instill character values of cooperation, responsibility and honesty so that the model of learning through play activity is feasible to be used in learning. Keywords: Learning Model Development, Character, Activity Games Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui aktivitas permainan bagi siswa sekolah dasar yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai karakter kerjasama, tanggung jawab dan kejujuran.. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadopsi langkah-langkah: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan dan melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal, (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (6) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 5 SD 03 Kabupaten Melawi yang berjumlah 25 anak dan uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 5 SD N 12 Kabupaten Melawi yang berjumlah 85 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu:(1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi permainan , (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan permainan, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Simpulan bahwa pembelajaran melalui permainan yang disusun sangat baik untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kerjasama, tanggung jawab dan kejujuran sehingga model pembelajaran melalui aktivitas permainan ini layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran, Karakter, Aktivitas Permainan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how big the influence of learning model pair checks on science learning outcomes. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers on 19-27 July 2017 researchers found students are less involved in the learning process because the model of learning in the teacher applied more focused on the book. This resulted in student learning outcomes are still under the KKM, of 26 students only 6 students who scored above the KKM and 20 students whose value is still below the KKM is equal 65. This research is an experimental research, pre-experimental type with One Group Pretest-Posttest design consisting of two meetings. Population in this research is all student of class V SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh, sample use saturated sample technique that is all member of population counted 26 student with details 12 female student and 14 male student. Variable in this research there are two that is independent variable is Pair Checks study model and dependent variable is result of study of science. Techniques and instruments of data collection in this research is a test by using a brief questionnaire consisting of 10 questions of pretest and 10 posttest questions and observation sheet of learning implementation of RPP. Data analysis techniques use written tests. Based on the results of the research note that the average implementation of RPP meeting I is 100% and at the second meeting is 100%. The average pretest is 51.15 and the posttest average is 78.07. So it can be known the difference is 26.92 average. Normality test shows that the value of sig 0.05 ie pretes 0.1440.05 and posttest 0.0620.05 can be concluded normal distributed data. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount ttable (9.031.71) then H0 rejected and H1 accepted, based on the analysis results can be concluded that there is significant average influence before and after given treatment, That is there is influence from the use of learning model Pair Chechks on learning outcomes IPA students. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran pair checks terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti pada tanggal 19-27 juli 2017 peneliti menemukan siswa kurang dilibatkan dalam proses pembelajaran dikarenakan model pembelajaran yang di terapkan guru lebih berfokus pada buku. Hal ini mengakibatkan hasil belajar siswa masih di bawah KKM, dari 26 siswa hanya 6 siswa yang memperoleh nilai di atas KKM dan 20 siswa nilainya masih di bawah KKM yaitu sebesar 65. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, jenis pre-eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest yang terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh, sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi sebanyak 26 siswa dengan rincian 12 orang siswa perempuan dan 14 orang siswa laki-laki. Variabel pada penelitian ini ada dua yaitu variabel bebasnya adalah model pembelajaran Pair Checks dan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar IPA. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah tes dengan menggunakan lembar soal isian singkat yang terdiri dari 10 soal pretest dan 10 soal posttest serta lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran RPP. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tes tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ratarata keterlaksanaan RPP pertemuan I yaitu 100% dan pada pertemuan II yaitu 100 %. Rata-rata pretest yaitu 51.15 dan rata-rata posttest yaitu 78.07. Sehingga dapat diketahui selisih rata-ratanya yaitu 26.92. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig0.05 yaitu pretes 0.1440.05 dan posttest 0.0620.05 dapat disimpulkan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitungttabel (9.031.71) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh ratarata yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan, Artinya terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan model pemeblajaran Pair Chechks terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran terpadu pada pendidikan anak usia dini dan pengaruh pembelajaran terpadu terhadap aspek perkembangan kognitif anak. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian metode kualitatif dengan dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang mendeskripsikan tentang pemahaman terhadap seseorang diberbagai situasi dimana akan menjadi bagian utama dalam penggambarannya. Teknik pengumpulan data pengamatan peran serta, di mana peneliti berfungsi sebagai instrumen yang tak terpisahkan dengan subjek penelitian untuk melakukan wawancara mendalam, pengamatan terus-menerus dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis interaktif yang dilakukan melalui empat kegiatan utama yakni: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Proses pembelajaran terpadu yang dilakukan belum memperlihatkan keterkaitan antara tema dan dilakukan melalui tahapan: kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pengaruh pembelajaran terhadap perkem-bangan anak, bidang yang paling menonjol adalah bidang sosial emosional dengan pengenalan “rewards”Kata kunci: pembelajaran terpadu, pendidikan anak usia dini, aspek perkembangan anak Abstract: This study aims to investigate: (1) the implementation of integrated learning in early childhood education, and (2) the impact of integrated learning on the aspects of children’s cognitive development. The study employed the qualitative method with the phenomenological approach in which the illustration of understanding people in different situation becomes the essential point of the data. The data were collected through participant observations, in which the researcher functioned as the instrument inseparable from the research subjects to carry out in-depth inter-views, continuous observations, and documentation study. The data analysis technique was the interactive analysis model conducted in four main activities, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The research findings are as follows. (1) The implemented integrated learning process has not shown the relation among themes and was conducted through the stages of activity planning, implementation, and evaluation. In terms of the impact of learning on children’s development, the most outstanding areas are the emotional and social areas using the introduction to rewards.Keywords: integrated learning, early childhood education, aspects of children’s cognitive development
